A company that carries out its business activities in the field and/or related to natural resources is obliged to carry out its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This research was conducted at PT Riau Crumb Rubber Factory which is located in Sri Meranti Village. Raw rubber production activities into semi-finished rubbers have been routinely generating pollution for the environment and society, such as air pollution and water pollution. The problem is how the implementation of CSR PT Riau Crumb Rubber Factory to the community of Sri Meranti Village in Pekanbaru City? What are the obstacles and the legal effort based on Riau Province Regional Regulation Number 6 Year 2012? This research is a sociological law research. Source of data used in this research is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interview, and literature study. Data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative analysis. The result of this research is PT Riau Crumb Rubber Factory has implemented CSR, but has not fulfilled the expectation the community of Sri Meranti Village because it is not comparable with the pollution and environmental damage caused by the companys operational activities. The obstacle from the company side is the limited budget of CSR funds owned by PT Riau Crumb Rubber Factory to be able to meet all the needs of the community, while from the community side is the lack of legal knowledge of the community of Sri Meranti Village about CSR. The legal effort is that if PT Riau Crumb Rubber Factory does not implement CSR, the community of Sri Meranti Village can convey their aspirations to the DPRD of Riau Province for the company to be recommended to get administrative sanction from the government, such as the suspension of operational license of the company.

Corporate Social Responsibility/CSR is the responsibility inherent in every company to keep creating a harmonious, balanced, and appropriate relationship with the local communitys environment, values, norms and culture. However, CSR implemented by PT Riau Crumb Rubber Factory is very minimal perceived by the community of Sri Meranti Village. The problem is how is the legal effort of the community of Sri Meranti to the fulfillment of community rights in Riau Provincial Regulation Number 6 of 2012? This research is a sociological law research. The result of this research is if there are companies in Riau Province that donât implement CSR to society residing in company location, hence pursuant to Article 32 Riau Provincial Regulation Number 6 of 2012, the company may be subject to administrative sanction by Government of Riau Province in the form of reprimand written and other forms of sanction in accordance with the laws and regulations. Therefore, the legal effort that can be done by the community of Sri Meranti Village if PT Riau Crumb Rubber Factory doesnât implement CSR, the community of Sri Meranti Village can convey their aspiration to the Regional House of Representatives of Riau Province so that the company is recommended to receive administrative sanction from the government.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an inherent responsibility of the company to keep creating harmonious, balanced, and harmonious relationships with the environment, values, norms and culture of the community. Corporate Social Responsibility is basically a derivation of business ethics, which can bridge the interests of the company with the needs of the community, both directly and indirectly affected by the companys operations. The problem is how is the regulation of Corporate Social Responsibility in the legal system in Indonesia? How is the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility of PT Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper on improving peoples welfare in Pelalawan Regency? The method used in this research is sociological law research using approach to the implementation of legislation, namely Law Number 40 Year 2007 and Riau Province Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2012, on the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibiity PT Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper. The result of this research is that Corporate Social Responsibility which initially is only the moral responsibility for the company to the society residing in the vicinity of the companys location is now transformed into legal responsibility in the form of obligation for the company to improve the prosperity of the people who live around the company location according to Law Number 40 of 2007 which is implemented in Riau Province with Riau Province Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2012. PT Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper has implemented Corporate Social Responsibility to improve community welfare in Pelalawan Regency in accordance with the provisions regulated by law - the prevailing law.

Companies that carry out their business activities in the field of natural resources and / or fields related to natural resources must carry out social and environmental responsibilities. However, PT Riau Crumb Rubber Factory does not carry out corporate social responsibility in accordance with what is stipulated in the Riau Provincial Regulation Number 6 of 2012 to the people who live in the vicinity of the company area. The problem that will be discussed in this research is how is the law enforcement on the implementation of corporate social responsibility in the Rumbai Subdistrict of Pekanbaru City based on the Riau Provincial Regulation Number 6 of 2012? The research method used in this research is socio-legal research. The results of this research that if PT Riau Crumb Rubber Factory does not carry out corporate social responsibility to the community, then the company will be subjected to administrative sanctions by the Riau Provincial Government in the form of written warnings, restrictions on business activities, freezing of business activities, up to the revocation of PT Riau Crumb Rubber Factorys business activities.

Bank position as a financial institution whose business activities collect funds from the community and channel the funds back to the community, and provide financial services. Based on its ownership, the bank is divided into private / private owned banks and state-owned banks, or better known as State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). The problem in this research is how to supervise BUMN bank in national banking system? What is the government and the House of Representatives intervention on state-owned banks? How is the independence of oversight of state-owned banks after the enactment of Law Number 21 Year 2011? The method used in this research is normative legal research by using approach of legislation. The result of this research is that supervision of state-owned banks in the national banking system is implemented by Bank Indonesia as central bank, but under government intervention as shareholder and House of Representatives as supervisor of government policy. Following the enactment of Law Number 21 of 2011, the supervision of state-owned banks was handed over to the Financial Services Authority as an independent state institution. So that will provide legal certainty for the parties.

Usaha Mikro merupakan salah satu pilar utama perekonomian nasional. Usaha Mikro harus memperoleh perlindungan sebagai wujud keberpihakan pemerintah kepada masyarakat. Akan tetapi, terdapat beberapa hambatan bagi masyarakat dalam mengembangkan usahanya, salah satunya adalah permodalan. Perlu dicarikan solusi sebagai alternatif sumber pembiayaan Usaha Mikro, terutama bagi masyarakat Indonesia yang mayoritas beragama Islam. Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah peran strategis bank syariah sebagai sumber pembiayaan alternatif bagi Usaha Mikro di Indonesia berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2008? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2008 menegaskan bahwa bank syariah bertujuan untuk menunjang pelaksanaan pembangunan nasional dalam rangka meningkatkan pemerataan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, bagi masyarakat Indonesia yang mayoritas beragama Islam, bank syariah merupakan sumber pembiayaan alternatif dalam mengembangkan usahanya sesuai dengan syari’at Islam.

Islamic bank is a bank that runs its business activities based on sharia principles. At the time of the economic crisis of 1998, many conventional banks collapse while Islamic banks are not affected. After the crisis, Islamic banking experienced significant growth in Indonesia. The problem discussed in this research is how is the history and development of regulation on Islamic banking in national legal system in Indonesia? The method used in this research is normative legal research by using approach of legislation. Sources of data used in this research are secondary data, namely data obtained from legislation, scientific journals, and legal literature. Data collection techniques used in this research is literature study. Data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative analysis. The result of this research is that the initiative on establishment of Islamic bank in Indonesia was started since 1990 by the Indonesian Council of Ulama, which was realized with the establishment of Bank Muamalat Indonesia on November 1, 1991. The early development of Islamic banking in the national banking system was responded quickly by the government with the enactment of Act Number 7 of 1992 about Banking, which was later amended by Law Number 10 of 1998. In addition to being a devastation to the national banking system, the economic crisis that occurred in 1998 also became the starting point for the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia. Some conventional banks began to expand their business by establishing Islamic banks. Responding to the development of significant Islamic banking in the national banking system, on July 16, 2008 was enacted Law Number 21 of 2008 about Islamic Banking as the legal basis for Islamic banks in Indonesia.

Pancasila sebagai pandangan hidup bangsa sebenarnya merupakan perwujudan dari nilai-nilai budaya milik bangsa sendiri yang diyakini kebenarannya. Pancasila digali dari budaya bangsa yang sudah ada, tumbuh, dan berkembang berabad-abad lamanya. Rumusan masalahnya adalah bagaimanakah sejarah dan perkembangan Pancasila sebagai ideologi bangsa Indonesia? Bagaimanakah perkembangan ideologi Pancasila pada masa Orde Lama? Bagaimanakah perkembangan ideologi Pancasila pada masa Orde Baru? Bagaimanakah perkembangan ideologi Pancasila pada Era Reformasi? Pembahasannya adalah pada awalnya, konsep Pancasila dapat dipahami sebagai common platform bersama bagi berbagai ideologi politik yang berkembang saat itu di Indonesia. Nilai integratif Pancasila mengandung makna bahwa Pancasila dijadikan sebagai sarana pemersatu dalam masyarakat dan prosedur penyelesaian konflik. Pada masa Orde Lama, pada masa Presiden Soekarno, Pancasila mengalami ideologisasi. Pada masa Orde Baru, pada masa Presiden Soeharto, bangsa Indonesia kembali menjadikan Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 sebagai dasar negara. Era Reformasi yang diharapkan sebagai era pembaruan memberikan angin segar bagi bangsa Indonesia. Bangsa Indonesia diharapkan kembali mengamalkan nilai-nilai luhur Pancasila sebagai pedoman berbangsa dan bernegara. Akan tetapi, faktanya justru pada Era Reformasi ini bangsa Indonesia dirasakan semakin jauh dari nilai-nilai luhur Pancasila. Rakyat Indonesia mengalami degradasi moral dan cenderung liberalis karena pengaruh globalisasi. Tindak pidana korupsi dilakukan secara terang-terangan seolah-olah telah membudaya di Indonesia.

Desa Adat telah ada sebelum Negara Indonesia terbentuk. Setelah Indonesia merdeka, Desa Adat masih tetap ada. Akan tetapi, pada masa pemerintahan rezim Orde Baru, Desa-desa Adat yang ada diseragamkan melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1979 tentang Pemerintahan Desa. Hanya ada beberapa Desa Adat yang masih terus terjaga eksistensinya. Salah satunya yaitu Nagari yang masih eksis di Sumatera Barat. Dari uraian di atas, kiranya menarik untuk mengkaji mengenai eksistensi Nagari di Sumatera Barat sebagai Desa Adat dalam sistem ketatanegaraan di Indonesia, terutama setelah lahirnya Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan peraturan perundang- undangan. In order for legal entities to interact in legal relationships such as making agreements, conducting certain business activities requires capital. The initial capital of the legal entity came from the founder's wealth which was separated. The initial capital becomes the wealth of the legal entity, regardless of the founder's wealth. This article looks at how the separation of limited company wealth from the wealth of shareholders, board of commissioners and board of directors. The research methodology used is the normative juridical research method. Company Organs are the General Meeting of Shareholders, Directors and Board of Commissioners (Article 1 number 2 of the Company Law). The Board of Directors is the Company's Organ which has the authority and is fully responsible for the management of the Company for the interests of the Company, in accordance with the aims and objectives of the Company and represents the Company, both inside and outside the court in accordance with the provisions of the articles of association (Article 1 number 5 of the Company Law). Whereas the Commissioners are the Company's Organs whose duty is to supervise general and / or specifically in accordance with the articles of association and provide advice to the Directors (Article 1 number 6 of Company Law). In PT, the shareholders delegate their authority to the directors to run and develop the company in accordance with the objectives and business fields of the company. In connection with this task, directors are authorized to represent the Company, enter into agreements and contracts, and so on. If there is a very large loss (above 50%) then the board of directors must report it to the shareholders and third parties, and then close it together.
