Abstract

Penelitian berusaha untuk menemukan masalah masalah baik dalam suatu kasus (unit) tertentu yakni tindak pidana pembunuhan anak yang dilakukan seorang ibu kandung. ditinjau dari sifatnya penelitian ini merupakan salah satu penelitian yang menggambarkan secara sistematik dan terurai, terhadap kasus tersebut dengan mempelajari latar belakang keadaan sekarang dan interaksi lingkungan sosialnya, dalam bidang ilmu kedokteran adanya pebedaan halnya, yang pada pokoknya membedakan antara pembunuhan anak yang sebagaimana dikualifisir oleh ketentuan pasal 341 KUHP tersebut dengan ketentuan pasal pasal yang mengatur tentang pengguguran kandungan (undang-undang RI nomor 36 tahun 2009). Hal ini disebabkan karena dalam ilmu kedokteran dibedakan antara beberapa kriteria, yakni: Pasal 63,Pasal 75,Pasal 76, pendekatan ini lebih memberikan makna dalam hubungannya dengan penafsiran angka statistic bukan makna secara kebahasan dan kulturalnya dan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder, yang dimaksud dengan data primer adalah data dari lapangan yakni dengan cara mempelajari dan mengamati suatu kasus kasus yang sudah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang pasti pada  PN. Tangerang tanggal 28 Juli 2021 No.1176/Pid.SUS/ 2021/PN.Tng)/PN.Tanggerang sedangkan data sekunder adalah hasil dari tujuan kepustakaan yang meliputi buku buku dan peraturan perundang undangan yang ber-hubungan dengan pokok pembahasan pasal 341 KUHP yakni tindak pidana pembunuhan anak yang dilakukan seorang ibu kandung (Prodjodikoro, R.Wirjono, 2000).

Abstract

The textbook is a student learning resource with several uses that can simplify the learning process. With textbooks, students can learn more actively in class, students can also repeat lessons from books when they are brought home. Likewise, the teacher can expand the subject matter based on the information contained in it. This paper aims to find ideas on how to use textbooks to facilitate the learning process. To achieve the objective of the observation, the data were obtained using participatory techniques, in-depth interviews, documentation and Focus Group Discussions. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed descriptively, namely by providing an explanation of the findings obtained. The research yielded information on the use of textbooks as learning resources for students, textbooks as learning media and increasing students' learning motivation. At SMP Negeri 2 Kampar the use of textbooks was not optimal due to the lack of quotas for textbooks at school, and the lack of quality textbooks given to students. students like there are scribbles and tears.

Abstract

Motorik kasar merupakan gerakan yang terjadi karena adanya koordinasi otot-otot besar, gerakan motorik kasar adalah kemampuan mengubah beragam posisi tubuh dengan menggunakan otot-otot besar. Aspek perkembangan motorik kasar selalu berkaitan dengan setiap gerakan tubuh yang anak lakukan setiap harinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gerakan tubuh berhubungan dengan kemampuan motorik kasar anak-anak yang berusia 4-8 tahun di Kursus Baca Tulis Bacaanku Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitaif korelasi dengan pengambilan sampel secara acak. Kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi adalah metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan. dan Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Product Moment. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kursus Baca Tulis Bacaanku Kota Jambi. Peneliti mengambil sampel 33 anak yang rentang usia 4-8 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian taraf signifikan 5% sebesar (0,349). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa r hitung (0,838) > r tabel (0,349). Hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan (Ho) ditolak karena rxy lebih besar dari r table, nilai r hitung 0,838 berada di antara d 0,80 dan 1,00, yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai r hitung termasuk dalam kategori kuat. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan antara bodymovement dan motorik kasar anak di Kursus Baca Tulis Bacaanku Kota Jambi.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia is heavily influenced by developments in education and technology, the more technology develops, the greater the impact of globalization, therefore we must maintain the value of unity and unity among nations, especially instilling the character of tolerance in elementary schools, so that the nation and state are protected from division. The method used in this research is a literature review, where research results are obtained from books, articles, and journals related to the inculcation of tolerance in diversity in elementary schools and is produced from an analysis of existing theories and has been authentically tested. The purpose of this research is to find out how far the value of unity in diversity is instilled in elementary schools. The results in this study indicate that: (1) Pancasila education becomes character building in the state (2) Pancasila acts as a binder for a sense of unity in diversity among students (3) Diversity in elementary schools becomes learning to deal with diversity in the wider community (4) the value of unity forms a sense of tolerance that can strengthen the unity of the Indonesian nation (5) teaches the value of unity as early as possible to form a character of tolerance that is always inherent in the souls of students.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the process of designing instructional materials, implementing differentiated teaching strategies, and assessment in Islamic Religious Education. The study falls under the category of qualitative field research, focusing on investigating and describing the conditions or phenomena that occur in the field without manipulating variables. In this context, a descriptive approach is used to illustrate the processes of differentiated learning in the subject of Islamic Religious Education. The research was conducted during the second semester of the 2023-2024 academic year in February 2024. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis involved data collection, reduction, display, and drawing/verifying conclusions. The findings indicate that differentiated learning in the independent curriculum for Islamic Religious Education at SD Negeri 106190 Kota Pari Pantai Cermin has been implemented successfully in accordance with the steps of differentiated learning. Firstly, teachers conducted Cognitive and Non-Cognitive Diagnostic Assessments to determine the readiness for learning as well as the interests, talents, and learning styles of each student. Secondly, teachers designed teaching modules tailored to the initial assessment results. Thirdly, teachers implemented differentiated teaching strategies through content, process, and product differentiation. Fourthly, teachers evaluated and reflected on the learning process. Through this differentiated learning approach, students become more active, creative, and innovative, finding learning more enjoyable. This helps to increase students' interest in learning, particularly in Islamic Religious Education, and assists them in becoming independent learners who appreciate diversity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic education management in integrating da'wah, teaching and cadre in Kauman Muhammadiyah Padang Panjang Islamic Boarding School. The main issue in this study is how the Islamic education management system is applied to harmonize these three aspects in order to produce a generation of Muslims who are knowledgeable, noble and ready to preach. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies of various policies and programs implemented in Islamic boarding schools. The results showed that the integration of da'wah, teaching and cadre at Kauman Muhammadiyah Padang Panjang Islamic Boarding School is carried out through an Islamic values-based curriculum, which combines academic learning and character building. Extracurricular activities such as recitation and leadership training also support the cadre process. The management of Islamic education in this boarding school emphasizes teaching methods based on the Qur'an and Sunnah, as well as strengthening da'wah through various media, religious forums and involving students in social activities. The conclusion of this research confirms that the implementation of Islamic education management in Kauman Muhammadiyah Padang Panjang Islamic Boarding School has succeeded in creating synergy between da'wah, teaching and cadre. However, there are still challenges in optimizing technology and learning methods to be more in line with current developments

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh faktor organisasi seperti pelatihan, kejelasan tujuan, dan dukungan atasan terhadap peningkatan kegunaan sistem akuntansi keuangan daerah pada Badan Perencenanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kota Parepare. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh penelitian ini adalah Metode Angket (Kuesioner). Hasil penelitian yakni hasil pengujian regresi untuk pelatihan terhadap Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif, hasil pengujian regresi untuk kejelasan tujuan terhadap Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah menunjukkan bahwa kejelasan tujuan berpengaruh positif, dan hasil pengujian regresi untuk dukungan atasan terhadap Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah menunjukkan bahwa dukungan atasan berpengaruh positif. Dengan demikian variabel pelatihan, kejelasan tujuan dan dukungan atasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Sistem Akuntansi Keuangan Daerah pada Kantor Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kota Parepare.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran kincir angin panel surya (KIPAS) berbasis STEM kepada siswa dan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan penggunaan media, serta mengetahui tingkat kepraktisan media melalui respon pendidik dan siswa setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran kincir angin panel surya (KIPAS) berbasis STEM. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III di SD Negeri 101866 Batang Kuis. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan memperoleh desain berupa media pembelajaran kincir angin panel surya (KIPAS) berbasis STEM pada pembelajaran IPA kelas III di SD Negeri 101866 Batang Kuis memperoleh nilai kelayakan 92% oleh ahli media, 91,76% oleh ahli materi. Respon siswa terhadap kepraktisan media memperoleh nilai rata-rata 80%. Berdasarkan hasil uraian diatas maka produk yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti layak dan praktis untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

The low reading interest of children in Sukaraya Village is a significant problem influenced by limited access to engaging reading materials and a lack of adequate literacy facilities. This community service activity aims to revitalize the Gandasari Community Reading Park (TBM) as a strategy to develop children's reading interest in Sukaraya Village. The program was implemented through three stages: (1) preparation, (2) implementation, and (3) evaluation. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in children's reading interest, reflected in increased visits to the TBM, participation in literacy activities, and the realization of better and more sustainable TBM management. Thus, the revitalization of the Gandasari TBM has proven effective as a strategy to foster a reading culture in Sukaraya Village while simultaneously supporting the improvement of the quality of non-formal education in the community.
