Abstract

ABSTRAKPada artikel ini akan dibahas analisis kapasitas fondasi rakit dengan tambahan fondasi tiang (piled raft) pada Pegadaian Tower, Jakarta Pusat. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan SNI 8460:2017 yaitu fondasi harus memenuhi persyaratan kekuatan terhadap gaya vertikal maupun horizontal dengan faktor keamanan yang mencukupi. Berdasarkan hasil penyelidikan tanah, Pegadaian Tower berada di atas lapisan tanah lunak hingga kedalaman 20 meter, terdapat lapisan lensa tanah, dan tidak ditemukan lapisan tanah keras dengan N > 60 hingga kedalaman 80 meter, sehingga dipilih jenis fondasi piled raft. Metodologi analisis dimulai dengan menentukan pembebanan berdasarkan standar yang berlaku, melakukan analisis kapasitas fondasi raft dan bored pile. Berdasarkan hasil perancangan, didapat diameter bored pile dengan diameter 1,2-meter pada kedalaman 35-meter dan daya dukung aksial sebesar 3928,87, dibutuhkan sebanyak 220 tiang, sehingga menghasilkan daya dukung 468.628,28 kN (81,848%). Daya dukung fondasi raft sebesar 54,25 kN/m2 (18,15%) dengan ketebalan 1,6 meter.Kata kunci: piled raft, bored pile, daya dukung fondasi, penurunan fondasiABSTRACTIn this article, we will discuss the analysis of the capacity of the piled-raft foundation at Pegadaian Tower, Central Jakarta. The analysis was carried out based on SNI 8460: 2017, namely the foundation must meet the strength requirements for vertical and horizontal forces with an adequate safety factor. Based on soil investigation, Pegadaian Tower stood on top of a soft soil layer up to a depth of 20 meters, there is a layer of soil lenses, and no hard soil layer with N > 60 is found up to a depth of 80 meters, so the piled raft foundation type was chosen. Methodological analysis begins with determining the loading based on applicable standards, analyzing the capacity of raft foundations and bored piles. Based on the results, bored pile diameter with a diameter of 1.2-meters at a depth of 35-meters and an axial carrying capacity of 3928,87 kN, 220 piles are needed, resulting in a carrying capacity of 468.628,28 kN (81,848%). The bearing capacity of the raft foundation is 54,25 kN/m2 (18,15%) with a thickness of 1,6 meters.Keywords: piled raft, bored pile, foundation bearing capacity, foundation settlement
