Abstract

The Quran is the holy book has been and will always be interpreted over time. Along with the times, today introduced methods of hermeneutics as an alternative instrument to uncover the meaning behind the text of a verse. Hermeneutics, as a method of interpretation, not only looked at text, but also trying to explore the content of its literal sense. Hermeneutics trying to dig meaning by considering the horizons surrounding the text, either horizon authors, readers horizon, and horizon of the text itself. Application of the concept of hermeneutics in interpreting the Quran is againts to the general rules of Islam, hermeneutics relativize boundaries between verses muhkam and mutasyābih, usūl and furu, qaṭīyah and ẓanīyah. Will lead to the deconstruction of the concept of revelation are protected lafadz and meaning. Using the methods of hermeneutics to explain Alquran categorized turned away from the Quran

Abstract

Abstract

The Qur’an formulates al-żanb into several essences, other than as an act which can harm oneself or others. Al-żanb is also used to call sin against God and sin against fellow human beings. Al-żanb means sin, because sin is the result of an act that violates the teachings of religion and will follow the perpetrator until the Day of Judgment. The Qur’an does not mention the term al-żanb except to refer to disgraceful deeds that contain humiliation and backwardness which result in punishment in the judgment day as well as earthly sanctions. The bad influence of al-żanb in human life, both individually and socially, is enormous. Sinful acts, in addition will keep the perpetrators of their fellow human beings and their God, also gave birth to the destruction of nature and the environment. Even the occurrence of disasters on earth is inseparable from the sins committed by humans. A true and comprehensive understanding and comprehension of the nature of al-żanb, in addition to making man careful in every action, he can also learn from his mistakes so as not to make the same mistakes. Moreover, if man realizes that he can at any moment fall into sin, then it will bring a sense of tawadhu in him so that every time he ask forgiveness to Allah without waiting to have to sin first.

Abstract

الملخص. من بين العوامل التي تسببت في تطور اللغة العربية في إندونيسيا هي العوامل التربوية، من خلال الحركة الهائلة المتزايدة لتعليم اللغة العربية في العقد الماضي. على الرغم من هذا التطور، لا يزال تعليم اللغة العربية يواجه العديد من المشاكل. مصدر المشكلة هو الاعتماد على منهجية التدريس التي لم تكن شاملة من ناحية ولا تزال تقليدي من ناحية أخرى. لكن العديد من المؤسسات الأخرى نجحت في التغلب على هذه المشكلة مثل المعاهد اللغوية تحت إشراف مؤسسة مسلمي آسيا الخيرية. هذا يدل على أن اتجاه مجال تدريس اللغة العربية في إندونيسيا قد شهد اتجاهات متقدمة بشكل متزايد. والدليل على ذلك أنه ظهر في أواخر التسعينات برامج تعليم اللغة العربية في الجامعات الإندونيسية. وفي أوائل العقد الأول من القرن الحادي والعشرين، تم إنشاء معاهد تعليم اللغة العربية بشكل متزايد، سواء العامة أو الخاصة. في العقد الاخير، تم فتح برنامج الدراسات العليا قسم تدريس اللغة العربية على مستوى الماجستير والدكتوراه في العديد من الجامعات في إندونيسيا. علماً أن هذا القسم لم يكن موجود في السابق إلا في المستوى الباكلوريوس. Abstrak. Di antara faktor penyebab perkembangan bahasa Arab di Indonesia adalah faktor pendidikan, melalui gerakan pengajaran bahasa Arab yang semakin masif pada dekade terakhir. Terlepas dari kemajuan tersebut, pengajaran bahasa Arab masih menghadapi banyak problema. Muara dari problematika tersebut pada ketergantungan terhadap metodologi pengajaran yang belum komprehensif dan masih taqlidi. Tetapi beberapa lembaga lain sudah berhasil mengatasi problematika ini seperti ma’had-ma’had binaan Asia Muslim Charity Foundation. Hal ini menunjukkan orientasi bidang pengajaran bahasa Arab di Indonesia sudah mengalami tren semakin maju. Indikasinya adalah pada akhir tahun sembilan puluhan muncul di perguruan tinggi Indonesia program pengajaran bahasa Arab intensif. Kemudian, pada awal tahun 2000-an, institut pengajaran bahasa Arab semakin banyak didirikan, baik negeri maupun swasta. Bahkan dalam satu dekade terakhir, program pascasarjana konsentrasi pengajaran bahasa Arab telah dibuka pada tingkat magister dan doktor di beberapa perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Meski sebelumnya hanya ada pada jenjang strata satu.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the strategies of teachers in the field of Islamic religious education in instilling character values ​​in Al-Fauziah Private Madrasah Aliyah students, Talippuki sub-district. Mambi District. Mamasa. The methodology of this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and research instruments to collect information in order to reveal an empirical fact in an objectively scientific manner based on strong scientific logic in accordance with known scientific disciplines. The research results show that the students' character is basically good, but the influence of the external environment and also the lack of attention and support from their parents makes them experience obstacles in their enthusiasm for learning and school. So, to achieve school success, teachers in the learning process create strategies for appropriate learning methods and motivate students to stay in school until completion. In learning, teachers instill character values ​​that are instilled in students, namely the character of self-confidence, the character of discipline in learning, the character of enthusiasm for learning, the character of focus in learning, the character of being active in creativity.

Abstract

This article delves into the concept of family education as outlined in the Qur’an from the perspective of Al-Maturidi. Employing a descriptive-qualitative method and categorized as library research, this study gathers data by meticulously examining various relevant references. These include Al-Maturidi’s work, al-Ta’wilat al-Maturidiyah fi Bayani Usl Ahl al-Sunnah wa Usul al-Tauhid, alongside books, articles, and other supporting documents. The data analysis is conducted using content analysis methods. The findings suggest that Al-Maturidi allocates substantial discussion to this topic. This focus is understandable, given that this exegetical work emerged within the context of theological contestations among Sunni, Mu’tazila, and other kalam (theological) schools. Interpretations from this era often exhibit subjectivity, aiming to undermine opposing schools of thought while legitimizing their own. Despite this, a review of various other commentaries highlights the critical role of the family in educating children from sociological, psychological, and religious perspectives. However, many families struggle to fulfill this role, resulting in issues such as juvenile delinquency and deficiencies in educational and communicative abilities. To enhance the effectiveness of family education, efforts must be made to foster family harmony, expand educational awareness, strengthen families’ problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities, and effectively convey educational messages to children

Abstract

AbstractMoral education has a central role in shaping the character and behavior of students. In the Islamic context, the moral teachings contained in the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW provide a strong foundation for forming noble morals. This paper aims to present a literature review regarding the Prophet Muhammad's moral education methods contained in the hadith of the prophet in the Book of Sahih Bukhari no. 5376 and 6234. The method of moral education can be understood through a number of hadiths which provide guidance on the behavior and attitudes that should be adopted by Muslims. Based on the two hadiths that are the object of research above, several methods of moral education in the perspective of the prophet's hadith can be put forward that are effective in influencing children's behavior and morals. The methods referred to include the exemplary method, advice method, habituation method and recommendation and threat method. Children's moral education will help in forming strong characters and integrity. This includes values such as honesty, justice, patience, and compassion. In this case, children's moral education in the perspective of Nabawi hadith can be implemented in the four main characters, namely politeness, discipline, honesty, friendship and communicative.

Abstract

One of the obligations of parents to their children is to be an educator to grow and develop their children. The problem is, both parents who work and are busy to take care of and educate children, then take steps to entrust their children. The main problems of this study are divided into 2 main problems, namely: 1. How is the law to entrust children according to Islamic law? 2. What is the impact of entrusting children on harmony in the family? This research uses a type of library research (Library Research) with analysis of juridical-normative method research methods. The sources of this research data are the Qur'an, hadith, books of salaf (former) and khalaf (contemporary) scholars, and journals related to the subject matter. Furthermore, the method of data collection by reading books and scientific papers, studying, translating, and analyzing data related to the subject matter. Then draw conclusions. The results of this study show that the law delegates care by entrusting it to daycare, or babysitter, or to the child's grandparents, depending on the reason for the busy life of parents (especially the mother). If the reason is because of looking for wealth to help the family economy, it is permissible with the conditions that have been prepared by Fukaha. As for if the reason is because of pursuing a career, then in terms of benefit, it is not allowed especially if there is no time with family. There are several positive and negative impacts of entrusting children to family harmony. The negative effects are; Children who are less close to their parents, children will become closed, parents also miss important moments with their children, children's mindsets will be different, lack of religious education, and not awakened akhlak karimah (good ethics). The positive effects are; The task of parents will be helped in the midst of their busy lives, socialization and communication of children increases, and parenting is more experienced.

Abstract

المحور الأساسي في هذا البحث يناقش حكم الطلاق العاطفي في الفقه الإسلامي. و الطلاق العاطفي هو حالة تعتري العلاقة الزوجية يشعر فيها الزوج والزوجة بخواء المشاعر بينهما، وينعكس ذلك على جميع التفاءلات داخل الأسرة. وحيث إن الطلاق العاطفي يعتبر ظاهرة خطيرة تهدد العديد من الأسر بمجتمعتنا اليوم، بل وقد يؤدي إلى تدميرها، فتضطر الباحثة لمحاولة كشف حفيفة الطلاق العاطفي وآثاره في الحياة الزوجية من منظور الفقه الإسلامي.  و يحتوي هذا البحث على مسألتين أساسيتين، وهما: 1) ما حكم الطلاق العاطفي في الفقه الإسلامي، 2) ما آثار الطلاق العاطفي في العلاقة بين الزوج والزوجة. وقد قامت الباحثة في كتابة هذا البحث بأخذ البيانات من الدراسة المكتبية في إعداده. أولاً: تم أخذ بيانات هذا البحث من كتب الفقه الإسلامي، والمقالات، والمجلات، والعديد من الأوراق العلمية التي تناقش المشكلة الرئيسية لهذا البحث. و ثانياً، يتم بعد ذلك تجميع البيانات التي تم الوصول إليها ومعالجتها بحيث تكون متوافقة مع موضوع البحث. ومن نتائج هذا البحث ما يلي: 1) حكم الطلاق العاطفي الذي يقصد هنا هو مجرد مجازي  و الحقيقة هو الانفصال العاطفي بين الزوجين، وإذا كان متعلقا بالفقه الإسلامي فيصعب تحديده بسبب هذا الطلاق ليس الطلاق في نظر الشريعة الإسلامية. 2) للطلاق العاطفي هو عدد من الآثار السلبية التي لا تقتصر على العلاقات الزوجية فحسب، بل لها تأثير كبير أيضا على الحياة الاجتماعية، من زيادة عدد الطلاق في المجتمع وزيادة مشاكل في رعاية الطفل وغيرها من الآثار السلبية على الأجيال القادمة
