Abstract

ABSTRACK : The objectives of this research were to know the effect of using learning resources that used by accounting student of class X, XI, XII in accounting subject in SMKN 1 Batang Peranap. The population of this research was the class X, XI, XII SMKN 1 Batang Peranap amount 139 people and the sample amount 59 people. The collected data used questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis of this research used simle linier regression. Research result based on simple linier regression showed that the using of learning resources influence on student learning outcomes of class X, XI, XII in accounting subject in SMKN 1 Batang Peranap this can be seen from a constant value (a) of 48,306 and the value coefisien regression (b) of 0,772 with a regresiion equation 48, 306 + 0,772. According the calculation of R (R squer change) obtained a value of 0,553. It means that the contribution of the influence of the use learning resources on learning outcomes by 55,3%.Keyword : Using Learning Outcomes, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstrack : This study aims to determine the influence of teacher pedagogic competence on student learning outcomes economic subjects class XI and XII MIA SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru. Population in this study were students of class XI and XII MIA SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru as many as 259 students, and the sample of 67 students. Measurement of data using the question form and documentation. Analysis of data used is simple linear regression. The result of research based on simple linear regression showed teacher pedagogic competence influence to student learning result of economy in class XI and XII MIA SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru,this can be seen from constant value (a) equal to 36.575 and regression coefficient value (b) equal to 0.953 with regression equation 36.575+0.953. Seen from the calculation of R2 (R Square Change) obtained the value of 0.781. Means that the contribution of teacher pedagogic competence influence on student learning outcomes of 78.1%..Key word : Teacher Pedagogic Competence, student learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in the number of single tuition fees and non-single tuition; the proportion of resources and the allocation of funds before and after the single tuition policy; and the quality of educational services by single tuition and non-single tuition college students. The data was collected from students and leaders at the University of Riau through questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. Data were analyzed descriptively and different test. The results show that the amount of a single tuition fee is not much different from the non-single tuition fee. The proportion of funding sources from the public increased after a single tuition policy, but the proportion of allocations for operational costs decreased. Single tuition college students rated the quality of educational services lower than the non-single tuition of students with significant differences. Single tuition does not significantly affect the quality of education services.

Abstract

This research conducted on Economic Business Urban VillageSavings-Loans (UEK-SP) and The purpose of this research was to analyze whatfactors cause loan arrears (problem loans) in UEK-SP LBT Sejahtera andformulate a strategy that able to overcome the problem loans.This research uses a qualitative method. Research location in UEK-SP LBTSejahtera. Determination of the sample using census method with all members ofthe population as the subject studied were as many as 67 sources. Methods of datacollection in this study include questionnaires, interviews, and observation. Dataanalysis method used was SWOT.The result of the research shows that the factors that cause problem loans inUEK-SP LBT Sejahtera were guidance, monitoring and evaluation to the lesserbeneficiaries, and strategies that able to overcome problem loans at UEK-SP LBTSejahtera by optimizing the guidance and supervision to the user , legal experts tobe added, and visit the benefactor directly when it starts to happen late pay.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of hidden objectives in the Introduction to Management lectures that use the Concept-mapping and Coaching method on explaining skills of prospective teacher students. This research is included in the development study. The study population was all students of introduction to management (non-Microteaching) in the Faculty of Teacher Training which consisted of two classes (PE-A 40 students as control class and PE-B 39 students as experimental class). This study used simple random sampling technique to determine 14 sample people from each class. Primary data were obtained from samples of two classes through observation in explaining skills, and then data were analyzed descriptively and in in analysis of Independent sample t-test. From the descriptive analysis, the average score of explaining skills of prospective teacher students in the experimental class was higher than the control class score. The results of the analysis of the t-test for equality test showed that there are convincing differences in explaining skills in prospective teacher students between the control class and the experimental class. Thus, the hidden objective in the Concept-mapping & Coaching Method in the lecture of Introduction Management can improve the better explaining skills of prospective student teachers. Suggestions from the results of this study are that other non-Microteaching lecturers in the Faculty of Teacher Training will use hidden objectives to accelerate mastery of student teacher teaching skills in an effort to support the realization of professional prospective teachers.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of cash turnover, receivable turnover, and inventory turnover on profitability both of simultaneously and partially at manufacturing companies of textil and garmen sub sector which is listing in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2013 until 2017. This Study used ROA (Return On Asset) to measure profitability of the company. The population of this study is all of the companies of textil sector and garmen which is listing in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2013 until 2017 used census. The data used in this study was secondary data in the form of annual report. Data collection used documentation. The analysis of the data used multiple linier regression with the help of the program called SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The result of this study showed that cash turnover, receivable turnover, and inventory turnover simultaneously had an influence on profitability. Cash turnover partially had a negative influence on profitability. Receivable turnover partially had a negative influence on profitability. Inventory turnover had a positive influence on profitability.Key words: Cash Turnover, Receivable Turnover, Inventory Turnover, Profitability and Return On Assets.

Abstract

Abstrack: This research aims to know the influence of education against the effectiveness of the learning process of economic education courses Undergraduate Faculty of teacher training and educational sciences of the University of Riau. The population in this research is active students host 2013 – 2016 as much as 330 peoples, and become a sample as many as 77 people. Measurement data using the question form and documentation. The analysis of the data used is a simple linear regression. Research results based on simple linear regression shows the use of educational means to keefektivan the process of learning and PEDAGOGY in Education undergraduate student of Economics, it can be seen from constanta (a) value of 38.566 and the value of the regression (b) coefisien of regresinya equations with 38.566 0.514 + 0.514. Seen from the calculation of R2 (R Square Change) obtained the value of 0.326. It means is that the donations influence the use of educational means against efektivan the learning process of 32.6%.Key Word : Educations Facilities, Effectiveness of the Learning Process
