Abstract

Tawarruq contract is that if someone buys goods from a seller to credit the price and he sells the goods in cash to a third party other than the seller at a cheaper price. The goal is to get the cash. Tawarruq transaction models is used as a form of transaction in the banking system. The existence of this Tawarruq contract can help Islamic banks in the world were very limited and very limited business anyway. The use of contract Tawarruq can help improve the liquidity of Sharia banking, but set the MUI fatwa banning the use of Tawarruq contract in Indonesia. Whereas in some other countries that have Sharia banking system, this agreement is allowed to use it. One of these neighboring Indonesia itself, namely Malaysia. Article outlines a comparative analysis on the MUI fatwa expression in the four main schools of jurisprudence. School of Imam Opinions are divided into two groups; The first group may judge, while the next group judge illegitimate. With maslahah theory, the MUI fatwa needs to be reviewed in view of the importance of the contract Tawarruq to improve the competitiveness of Sharia banking.Keywords;  Tawarruq, ba'i al-'inah, hilah, Perbankan Syari’ah

Abstract

Murabahah financing is a sales contract for goods by stating the acquisition price with an agreed profit margin between the buyer and seller. Murabahah financing can be used to help with capital issues for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to understand the implementation of productive sector murabahah financing at Baitul Mall Wat Tamwil (BMT) Lantasir in Kediri City and to determine the role of productive sector murabahah financing in improving MSMEs at BMT Lantasir in Kediri City. This study uses a qualitative research method with descriptive analysis, aiming to create a systematic, factual, and accurate description and illustration of the facts and the relationships between the investigated phenomena. This research was conducted using data collection techniques in the form of direct interviews with related parties. The results of this study conclude that the implementation of productive sector murabahah financing at BMT Lantasir in Kediri City includes completing requirements such as (photocopy of husband's/guardian's ID card, collateral documents, and form filling). The murabahah financing is carried out by BMT purchasing the members' needed goods and reselling them to the members with an agreed margin. This is done by BMT Lantasir. The role of productive sector murabahah financing in improving MSMEs has been carried out by adhering to Islamic principles in providing capital loans to the community to develop their businesses and create job opportunities for the surrounding community. This is evidenced by the increased income of MSME actors who received financing compared to before and after receiving financing. Hence, there is a significant increase in sales turnover and income.

Abstract

The term Islamic economics has existed since the religion of Islam emerged in the world. Yusuf alQardhawi described Islamic Economics as an economic system rooted in religious principles. According to him, this is a system inspired and regulated by Allah SWT, with goals and laws originating from His teachings. All economic activities, such as production, distribution, consumption, and international trade, are directed by divine principles and aim to gain God's approval. In an era of globalization that tends to ignore morals and ethics, Yusuf al-Qardhawi emphasizes the importance of Economic Ethics, which he considers to be the guardian of economic sustainability. This research uses a qualitative approach to explore and explain qualities and social aspects that cannot be measured quantitatively. The scientific method used is library research, which relies on data and information from various sources in the literature. From a production perspective, Islamic Economics encourages everyone to work diligently and compete to find work, because this is considered an obligation and honor, as well as the right of every individual. In the consumption aspect, the wise use of wealth is emphasized, remembering that ownership of wealth is not the main goal, but rather a means to enjoy God's gifts. In distribution, the main principles are freedom and justice. Freedom in this case rejects oppression that hampers the lives of ordinary people and controls their sources of sustenance. Justice is defined as appropriate placement in the position that it should be.

Abstract

Beras merupakan makanan pokok bagi sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia. Bahkan, konsumsi beras masyarakat Indonesia semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk Indonesia. Institute for Development of Economics and Finance (Indef) menilai penurunan produksi beras yang menyebabkan lonjakan harga tak terlepas dari dampak perubahan iklim. Produksi beras dalam jangka panjang pun bisa terancam. Adapun efek dari perubahan iklim global menjadi penyebab awal yang membuat harga beras melonjak. Tujuan ditulis artikel ini untuk meihat pandangan Ibnu Taimiyah mengenai peningkatan harga beras dilihat dari konsep mekanisme pasar pemikiran beliau. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Analisis yang digunakan secara deskriptif. Data yang digunakan berasal dari data sekunder, dari buku, artikel jurnal dan webisite. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pemikiran Ibnu Taimiyah relevan dengan perekonomian saat ini, terkait Apabila orang-orang menjual barang dagangannya dengan cara yang dapat diterima secara umum tanpa disertai dengan kezaliman dan harga-harga mengalami kenaikan sebagai konsekuensi dari penurunan jumlah barang (qillah al-syai), atau peningkatan jumlah penduduk (katsrah al-khalq), hal ini disebabkan oleh Allah Swt. Kenaikan harga beras pada tahun 2023 yang secara signifikan disebabkan oleh faktor iklim, dan penutupan ekspor negara India. Sehingga menyebabkan kurangnya persediaan atau supply dari petani, sedang permintaan pasar terhadap beras, sehingga terjadi sebuah kenaikan harga beras. Hal tersebut merupakan sunnatullah untuk menunjukkan mekanisme pasar yang bersifat impersonal. Sedang faktor alam yang mempengaruhi kenaikan harga beras menurut Ibnu Taimiyah yaitu: keinginan masyarakat, jumlah para peminat, lemah atau kuatnya kebutuhan terhadap suatu barang terhadap kebutuhan, kualitas pembeli, besar kecilnya biaya yang harus dikeluarkan oleh produsen atau penjual.

Abstract

Every company must do the marketing process. This process is what makes consumers / customers interested to use products or services that are launched. so it needs a special strategy in running this process. Marketing strategy is commonly used is marketing mix, which aims to increase the number of customers, the obstacles encountered include, the modification of the price is not maximized, the product design is less good, less than optimal campaign, distribution channels are not on target, can run smoothly and continue must also be coupled with justice and honesty so that any marketing strategy run by the company will create a justice and goodness In addition to the marketing mix (Marketing Mix) in increasing the number of customers Marketing information system is also in need by the management of Sharia Banking Because the device this is usually intended to process data into information to customers and society. In addition, as a consideration of the Board of Directors to make decisions relating to marketing   AbstrakSetiap perusahaan pasti melakukan proses marketing. Proses inilah yang menjadikan konsumen/nasabah tertarik untuk menggunakan produk atau jasa yang diluncurkan. sehingga Perlu adanya strategi khusus dalam menjalankan proses ini. Strategi Pemasaran yang biasa digunakan adalah marketing mix, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan jumlah nasabahnya, kendala yang dihadapi diantaranya, modifikasi harga yang belum maksimal, desain produk yang kurang bagus,promosi yang kurang maksimal, saluran distribusi yang tidak tepat sasaran,selain itu agar strategi pemasaran bisa berjalan dengan lancar dan continue harus juga dibarengi dengan keadilan dan kejujuran sehingga strategi pemasaran apapun yang dijalankan oleh perusahaan akan tercipta suatu keadilan dan kebaikan Selain bauran pemasaran (Marketing Mix) dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah Sistem informasi pemasaran juga di butuhkan oleh manajemen Perbankan Syariah Karena perangkat ini biasa ditujukan untuk mengolah data menjadi informasi kepada nasabah dan masyarakat. Selain itu juga sebagai bahan pertimbangan Direksi untuk membuat keputusan yang berkaitan dengan pemasaran.Kata Kunci : Marketing Mix, Strategi, Nasabah, Perbankan Syariah
