Abstract

Kemiskinan yang terjadi di Nusa Tenggara Timur, selama ini orang hanya melihat pada aspek realita sebagai faktor penyebab kemiskinan seperti: rendahnya tingkat pendidikan, pendapatan, bahan bakar, penerangan, air bersih, senitasi yang berhubungan dengan kebutuhan dasar manusia. Pada hal jika dikaji lebih mendalam maka faktor penyebab kemiskinan yang terjadi di daerah Nusa Tenggara Timur sebenarnya adalah Budaya buruk yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat Nusa Tenggara Timur seperti: Pemalas, Pola kerja tidak teratur, tidak memiliki pengetahuan tentang pekerjaan, tidak disiplin, pola hidup boros, Ketergantungan hidup pada orang lain cukup tinggi, Hidup tanpa skala prioritas dan tidak memiliki daya saing, salah satu cara untuk mengatasi maka peran ilmu manajemen dan fungsinya, dapat mengurangi budaya atau kebiasaan dengan mulai menata atau mengatur, memanajemen seluruh aktivitas kehidupannya, sehingga tidak bias. Dengan demikian produktivitas meningkat dan kemiskinan dipropinsi ini, akan berkurang, dan menghilang.

Abstract

This research aims to know 1) the implementation of rural budgetary funds and 2) the effectiveness of the management of Borokonda’s rural fund in 2016 and 2018. The proponent factor on managing this rural fund is the high participation in managing and implementing the rural funds. Based on the effectiveness ratio, the management of rural funds in Borokonda from 2016 to 2018 is highly effective, with 99,98% stage of effectiveness. This is based on effectiveness ratio. This data is show as well that not every stage of effectiveness will be on 100% because there will always be a target which doesn’t realized optimally and it is also found that the rural fund which received by the government of Borokanda from 2016 to 2018 fluctuated, in which the received amount of rupiahs tends to change. Thus, the implementation of managing rural budgetary fund can be concluded as highly effective because it is consistent with the extent of society, appropriate, and effective as well.

Abstract

Satisfaction of services provided to students, to improve the quality of learning, the role of the principal is very decisive. The principal's creativity and strategy is to apply all the ideas or ideas of teachers that have been obtained from the results of the teacher's meeting to make a real work to be able to master the competencies and abilities of educators as part of communicating and interacting effectively with students and fellow education staff, parents and guardians, the community. around it becomes an agent of social change. Leaders are responsible and accountable for certain jobs successfully, and evaluate how well, teachers and education personnel carry out the tasks that must be completed, if they find tasks that have not been completed within the specified time it is a failure and this is a direct reflection of success. or failure of school leaders

Abstract

The existence of this study aims to determine how much influence cultural values have on the performance of MSMEs, both from East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) and migrants from outside NTT with entrepreneurial motivation as mediators. The sample in this study was 170 which were divided into two for native MSMEs and immigrants from outside NTT. All data collected using SEM-PLS analysis technique with Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate there is a positive influence between motivation and performance for MSMEs native to NTT and immigrants. Cultural values have no effect on performance in both. There is a positif influence between Cultural values and motivation, and motivation mediates the influence of cultural values on performance both in MSMEs native to NTT and immigrants from outside NTT.

Abstract

Semakin banyaknya koperasi kredit yang baru maka penting bagi Program Studi Manajemen melakukan pelatihan manajemen keuangan dan manajemen pemasaran bagi para pengurus dan pengawas Koperasi Kredit Harapan Sejahtera guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan anggota serta menambah jumlah anggota. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberi pemahaman tentang pentingnya mengatur anggaran, strategi pemasaran koperasi di era modern dan pelaksanaan bauran pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemaparan materi dan diskusi dengan peserta. Tahap pelaksanaannya adalah pertemuan awal, menyiapkan kebutuhan yang akan digunakan selama kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan rencana keberlanjutan. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini adalah terus melakukan pelatihan manajemen keuangan terkait perolehan dan penggunaan anggaran, manajemen pemasaran terkait strategi pemasaran modern dan bauran pemasaran sesuai perkembangan zaman agar mampu bersaing dengan banyak koperasi kredit lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini penulis mengangkat masalah perilaku remaja dan biaya pulsa data internet yang sering diisi oleh anak remaja laki-laki berusia 9 tahun sampai 16 tahun, lokasi penelitian ini di Kelurahan Lokoboko dari RT 01 sampai dengan RT 12 dimana peneliti mengamati anak-anak remaja yang memiliki kencenderugan sangat tinggi dalam bermain game online dan menghabiskan waktu secara cuma-cuma nongkrong bareng bersama teman-teman. Hasil analisis data dapat dilihat bahwa nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,821 yang menandakan bahwa kontribusi variabel perilaku remaja dan biaya terhadap kepuasan bermain game online di kelurahan Lokoboko dari RT 01 sampai dengan RT 12 sebesar 82,1 persen sedangkan sisa sebesar 17,9 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak cantumkan dalam penelitian ini. Menurut hasil identifikasi di kelurahan Lokoboko sebagian besar korban penyalagunaan handphone (HP) android adalah anak remaja usia sekolah, dengan hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa anak usia sekolah sering mengoperasikan handphone (HP) di jam belajar untuk bermain game online

Abstract

Pasar modal memiliki peran yang vital dalam perputaran ekonomi suatu negara. Di Indonesia, peran ini dimainkan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia. Berdasarkan data BEI, diketahui bahwa pada tahun 2023 pertumbuhan tingkat investor di Indonesia tembus mencapai 10,48 juta orang. Namun, berdasarkan jumlah tersebut, persentase investor di Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) hanya sebesar 3,36% dari keseluruhan di Indonesia. Hal ini tentu sangat memprihantinkan, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu upaya agar jumlah investor di NTT dapat meningkat. Kegiatan edukasi saham untuk mendorong semangat menjadi investor muda ini dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi mengenai pasar modal kepada siswa-siswi SMA Kupang Barat. Dengan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mampu meningkatkan pemahaman para siswa SMAN 1 Kupang Barat mengenai pasar modal, khususnya Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Seiring dengan meningkatnya pemahaman mereka mengenai pasar modal, maka minatnya untuk menjadi investor turut pula meningkat.

Abstract

The problem found is that the limited ability of small business actors to manage their business finances has resulted in a poor financial managemeny system that does not yet use the accounting bookkeeping model in financial management. This service aims to help small business actors with defficukties in managing their finances. This Community service uses a participatory action based method which is carried out in Bopoma Village, west Golewa District Ngada Regency. The results of activities can provide serious understanding to small and medium business actors about better financial management. This activity process can increase the knowledge of business actors. The conclusions that can be drawn in this training have a positive effect on small business actor to get to know financial cash flow in depth, create simple financial accounting books, hel ensure that business ventures have sufficient funds to meet financial obligations, overcome financial challenges and take advantage of business growth opportunities, in creating a comprehensive budget.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of Motivation (XI), Additional Income Allowance (X2) and Organizational Commitment (X3) on the Performance (Y) of Sector Police Members in Sabu Raijua Regency. The sample for this research was 64 members of the Sector Police in Sabu Raijua Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques use SPSS Version 26 Software. The data used is secondary data and primary data, hypothesis testing uses the coefficient of determination test (R²), t test and F test. The results of this research are Work motivation (X1) has a positive and insignificant effect on performance, Additional Income Allowances (X2) and Organizational Commitment (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y) and the three variables X1, X2 and X3 simultaneously influence police performance.

Abstract

Efforts or tools to permanently or temporarily reduce or maintain demand for consumption of certain products or services are defined as demarketing. The impact of this fact makes the government and the private sector have to use a demarketing scheme to deal with this situation. This study was conducted to determine the effect of anti smoking campaigns and tobacco package warning labels have an impact on attitude toward smoking and intention to quit smoking. This research is descriptive quantitive research with 150 respondents were collected by convenience sampling method. This study uses SEM AMOS Version 24 analyze to test the data. The result of this study is anti smoking campaigns has a positive significant to attitude toward smoking, tobacco package warning labels has a positive significant to attitude toward smoking, attitude toward smoking has a positive significant to intention toward smoking.
