Abstract

Locally Advanced Breast Cancer (LABC) bagian terbesar (50-60%) dari penderita kanker payudara8. Menurut pakar breast cancer ditandai dengan perubahan warna kecoklatan pada data histopatologi yang diambil pada jaringan (sampel) yang diambil melalui oprasi. Untuk mengetahui bagian ketidaknormalan yang saling tumpang tindih dari breast cancer maka dibutuhkan pemisahan bagian warna dari citra HER2. Metode dilakukan dengan color deconvolution dimana dengan menggunakan metode ini warna dipisahkan berdasarkan stain yang telah didefinisikan melalui larutan Hematoxylin, Eosin dan Diaminobenzine. Hasil pemisahan warna berdasarkan stain telah teruji dalam mendapatkan hasil keakuratan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Purwarupa sistem berbantu komputer untuk penentuan skor 2+ pada citra digital HER2 akan dijelaskan dengan singkat. Purwarupa ini dibangun sebagai alat bantu untuk menegakkan diagno-sis pada kegawatan sel kanker payudara berdasar citra mikroskopis digital. Citra digital diperoleh dari foto mikroskopis jaringan sel kanker yang telah melalui proses immunohistochemical (IHC). Ada dua proses utama yang dilakukan dalam purwarupa ini yaitu penajaman warna dengan model pertukaran warna dan ekstraksi ciri warna. Model sistem cerdas untuk penentuan skor berdasar-kan informasi luasan area tersegmentasi saat ini sedang dalam proses validasi.

Abstract

Kanker menjadi penyebab utama kematian dan terus mengalami kenaikan. Berdasarkan data statistik, kematian diakibatkan kanker tergolong tinggi. Hasil investigasi dan pengujian instrumen kuesioner dasar oleh badan penelitian kesehatan didapati sejumlah 1,4% penduduk Indonesia menderita kanker. Media Indonesia (2017) memberitakan melanoma merupakan jenis penyakit paling mematikan. Penyebaran melanoma tergolong sangat cepat menyerang organ lain. Sel kanker melanoma menyerang bagian sel warna kulit atau dikenal dengan sel melanosit. Melanoma dikategorikan sebagai jenis kanker ganas. Telah ditemui 119 kasus melanoma sejak 2005. Melanoma menjadi sebab dari 75% kematian pada kanker kulit.Pada penelitian anotasi wilayah melanoma dengan komputasi ekstraksi ciri pengolahan citra dermatologi akan dilakukan penerapan algoritma berdasarkan analisis model. Anotasi wilayah melanoma dengan komputasi ekstraksi ciri pengolahan citra dermatologi PH2 melalui beberapa tahapan. Tahapan tersebut meliputi 1) penyiapan sumber referensi jurnal/buku, 2) pembuatan design interface & perancangan sistem, 3) implementasi pemrograman dari hasil perancangan design. Tahap pengujian anotasi wilayah melanoma dengan komputasi ekstraksi ciri pengolahan citra dermatologi PH2 menggunakan metode single decision threshold (one feature) dengan fiturnya berupa daerah segmentasi penyakit. Pengujian dan validasi ini dilakukan oleh gold standard pakar dermatologi (ground truth). Pengujian lebih ditekankan pada hasil kinerja dengan single decision threshold (one feature) dan reaksi sistem bug pada aplikasi. Tahap perawatan memastikan tidak terdapat kesalahan dalam pengembangan sistem.Nilai dari gold standar sebagai pembanding hasil analisis dengan kinerja sistem menunjukan hasil relatif baik. Rata-rata validasi pengujian menunjukan presentase 96.41%. Hasil ini membuktikan model dapat digunakan untuk segmentasi wilayah kanker melanoma. Pendekatan model anotasi wilayah melanoma dengan komputasi ekstraksi ciri pengolahan citra dermatologi sebagai alternatif untuk membantu ahli klinis khususnya bidang dermatologi penyakit kulit melanoma.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan pengguna internet di Indonesia yang terus meningkat setiap tahun menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya teknologi dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Kafe Ra Kopiran, sebuah usaha kecil menengah yang berlokasi di Yogyakarta, menghadapi beberapa tantangan dalam proses bisnisnya, belum adanya sistem pemesanan menu yang dapat menampilkan menu up-to-date dan pembayaran digital mengakibatkan pelayanan kurang maksimal. Menyadari tantangan ini, Kafe Ra Kopiran berupaya untuk melakukan inovasi dengan mengimplementasikan teknologi informasi guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi pemesanan menu berbasis website yang dilengkapi dengan Payment Gateway Midtrans untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan dalam hal pemilihan menu, melakukan pemesanan dan menyelesaikan pembayaran secara digital. Model pengembangan yang diterapkan dalam sistem pemesanan menu ini adalah metode waterfall. Tahapan waterfall yang dilakukan adalah analisis kebutuhan perangkat lunak, perangkat keras dan sistem. Tahapan desain sistem dilakukan dengan menggambarkan sistem menggunakan use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, entity relationship diagram serta desain antarmuka. Implementasi sistem dilakukan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan memanfaatkan Framework Laravel versi 11 dan MySQL sebagai RDBMS. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode black box menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik dan menunjukkan hasil valid pada setiap case yang diuji.

Abstract

Diabetes Melitus (DM) merupakan salah satu Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) yang dikenal dengan tingginya kadar gula dalam darah. International Diabetes Federation (IDF) memprediksi di tahun 2045, penyakit DM akan mengalami peningkatan menjadi 629 juta penduduk. Pada era modern saat ini, pola gaya hidup menjadi hal yang harus diperhatikan karena beriringan dengan berkembangnya teknologi menjadi mudah dan cepat. Pola gaya hidup yang buruk terus-menerus dapat berpotensi untuk terkena penyakit DM Tipe 2. Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk menekan angka pertumbuhan penyakit ini salah satunya melakukan penelitian untuk membuat predisi terhadap seseorang menggunakan berbagai metode seperti metode klasifikasi K-NN. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan dan membangun sebuah permodelan. Dataset yang digunakan berasal dari Puskesmas Mlati II Kecamatan Mlati, Kabupaten Sleman, Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Dalam membangun sebuah model prediksi, dataset dipreprocessing menggunakan MinMax Normalization, pembagian train set dan test set menggunakan Stratified 5-fold CV. Adapun parameter yang digunakan dari K-NN adalah manhattan distance dan nilai n_neighbors = 13. Dengan menggunakan evaluasi akurasi, presisi, recall, dan f1-score, masing-masing memberikan hasil yaitu 88%, 83%, 87%, dan 85%.

Abstract

Fun study is a web-based information system as a training center. Fun study is an online portal. Fun study is designed by jogja tourism training center in yogyakarta. The fun study aims to develop the skills and competence of human resources. Some users have difficulty accessing and are unfamiliar with the menus on the fun study. No quick measurement of effectiveness, user satisfaction, and any successful fun study on users so far. Hence, it aims to measure systems against users. The system measures can be taken using a delone & McLean model. The data collection technique in this study is from a questionnaire with a population in the sleman region. Sampling sampling uses only 96 people who use portal fun study. Research tested using smartpls software suggests that the delone & McLean model has not been able to assess fun study users' satisfactio. This is proved by hypothetical testing, of the nine hypotheses that were formulated there were 4 hypotheses received and 5 hypotheses not received. It could be concluded that the quality of services, the quality of systems and users significantly affected. Whereas user satisfaction significantly affects user satisfaction.

Abstract

Service quality is the comprehensive support provided by system developers to users to ensure safety, comfort, empathy and responsiveness in meeting user expectations. There are still complaints about the Maxim application in the Google Playstore review from January 16 to February 12, 2024, inaccurate pick-up or destination, inconsistent prices, slow service response so that users have difficulty getting solutions to problems. Supported by the INDEF (Institute for Development of Economics and Finance) survey on DataIndonesia.id that the popularity of Maxim's services is lower than Gojek and Grab. Thus, it is essential to employ the E-Servqual approach to perform research to determine whether the services have satisfied users. Because its dimensions are pertinent and completely satisfy the requirements of assessing the quality of electronic services, E-Service Quality is the most thorough and integrative online service quality model. Efficiency, fulfillment, system availability, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, and interaction are the seven factors used, while user satisfaction is the dependent variable. This kind of study collects data using nonprobability sampling approaches in conjunction with quantitative methods. wherein demographic components are chosen according to specific standards that are pertinent to the study's goals. Considering the findings of the analysis, the 7 proposed hypotheses consisted of 3 accepted hypotheses and 4 rejected hypotheses because the significance value < alpha (? = 0.05) and 4 hypotheses rejected because the significance value > alpha (? = 0.05. Overall, the quality of Maxim's service towards user satisfaction is not good in terms of the variables of efficiency, system availability, responsiveness, and contact. It is hoped that there will be improvements in the Maxim application such as application usage, application functions on the displayed page, application response, and contact services for communication

Abstract

Teachers' understanding of sex education and its implementation in learning is very important for primary school students. Teachers should know about the knowledge and attitude towards what sex education is and how it is implemented. The purpose of this study was to reveal teachers' knowledge about sex education based on Living Value Education (LVE) and implement it in learning sex education. This research method is descriptive survey type for exploratory or exploratory purposes. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire in the form of a google form. The questionnaire in this case includes teachers' understanding of LVE-based sex education in accordance with the validated grids. The population of this study included all primary school level teachers in DIY Province. The sample technique selected using Purposive sampling.  The research subjects who constituted the research sample were 248 teachers consisting of class teachers, subject teachers, and co-curricular teachers of elementary schools and madrasah ibtidaiyah from 51 schools/madrasas in 4 districts and 1 city, namely Sleman Regency, Kulon Progo Regency, Bantul Regency, Gunung Kidul Regency, and Yogyakarta City. Data analysis used descriptive statistics which were then converted into 4 categories. The results of the average number of scores (X) amounted to 130.64, which is in category B (Good). This means that the teacher's ability to understand LVE-based sex education is good and has the awareness to implement it.

Abstract

The village information system has experienced significant growth, but research focusing on user adoption behavior in the Kalurahan Murtigading government area remains limited. Additionally, most studies use a single theoretical framework to explore this behavior. Addressing this gap, this study applies the UTAUT-2 framework to analyze the key factors influencing behavioral intention to use the village information system among the Kalurahan Murtigading government, with the addition of perceived security and epistemic value as other influencing factors. The study employs a survey approach with a cross-sectional design, and the proposed conceptual model was tested using partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis on 38 samples, with no issues of non-response bias (NRB) and common method bias (CMB). The results indicate that the UTAUT-2 constructs, along with the additional factors, significantly influence behavioral intention, with social influence, effort expectancy, and epistemic value being the top three factors affecting behavioral intention. These findings can also assist stakeholders in developing effective strategies to encourage more individuals, especially in the Kalurahan Murtigading government area, to adopt the village information system.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of Indonesia’s economy, contributing significantly by absorbing 96.92% of the workforce. MSMEs must adapt to technological advancements, particularly in digital payment systems. The Quick Response Code (QR Code) has been introduced as a payment innovation in Indonesia, with the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) mandated by Bank Indonesia for all payment system providers starting January 1, 2020, under PADG No. 24/1/PADG/2022. Data from ASPI shows a 62.95% increase in QRIS adoption by merchants in 2022 compared to the end of 2021. The Special Region of Yogyakarta, particularly Bantul Regency, contributes significantly to the region's GDP, accounting for 15.18%. It is crucial to encourage MSMEs in Yogyakarta to embrace economic digitalization through the use of QRIS in sales transactions. This study analyzes the push-pull-mooring (PPM) factors that influence MSMEs' switching intentions to adopt QRIS. Push factors refer to negative aspects of the old service, pull factors represent positive attributes of the new service, and mooring factors are barriers to switching intention. The research employs the PPM framework and analyzes data using the SEM-PLS method through SmartPLS 4.1. The sample consists of 100 respondents who meet the criteria of MSMEs that have never used QRIS and do not keep sales transaction records in their business. The results indicate that three hypotheses show significant influence, while four are not significant. The latent variables that significantly affect switching intention are saving time, perceived lack of transaction records, and perceived trouble. The analysis reveals that pull factors have a relatively higher impact on switching intention compared to push factors. Mooring factors, represented by the latent variable of habit, show no significant effect on switching intention.
