Abstract

This study intends to investigate how consumer interest in buying affects consumer perceptions of product quality and pricing while making decisions to buy Acer laptops. Users of Acer laptops in Jakarta who were sampled for this study by completing an online questionnaire made up the respondents. Purposive sampling was used as the method of data gathering. Software called SmartPLS 3.0 is used to process the collected data. The study's findings show that only price perceptions have an impact on consumers' decisions to buy Acer laptops, and that buying interest is not a significant mediating element that influences both price perception and product quality.

Abstract

Research this aim for test influence training and compensation to performance employee with satisfaction work as an intervening variable for MSME employees in South Tangerang. Study quantitative this conducted with use questionnaire through gform use scale linkert. Study using the Structural Equation Modeling model with using the Smartpls software. From the data distributed, 109 eligible respondents were collected for processed more continue. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the work environment, organizational culture and leadership on employee performance. The population and sample are 40 employees of Wingstop Pamulang. The data collection method used a questionnaire and the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results showed that: The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has no positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions of Le Minerale brand bottled drinking water). This type of research is quantitative research. The subjects of this research are consumers who buy Le Minerale products. Primary data was obtained from a questionnaire with 108 respondents using the Google form. Then the collected data will be analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23. The results of this study can be concluded based on the t test that each variable is product quality (X¹), price (X²), and promotion (X³) have a positive and significant effect, thus influencing the purchasing decision (Y)

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of debt to  assets ratio and current ratio  on return on assets. This research approach is with quantitative research. The research population is cosmetic and household appliance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the determination of criteria, namely cosmetic companies and household appliances that are consistently recorded according to the observation period for analysis in the study. Types of research data with secondary data whose collection method uses audited financial statement data. Data analysis method with panel data regression analysis. These empirical findings determine the best model, namely fixed effect and  it is proven that the debt to asset ratio has a negative and significant effect  on return on assets. Meanwhile,  the current ratio does not have a significant effect  on the return on assets

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengetahuan Keuangan, Sikap Keuangan, dan Pengalaman Keuangan terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah para pedagang di Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 125 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah probability Sampling dengan menggunakan metode teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan PLS (Partial Least Square) yang dijalankan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengetahuan keuangan terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan pada pedagang di Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan sikap keuangan terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan pada pedagang di Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengalaman keuangan terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan pada pedagang di Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi. Kata kunci: Pengetahuan Keuangan, Sikap Keuangan, Pengalaman Keuangan, Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan.
