Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship training, family support, achievement motivation and self-efficacy on students' interest in entrepreneurship. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The research population is students majoring in Educational Administration, FIP UM, with a sample of 203 students. Data analysis using SEM with the help of the AMOS 24.0 program. The results of this study are, (1) entrepreneurship training and family support have a partial and simultaneous effect on student achievement motivation, (2) entrepreneurship training and family support have a partial and simultaneous influence on student self-efficacy, (3) entrepreneurial training , family environment support, achievement motivation and self efficacy have partial and simultaneous influence on student entrepreneurship interest, and (4) entrepreneurship training and family environment support have indirect influence on entrepreneurship interest through student achievement motivation and self efficacy.Keywords: entrepreneurship training; family environment support; achievement motivation; self-efficacy; interest in entrepreneurship.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kewirausahaan, dukungan lingkungan keluarga, motivasi berprestasi dan self efficacy terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Abstract

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to identify the factors of student readiness in participating in hybrid system learning. A quantitative approach, with an explanatory design, was used to answer the aforementioned research objectives. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Malang, with a total sample of 346 students, which were analyzed using descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, the factors studied, namely health conditions showed a tendency at the level of good criteria, understanding of the implementation of hybrid learning was in the criteria of understanding, the lifestyle of the majority of students living in boarding houses/rented and mobility using private vehicles during college, the application of health protocols was on the frequent criteria, students' perceptions of hybrid lectures are good, parental support shows a supportive tendency, and students' readiness to take hybrid lectures is on the supportive criteria.Keywords: Hybrid learning; higher education; student readiness; Covid-19Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kesiapan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran sistem hibrid. Pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan explanatory design, digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian yang telah disebutkan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri Malang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 346 mahasiswa, yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang diteliti yakni kondisi kesehatan menunjukkan kecenderungan pada tingkat kriteria baik, pemahaman pelaksanaan hybrid learning berada pada kriteria paham, gaya hidup mahasiswa mayoritas bertempat tinggal di kos/kontrakan dan mobilitas menggunakan kendaraan pribadi selama berkuliah, penerapan protokol kesehatan berada pada kriteria sering, persepsi mahasiswa terhadap perkuliahan hybrid baik, dukungan orang tua menunjukkan kecenderungan mendukung, dan kesiapan mahasiswa mengikuti perkuliahan hybrid berada pada kriteria mendukung.Kata kunci: Hybrid learning; perguruan tinggi; kesiapan mahasiswa; Covid-19

Abstract

Abstract: The main task of education in the school system is learning. Improving the quality of school-based education does not occur without improving the quality of learning in schools. The effectiveness of a school in achieving its vision, carrying out its mission, meeting learning goals and targets, as well as in carrying out quality learning activities in a school, requires the existence of a principal who is able to display effective leadership, namely learning leadership. In addition, school principals need to improve their competence as learning leaders on an ongoing basis. The purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding of principals about: Principal leadership, learning leadership, religious leadership, and leadership change in superior schools in a sustainable, independent, and contextual way. The method used in this service activity is training and mentoring. Keywords: moral-based learning leadership, superior principal Abstrak: Tugas utama pendidikan di dalam sistem persekolahan yaitu pembelajaran. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan berbasis sekolah tidak terjadi, tanpa peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah. Keefektifan suatu sekolah dalam menggapai visi, mengemban misi, memenuhi tujuan dan target pembelajaran, demikian pula dalam menjalankan aktivitas pembelajaran yang bermutu di suatu sekolah, mempersyaratkan adanya seorang kepala sekolah yang mampu menampilkan kepemimpinan yang efektif, yaitu kepemimpinan pembelajaran. Selain itu, kepala sekolah perlu meningkatkan kompetensinya sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran secara berkelanjutan. Tujuan kegiatan ini berupaya meningkatkan pemahaman kepada kepala sekolah tentang: Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kepemimpinan pembelajaran, kepemimpinan religius, dan kepemimpinan perubahan di sekolah unggul secara berkelanjutan, mandiri, dan kontekstual. Abstract

Abstract: This research is oriented towards the problem of implementing the MBKM program which has not been fully and properly addressed by all students in Indonesia. Extra preparedness is the keyword for the successful implementation of the MBKM program. The purpose of this study was to look at the level of student readiness in participating in the MBKM program which was approached quantitatively. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive technique with the help of SPSS 24. The results showed that there was one MBKM program that had a very high level of student readiness, namely teaching assistance in educational units, four MBKM programs had a high level of student readiness, namely, student exchange, apprenticeship/work practice, entrepreneurial activities, and building a thematic real work village/college, three MBKM programs have a low level of student readiness namely research, humanitarian projects, and independent studies/projects. Keywords: student readiness, MBKM program, faculty of education Abstrak: Penelitian ini berorientasi pada problem penerapan program MBKM yang belum disikapi secara utuh dan baik oleh seluruh mahasiswa di Indonesia. Kesiapan ekstra menjadi kata kunci untuk keberhasilan penyelenggaraan program MBKM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat tingkat kesiapan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti program MBKM yang didekati secara kuantitatif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif dengan bantuan SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat satu program MBKM yang memiliki tingkat kesiapan mahasiswa sangat tinggi yakni asistensi mengajar di satuan pendidikan, empat program MBKM memiliki tingkat kesiapan mahasiswa tinggi yakni, pertukaran pelajar, magang/praktik kerja, kegiatan wirausaha, dan membangun desa/kuliah kerja nyata tematik, tiga program MBKM memiliki tingkat kesiapan mahasiswa rendah yakni penelitian/riset, proyek kemanusiaan, dan studi/proyek independen. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher professionalism, the influence between instructional supervision on teacher professionalism and the simultaneous influence of principal leadership and instructional supervision on teacher professionalism. This research was carried out at the State High School (SMAN) and the State Vocational High School (SMKN) in Malang City as a research population, as sampling was carried out through purposive random sampling. The research method uses a quantitative approach, namely to see the partial influence between existing variable variables. This study uses a regression analysis that aims to determine the influence between independent variables on dependent variables. The independent variables in this study are principal leadership (X1) and principal supervision (X2), while the dependent variables are teacher professional competence (Y). The result of this study is that there is a simultaneous relationship between the leadership of the principal and the supervision of learning to the professionalism of teachers at State High School and the State Vocational High School in Malang City. The degree of influence can be categorized at a strong level, this is known from the magnitude of the correlation coefficient value of 0.862 which means it has a strong category. Meanwhile, the variable influence of principal leadership and instructional supervision had an influence of 74.3% on teacher professionalism.

Abstract

Classroom Action Research (CAR) is one of the important activities carried out by teachers to improve the quality of learning. Through CAR activities, teachers can analyze the problems experienced during learning. In addition to CAR, teachers are also expected to be able to carry out publication activities on the results of CAR that have been implemented. With the advancement of technology, it is also expected that teachers will find it easier to compile scientific papers. This Community Service Activity aims to reinforce teachers in implementing CAR and writing scientific papers based on technology. This Community Service Activity was carried out at Ummu Aiman Lawang Elementary School, Malang Regency. The targets of this community service are Class Teachers and Subject Teachers at Ummu Aiman Lawang Elementary School. This activity was carried out using the discussion and question-and-answer method. The results of this community service are an increase in teacher understanding of CAR activities and the use of technology to support publication. This result was obtained from the analysis of the achievement of community service activities seen from the post-test score where participants experienced an increase in understanding with an average value of 83.75.
