Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik sumber daya manusia yang menjadikebutuhan bank dan non bank dalam merekrut karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan caramengedarkan kuisioner pada perusahaan jasa (bank dan non bank) sebanyak 15 perusahaan jasayang terdiri dari 10 bank baik konvensional maupun syariah dan 5 perusahaan non bank. Hasilkuisioner kemudian diolah dengan alat analisis Cochran Q test, untuk mengetahui kesamaanpendapat diantara responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa untuk komponen hard skill, ratarataperusahaan menginginkan semua strata pendidikan mulai dari D3 hingga S2, jugamemperhatikan keterampilan yang dimiliki terutama bahasa asing dan komputer, kemampuanberkomunikasi lisan dan tulisan, serta pengalaman kerja. Untuk kebutuhan soft skill berupa:karakter fisik juga diutamakan, yaitu tinggi badan antara 156-160 untuk wanita dan 170 untuk pria,wajah yang menarik dan penampilan yang menarik. Sehat fisik dan mental, serta kemampuanbertanggungjawab dan memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan juga menjadi keinginan perusahaan dalammenerima karyawanKata kunci : Hard Skill, Soft Skill, dan Perusahaan Jasa

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterkaitan karakteristik individu yakni usia dan status perkawinan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan bank di kota Makassar. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap 30 sampel yang berasal dari 3 Bank Nasional di kota Makassar. Untuk menjawab masalah penelitian digunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yakni regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa usia dan iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan bank di kota Makassar. Kata-kata Kunci : Usia, iklim organisasi, prestasi kerja dan karyawan. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the association individual characteristic, namely Age and organizational climate against employee performance in the city of Makassar. Tests were conducted on 30 samples from 3 National Banks in the city of Makassar. To answer the research problem, quantitative descriptive analysis is used, namely multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that age and organizational climate have a significant influence on the work performance of bank employees in the city of Makassar. Abstract

Related to the purchase and consumption of consumptive products (e.g., vehicles, houses, and other luxury goods), Bugis-Makassar society will perform a local tradition called Mappassili, which is a special ceremony performed after purchasing and before consuming the product. This study examines the post-purchase consumer behavior related to local culture. The objective of this study is to analyze the reasons behind the existence of Mappassili tradition and to examine customer satisfaction after implementing this tradition in Bugis-Makassar tribe in Makassar City. This study used a qualitative research method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the sample consisted of 20 research informants obtained by applying the snowball sampling technique. The results showed that even though Bugis-Makassar tribe has lived in a modern way of life, they still implement the Mappassili tradition after purchasing the product in order to avoid danger in life or due to the pressure from the parents or families. The Mappassili tradition was not only performed to achieve satisfaction, but also to obtain the feeling of security and comfort in purchasing and consuming the product. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of murabahah financing that influences by the inflation rate and BI rate at sharia banks in Indonesia in 2013-2016. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that, partially, inflation has a positive significant effect murabahah financing. However, the BI rate has no significant effect on murabahah financing in sharia banks in Indonesia in 2013-2016. Simultaneously, inflation and BI rate had a significant effect on murabahahfinancing in sharia banks in Indonesia in 2013-2016. Therefore, the management of sharia banks in Indonesia should be more active in introducing sharia funding to society.

Abstract

Drawing from the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2), this study aims to develop a predictive model concerning the shopping behaviour of millennials within the realm of the sharing economy (SE) mobile application. To accommodate prior research findings while providing novelty, this study integrates hedonic enjoyment and price-saving orientation as predictive factors, alongside the level of COVID-19 awareness as a moderating variable. An online survey was administered, and primary data was collected by distributing an electronic questionnaire link randomly via email and social media platforms. Employing a sampling judgement technique, 260 millennials in Indonesia who utilize the SE (Gojek) mobile app were identified as participants. Results from the PLS-SEM analysis reveal that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence,  price-saving orientation, and habits exert a favorable and significant impact on behavioral intentions. Furthermore, habits and behavioral intentions were found to significantly influence the actual usage of the SE app among millennials. Conversely, hedonic enjoyment demonstrated no significant influence on behavioral intentions. Moreover, the moderating role of COVID-19 awareness was observed to both enhance and diminish direct relationships. The implications, both theoretical and practical, along with recommendations for future research, are deliberated upon.

Abstract

Tingginya angka pengangguran diakibatkan banyaknya jumlah tenagakerja yang tidak tertampung pada sektor formal di Indonesia. Juga disebabkan rendahnya minat lulusan pendidikan tinggi untuk menjadi wirausaha. Lulusan PT masih banyak yang berharap untuk menjadi Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Untuk itu, penting membuat alternatif pekerjaan yang sesuai dan cocok dengan keterampilan, bakat dan minat serta hobi. Pekerjaan tersebut tidak harus memenuhi kualifikasi tertentu, tetapi yang dekat dengan keseharian. Salah satu pilihannya yaitu dengan membuka usaha sendiri berdasarkan passion yang dimiliki. Berdasarkan fenomena awal, lulusan PT masih kebingunan untuk menemukan passion mereka dalam berwirausaha dan juga cara mendapatkan pendanaan usaha. Dengan demikian, Tim PKM dan Mitra masyarakat yang belum produktif secara ekonomis, merumuskan ada 2 (dua) masalah utama yakni peningkatan pengetahuan akan pentingnya menggali entrepreneurial passion (EP) untuk menemukan usaha yang sesuai, dan mengakses pendanaan, serta keterampilan dalam pengelolaan usaha berbasis green economy dan digital dengan memanfaatkan sarana dan bahan yang mudah didapat dan mengurangi dampak negatif pada lingkungan sekitar usaha. Untuk itu tujuan dari PKM ini adalah memberi edukasi mengenai EP, pemanfaatan teknoligi dan cara mengakses pendanaan, pembuatan produk dan pengelolaan usaha berbasis green economy. Metode yang dilakukan melalui edukasi, pendampingan dan pelatihan. Hasil dari Kegiatan ini adalah telah terjadi peningkatan kemampuan mitra dalam mengenali dan memanfaatkan passion untuk berwirausaha, kemampuan menciptakan produk berbasis green economy dan keahlian pemsaran online, yang dibuktikan dari hasil evaluasi dan memonitor keberlanjutan kegiatan melalui berjalannya usaha yang diinginkan oleh mitra.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of marketing methods on fan loyalty towards Gigi Band. The research hypothesis was fully accepted at a probability level of 95%, indicating that marketing methods have a positive and significant effect on fan loyalty. The study also found that Gigi Band's management marketing strategy is very effective in maintaining its work and retaining its fans. The recommendations for future research include exploring additional variables that may influence fan loyalty beyond marketing methods. Additionally, the study suggests that Gigi Band should continue to hold concerts and expand its songwriting segment to increase its recognition among a wider audience. Overall, this research provides valuable insights into the impact of marketing on fan loyalty in the music industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyebab munculnya stres kerja pada karyawan perbankan di kota Makassar. Untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian, maka metode  analisis  yang  digunakan  adalah analisis faktor, dengan terlebih dahulu mengumpulan data melalui kuisioner, dan disebarkan kepada 100 orang responden (sampel). Metode penentuan jumlah sampel berdasarkan kuota yakni 25 orang merupakan karyawan bank yang berdomisili di wilayah utara kota Makassar, 25 orang berasal dari wilayah Timur Makassar, 25 orang berasal dari wilayah Selatan Makassar, dan 25 orang berasal dari wilayah Barat Makassar. Hasil  penelitian  ini  menunjukkan  bahwa  terdapat 2 (dua) faktor penyebab munculnya stres kerja pada karyawawan perbankan, yakni : (1)  Kondisi kerja dan keluarga dan (2). Rutinitas pekerjaan di tempat karyawan berkerja. Kata Kunci: Stres kerja,; karyawan;  kondisi pekerjaan; rutinitas; dan perbankan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors underlying women with high school education levels up to Bachelor, for entrepreneurship in the informal sector. Answer the research problem; the data were collected through 22 informants and then analyzed using a qualitative phenomenological approach. The results showed that six factors were underlying the decision of women to become entrepreneurs in the informal sector, which consisted of leisure time factors, Socio-cultural factors, Marriage factors, Ease factors, Capital Factors, and Economic Factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of emotional motives consisting of personal factors and psychological factors on consumer decisions to use credit cards. This study involved 100 respondents, with a sampling technique based on purposive sampling. The questionnaire was distributed to respondents according to the research criteria, namely being customers of credit card users in banks in the city of Makassar, which were further analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression model, which will test variables from emotional motives, namely personal factors, and psychological factors, on the decision to use credit cards. . The results showed that personal factors had a significant positive effect on the decision to use a credit card, while psychological factors also showed a significant positive effect on the decision to use a credit card. Thus, people in the city of Makassar use credit cards based on the encouragement of emotional motives consisting of personal factors and psychological factors.
