Abstract

Every year more than 36 million people die from non-communicable diseases (NCD), which is about 63% of deaths caused by NCDs. Globally, PTM which is the number one cause of death every year is cardiovascular disease that can occur before the age of 60 years, and 90% of these premature deaths occur in low and middle income countries (Kemenkes RI, 2014). In Central Java Province, based on reports from hospitals, the highest cases of coronary heart disease were in the city of Semarang, amounting to 4,784 cases (26.00%) compared to the total number of coronary heart disease cases in other districts/cities in Central Java. When viewed based on the total number of other PTM cases in Klaten Regency, it was 3.82%. Meanwhile, the second highest case was Banyumas Regency, which was 2,004 cases (10.89%) and when compared to the total number of other PTMs in Banyumas Regency, it was 9.87%. The fewest cases were found in Tegal Regency, namely 2 cases (0.01%) (Health Profile of Central Java Province, 2014). This study aims to determine the effect of education on heart prevention efforts on the stratification of heart disease. This type of research is quasi-experimental with pre and post test designs with controls. The number of samples is 40 respondents, 20 samples as the intervention group and 20 respondents as the control group. The results of the dependent t test analysis showed that there was an effect of education on prevention of heart disease on the reduction of heart disease stratification with p value: 0.00. There is an effect of education on prevention of heart disease on reducing the stratification of heart disease.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to improve the ability of teachers to implementPBM through supervision group. The design of this study a qualitative research approachAction Research School. The results showed that the level of ability to carry out teaching andlearning activities teachers Class V increased significantly, in the first cycle obtain the value72.10 (qualifying well), the second cycle obtain the value of 80 (good qualification) and thethird cycle the average value of 86, 50 (excellent qualifications). Based on the results of thisstudy concluded that the ability of teachers to carry out teaching and learning activities throughsupervision groups to increase in value. Based on the conclusions presented suggestions forteachers to continuously improve their ability with the guidance of the school supervisor/principal and learn independently.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru melaksanakanPBM melalui supervisi kelompok. Rancangan penelitian ini penelitian kualitatif denganpendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tingkatkemampuan melaksanakan PBM para guru Kelas V meningkat secara sinifikan, pada SiklusI memperoleh nilai 72,10 (kualifikasi baik), Siklus II memperoleh nilai 80 (kualifikasi baik),dan Siklus III nilai rata-rata 86,50 (kualifikasi sangat baik). Berdasarkan hasil penelitiandapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan PBM melalui supervisikelompok meningkat nilainya. Berdasarkan simpulan dikemukakan saran bagi guru untukterus meningkatkan kemampuannya dengan bimbingan dari pengawas sekolah/kepalasekolah maupun belajar secara mandiri.Kata kunci: kemampuan guru, proses belajar mengajar, supervisi kelompok

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah menimbulkan banyak hal baru dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, salah satunya adalah penggunaan masker oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Kewajiban menggunakan masker berlaku secara global, termasuk di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara kepatuhan menggunakan masker dengan gangguan saluran pernapasan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain cross-sectional. Subjek penelitian adalah warga masyarakat Kabupaten Purbalingga, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan perpaduan multistage sampling dan random sampling, pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji distribusi frekuensi (univariat) dan uji korelasi rank spearman untuk menganalisis arah dan signifikansi korelasi antara kepatuhan menggunakan masker dengan gangguan saluran pernapasan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan ada korelasi yang signifikan antara kepatuhan menggunakan masker dengan penurunan gangguan saluran pernapasan pada warga masyarakat Purbalingga. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,965 dan p-value sebesar 0,000 yang lebih rendah dari (0,05). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka hipotesis yang menyatakan “Ada korelasi yang signifikan antara kepatuhan menggunakan masker dengan penurunan gangguan saluran pernapasan pada warga masyarakat Purbalingga” diterima. Jadi kepatuhan menggunakan masker terbukti mempunyai manfaat yang sangat besar dalam menurunkan gangguan saluran pernapasan

Abstract

Background: The curriculum is everything that includes the learning experience that students go through and affects the development of their personality which is obtained not only from the school environment but also from the family and community environment. Purpose: This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in PJOK learning using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) model in State Junior High Schools in Depok District, Sleman. Methods: The research method used is the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) model. The research population involved PJOK Teachers, Principals and supervisors who served in State Junior High Schools in Depok District, Sleman and students from five schools. Data were collected using observation guidelines, interview guidelines, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis techniques in accordance with the evaluation model. Results: The results showed that the evaluation of the context of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum was 3.22 (good). The input evaluation of the implementation of the PJOK Merdeka Curriculum is 3.23 (good). Evaluation of the process of implementing the PJOK Independent Curriculum is 2.92 (good). Product evaluation of the implementation of the PJOK Merdeka Curriculum is 3.23 (good). Evaluation of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in PJOK learning is 3.15 (good). Conclusion: Thus, it can be concluded that the evaluation of the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in PJOK learning at SMP N in Depok sub-district has gone well.  Implications and Recommendation: After evaluating the context, input, process, product, it can be decided that the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in learning PJOK in Depok sub-district needs some improvements to achieve more optimal results.
