Abstract

Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk melakukan pengembangan terhadap daya tarik obyek wisata yangdimiliki oleh pemandian Banyu Biru dengan menggunakan pendekatan matriks IFAS dan EFAS.Matriks IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktorinternal, berupa kekuatan dan kelemahan yang dimiliki oleh suatu usaha Sedangkan matriks EFAS(External Factor Analysis Summary) digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor eksternal suatuusaha, yang mana terdiri dari peluang dan ancaman yang dihadapi.Lokasi kajian berada di Desa Sumberejo, Kecamatan Winongan, Kabupaten Pasuruan, JawaTimur dengan subyek kajian yaitu pengelolan wisata dan pengunjung wisata pemandian BanyuBiru. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari (1) observasi, (2) wawancara mendalam (indepthinterview), dan (3) dokumentasi dan triangulasi.Hasil penilaian terlihat bahwa kegiatan wisata Pemandian Banyu Biru Kabupaten Pasuruanterletak pada posisi kuadran II yang berarti obyek wisata tersebut dalam keadaan stabil (Stability),sedangkan secara lebih rinci obyek wisata Pemandian Banyu Biru berada pada ruang C sehinggastrategi yang digunakan adalah Agresif Maintenance Strategy dimana pengelola obyekmelaksanakan pengembangan secara aktif dan agresif. Dengan posisi tersebut berarti obyek wisataPemandian Banyu Biru memiliki potensi yang lebih kecil daripada masalah yang ada serta memilikipeluang lebih besar daripada ancaman yang ada.

Abstract

Tempat Pemakaman Umum (TPU) memiliki fungsi utama sebagai tempat pelayananpublik untuk penguburan jenazah. Pemakaman juga dapat berfungsi sebagai RuangTerbuka Hijau (RTH) untuk menambah keindahan kota, daerah resapan air, pelindung,pendukung ekosistem, dan pemersatu ruang kota. Sayangnya, perencanaan areapemakaman dalam sebuah kota sering terabaikan baik dari segi kualitas desain maupunkuantitas kebutuhan standar pelayanan minimalnya. Metode penelitian dilakukan denganteknik survei di TPU Pasirtanjung, Kecamatan Cikarang Pusat, Kabupaten Bekasi sertawawancara kepada narasumber terkait. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kondisi TPUPasirtanjung lokasi belum indah dan aman menurut peraturan-peraturan terkait RTH. Fokuspenyelesaian masalah melalui desain untuk penataan blok dalam masterplan serta arahanpenyediaan sirkulasi, sarana, utilitas, serta sempadan, sehingga menghilangkan kesanmenakutkan namun tetap memiliki fungsi ekologis dan sosial bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

The square is a public open space that can accommodate various community activities. Bekasi Regency Square was established with the aim of being able to meet the needs of green open space in the city area. and can be an alternative entertainment to unwind after undergoing routines and provide facilities for socializing, chatting and discussing for the people of Bekasi Regency, as social beings, society also needs open channels to interact and socialize with the community or other communities. in addition to increasing public open space in Bekasi Regency, especially in Cikarang where green open spaces or squares must be owned by an area. The location of the Alun-alun is in Bekasi Regency, precisely in North Cikarang District which is the location of Development I. In the development of green open space, the Square requires an attractive arrangement and appearance to increase the beauty and comfort of the city, in order to attract tourists. This design uses the concept of contemporary architecture which will be applied to the design of the existing building in the square. The application of contemporary principles is realized by applying a design that looks solid, and dynamic. With the Bekasi Regency square, the provision of green open spaces can be achieved

Abstract

The higher and the increasing amount of waste in Indonesia, the proper waste management is needed. The new paradigm of waste management as mandated by RI Law no. 18 of 2008 concerning waste management, a real effort is needed to make it happen. Al-Muhajirin Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools in Bekasi Regency, West Java. The students at the Islamic boarding school still do not have knowledge about waste management based on reuse, reduce and recycle. Therefore we conducted research on waste management in Islamic boarding schools with students as the subject. The purpose of this research is to increase the awareness of all students in waste management using the reuse, reduce and recycle methods. The method used in this study uses the literature study method.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in a country's economy, including in Indonesia. However, MSMEs often face challenges in increasing their competitiveness during increasingly fierce global competition, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic which made people build businesses in the culinary field. Things that can help MSMEs increase their competitiveness are the use of information technology or social media. The community service partner is the Ayam Geprek Sambal Petir business in Bekasi Regency. The obstacles include limited knowledge in calculating and preparing financial reports and not understanding how to promote their business using social media. The solution to these problems is to provide education about financial reports and business promotion using social media. The implementation method is in the form of lectures, discussions, simulations and implementation of financial reports and the use of social media. The activity results show that partners can compile financial reports independently with the help of the Sepran application and can create promotional content using social media.

Abstract

The Manado-Bitung Metropolitan Area Plan aims to create an integrated and sustainable area by paying attention to economic, social and environmental growth. This study assesses the existing conditions and development potential in the area, identifies challenges, and formulates a comprehensive spatial planning strategy. The planning approach used involves analyzing factors such as transportation, infrastructure, land use, and socio-economic dynamics. The plan is designed to improve connectivity between Manado and Bitung, support industrial and tourism development, and promote environmentally friendly development. It is hoped that the implementation of this spatial planning plan can accelerate regional economic growth, reduce the disparity between regions, and improve the quality of life of the community. The conclusion of this study shows that integrated and participatory spatial planning is essential to achieve sustainable and inclusive metropolitan development.

Abstract

The success or failure of a project can be influenced by the lack of planning of project activities, and the supervision carried out is ineffective and has an impact on the project running inefficiently. Then, it will result in delays and a decrease in the quality of work and have an impact on swelling the project budget. Project management is needed in order to manage projects starting from implementation to the end of a project. This research uses a case study on the Pelita Ilmu Foundation Building Construction Project, especially architectural work. This building is located on Jl. Rawa Kuda, Kp. Rawa Kuda RT/RW 004/002 Karangharum, Kedungwaringin District, Bekasi Regency, West Java 17540 [1]. The S curve is used to find out how long a project takes to complete. The aim of this research is to determine time efficiency in terms of the S Curve graph. The results of time management analysis using the S Curve on the graph showed that the realization of time delays was not in accordance with the plan.
