Abstract

Abstract Body Languange Gymnastics Training Activities in Developing the Profession of Beginner Instructors in Cipinang Village, Pulogadung District, East Jakarta City aims to provide body languange exercise skills. Knowledge of body anatomical structures, systematic presentation of Body Languange exercise classes (warming up, core movements and cooling) and professional ethics. The methods that will be given to participants are the lecture method, demonstration discussion and exercise methods. In order for activities to run smoothly and targets to be achieved properly, it is necessary to have sources who have knowledge of the material to be provided. The implementation of this activity will be carried out at the Talenta fitness center and target participants aged 30-40 years. The training activities will be held every Saturday for 4 meetings. The results of the study provide an overview as follows: the result of calculating the difference between the initial results and the final test that is given is an increase in the ability to lead the presentation of the body language exercise class. 1) For the systematic presentation test of 2 participants or 10% of the presentation of the body languange gymnastics class, the good assessment increased to very good, 2) For the core systematic presentation test of 3 participants or 15%, the presentation of the body langunge gymnastics class, the good assessment increased to be very good. Abstrak Kegiatan Pelatihan Senam body languange dalam Mengembangkan Profesi Instruktur pemula di Kelurahan Cipinang, Kecamatan Pulogadung,Kota Jakarta Timur ini bertujuan untuk memberikan keterampilan senam body languange. Pengetahuan tentang struktur anatomi tubuh, sistematis penyajian kelas senam Body languange (pemanasan, gerakan inti dan pendinginan) serta Etika profesi. Metode yang akan di berikan kepada peserta adalah metode ceramah, diskusi demontrasi dan metode latihan. Agar kegiatan dapat berjalan lancar dan target tercapai dengan baik, maka dibutuhkan narasumber yang memiliki pengetahuan mengenai materi yang akan diberikan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini akan di lakukan di tempat pusat kebugaran Talenta dan sasaran peserta yang berusia 30 - 40 tahun. Adapun pelaksanaankegiatan pelatihan ini akan di laksanakan setiap hari sabtu selama 4 kali pertemuan. Proses pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini di dikuti oleh masyarakat di lingkungan kelurahan cipinang dan sekitarnya. Adapun tujuan pelatihan ketrampilan senam body languange ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan ketrampilan senam body languange kepada peserta kegiatan. Di harapkan setelah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan ini peserta pelatihan bisa meminpin kelas senam body languange dengan variasi gerakan yang baik dan benar dari pemanasan, inti dan pendinginan. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran sebagai berikut : hasil perhitungan selisih antara hasil awal dan test akhir yang di berikan terdapat peningkatan kemampuan mempimpin penyajian kelas senam body languange. 1) Untuk test penyajian sistematis pemenasan sebanyak 2 peserta atau 10% penyajian kelas senam body languange penilaian baik meningkat menjadi sangat baik, 2) Untuk test penyajian sistematis inti sebanyak 3 peserta atau 15% penyajian kelas senam body languange penilaian baik meningkat menjadi sangat baik.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan guru  pamong terhadap program PKM mahasiswa prodi pendidikan jasmani fakultas ilmu keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan survey. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan  convenience sample guru pendidikan jasmani di Ibu Kota Jakarta. Jumlah sampel yang menyetujui 22 orang, (7 orang perempuan dan laki-laki 15). Instrumen yang digunakan mengacu Buku Pedoman Praktik Keterampilan Mengajar. Hasilnya tingkat kepuasan guru pamong terhadap Program PKM mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan jasmani Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan 86,36 % (19 orang) menjawab memuaskan, 13,63 % (3 orang) menjawab tidak memuaskan.

Abstract

Persons with disabilities were people who had long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory limitations. People with disabilities were divided into several types, namely physical disabilities, sensory disabilities, mental disabilities, and intellectual disabilities. Deaf people are included in sensory disabilities who have limited senses. So people with disabilities need special assistance, especially in starting swimming. The purpose of this study was to determine whether deaf swimmers need a swimming start aid. The research method used was a descriptive method with a survey technique. The time of study was carried out in 2022 starting from April to July. The location for data collection was carried out at the Senen Jakarta swimming pool. The population and samples used were athletes with hearing impairment in DKI Jakarta, totalling 20 people using total sampling. The research instrument used was a questionnaire to analyze the need for start aids for deaf swimmers by having three indicators as a decision maker on whether or not to use start aids for deaf swimmers. The data analysis technique used was the descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that deaf swimmers needed a start aid. Further research is expected to be able to make starting aids that can be used by deaf swimmers to achieve optimal performance.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between sports nutrition and gross motor skill development in young athletes, focusing on maintaining optimal nutrition levels. The primary issue identified is the lack of understanding of how nutrition impacts gross motor skills and athletic performance in children and adolescents. This study explores the relationship between sports nutrition and gross motor skill development in young athletes. The study aims to analyze how nutritional strategies affect gross motor skill development and overall health in young athletes. A qualitative descriptive research model, informed by a comprehensive literature review, was used. Literature was collected from reputable scientific databases using keywords such as "Sports Nutrition," "Gross Motor Skills," and "Youth Athletes." Data from ten relevant articles were analyzed to identify the impact of nutritional strategies on motor skill development. Results indicate that optimal nutrition plays a crucial role in enhancing gross motor skills, such as running, jumping, and coordination, which are essential for athletic performance. Macronutrients—carbohydrates, proteins, and fats—support energy levels, muscle growth, and recovery, while micronutrients like vitamins and minerals contribute to cognitive function and overall well-being. The study also reveals that socioeconomic factors affect access to nutritious food and motor skill outcomes. The conclusion underscores the importance of balanced nutrition for motor skill development and athletic performance. Recommendations for future research include employing longitudinal study designs to establish causal relationships, exploring synergistic effects of nutrients, and examining socioeconomic factors more deeply. Additionally, integrating nutrition education with physical training could offer practical solutions to enhance motor skill development in young athletes

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat seberapa efektif dan layak program pelatihan kekuatan komprehensif dalam meningkatkan kebugaran otot dan persepsi kompetensi fisik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini desain pretest-posttest control group design. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan convenience sample dengan jumlah 125 orang. Empat kelas ditugaskan menggunakan assigned random. Total sampel 125 siswa laki-laki, 63 siswa kelompok intervensi, dan 62 kelompok kontrol. Sampel kelompok intervensi secara signifikan meningkatkan performa rata-rata dalam lompat jauh, vertical jump, push-up, sit-up, kekuatan genggaman, dan kompetensi fisik. Selain itu, kelompok kontrol lebih besar pada lompat jauh, vertical jump, sit-up, kekuatan genggaman tangan, dan kompetensi fisik, namun tidak ada push-up. Kelompok kontrol yang dirancang dalam penelitian ini dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kebugaran otot siswa laki-laki, serta dapat meningkatkan kompetensi fisik
