Abstract: The Application Of Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) Using Multimedia In Improving Mathematics Learning About Two-Dimentional Figure For The Fifth Grade Student Of SDN Bulurejo In The Academic Year 2014/2015. The objectives of this study are: (1) to describe the steps in the application of TAI using multimedia in improving mathematics, (2) to improve mathematics learning about two-dimentional figure through the application of TAI using multimedia, and (3) to describe problems and solutions in the application of TAI using multimedia. This research is collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in three cycles, consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection on each cycle. The subject of this research was 30 students. Techniques of collecting the data in this observation, interview, study were test and documentation. The conclusions of this research is the application of the TAI type of multimedia can enhance the learning of mathematics in class V SDN Bulurejo in the academic year 2014/2015.Keywords: Team Assisted Individualization (TAI), multimedia, mathematics. Abstrak: Penerapan Tipe Team-Assisted Individualization (TAI) Dengan Multimedia Dalam Peningkatan Pembelajaran Matematika Tentang Bangun Datar Pada Siswa Kelas V SDN Bulurejo Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah penerapan model Kooperatif tipe TAI dengan multimedia, (2) meningkatan pembelajaran Matematika tentang bangun datar melalui penerapan model Kooperatif tipe TAI dengan multimedia, (3) menemukan kendala dan solusi yang dihadapi pada penerapan model Kooperatif tipe TAI dengan multimedia.Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) kolaboratif ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, tes dan dokumentasi. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan tipe TAI dengan multimedia dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran matematika pada siswa kelas V SDN Bulurejo tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Video streaming is growing very rapidly nowadays, many people use it in their daily lives, especially since the pandemic, video streaming has become an important need. Video conferencing applications such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Cisco Webex have become increasingly important in facilitating remote communications, allowing people to communicate, collaborate, and hold virtual meetings without geographic restrictions. This research uses the QoS method to analyze the comparison of service quality from video streaming such as Zoom, Cisco Webex and Google Meet. From the results of the research carried out, each video stream was assessed with QoS. The research carried out was by testing 3 applications, namely Zoom, Cisco Webex and Google Meet, the best results were obtained, namely Zoom with a Throughput value of 6685842, a Delay value of 47ms, a Jitter value of 47 ms and a Packet Loss value of 0.004%. The QoS method can be applied in comparative quality analysis in testing video streaming service applications.

The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the variable current ratio, debt to equity, debt to assets, return on assets, return on equity, net profit margin, and price earning ratio on stock prices in the infrastructure company PT BEI. This type of research is a quantitative research using secondary data. The sample used in this study were 38 infrastructure companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018-2021 period that met the criteria in this study. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques (multiple linear regression). Based on the result of this study, it is known that the variable Current Ratio, Debt to assets, has an insignificant negative effect on stock prices. Variables Debt to Equity, Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, and Price Earning have no significant positive effect on stock prices. The result of the test show that the variables are Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Price Earning (P/E) have a significant effect on stock prices

The proliferation of information technology and the internet has created fresh avenues for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to enhance the marketing and sales of their products. A viable tool for this purpose is Google Business, a platform specifically developed to facilitate the expansion of local enterprises. Muria Jaya UMKM is a company specializing in the production of tofu and tempeh. The objective of this service initiative is to enhance the market penetration of Muria Jaya micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through the process of digitalizing their marketing efforts. The proposed solution in this activity involves the implementation of digital marketing through the utilization of the Google Business platform. UMKM Muria Jaya can enhance their visibility to potential customers by utilizing this platform's capabilities, including business listings, customer reviews, and geographical information, which facilitate easy discovery of their items via the Google search engine. The approach employed in this activity involves the formation of an activity team, doing visits, performing analysis, implementing activities, and conducting evaluations. The outcome of the service efforts is the Google Business platform, which serves as an online marketing and sales tool.

Social media has become an important campaign medium for politicians. The politician behaves depending on his social role in a particular situation. In the dramaturgy by Erving Goffman, this is said to be a form of collaborative manufacturing that politicians will prepare for every event of social interaction. The aim of this article is to explore dramaturgy trends of presidential candidates in the 2024 election campaign on Instagram. Identify trends in the use of symbols and language used in interactions on Instagram during the election campaign. The method used is qualitative with an interpretive paradigm. The research period spans the 2024 election campaign period (November 28, 2023-February 10, 2024). Data was collected by an Instagram scrapper, coding, content categorization and interpretation of specific themes. The research results found that there were five categories of theme trends, namely: religious, social, family, nationalist and campaign programs. The synergy of the five themes becomes an integral part of forming the candidate's front stage as a campaign action to influence the public. Instagram has become a front stage to display a positive image of candidates and impress the public in order to show their best side.

Abstrak: Kawasan Tambak Wedi, Kenjeran, Surabaya merupakan komunitas pesisir dengan jumlah nelayan yang cukup besar dan berada di area strategis namun rawan kecelakaan laut, kawasan tersebut termasuk dalam sekitar Alur Pelayaran Barat Surabaya (APBS). Minimnya kapal tanggap darurat menjadi latar belakang kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan solusi mitigasi kecelakaan laut melalui pelatihan kepada peserta baik secara softskill yakni berupa pembekalan materi terkait kriteria dalam proses desain kapal, material penyusun serta aspek kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) untuk peningkatan dari segi hardskill yakni tentang proses produksi pembuatan kapal speed boat berbahan Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) sesuai rules/standart yang berlaku. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan di Politeknik Perkapalan Negeri Surabaya (PPNS) dengan melibatkan 10 orang mahasiswa asing peserta Summer Camp serta 6 orang kelompok nelayan lokal Kenjeran Surabaya dengan total peserta sebanyak 16 orang. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pengenalan desain kapal dan perancangan kapal (spiral design) material penyusun dan proses produksi, hingga pembuatan kapal secara langsung dengan menggunakan metode hand lay-up yang dilakukan selama 5 hari. Produk akhir berupa kapal speed boat sepanjang 5,05 meter ini diserahkan kepada nelayan Kenjeran sebagai sarana kesiapsiagaan maritim. Kegiatan ini juga berperan sebagai ajang kolaborasi internasional dan promosi keunggulan PPNS dalam bidang perkapalan. Pelatihan ini memberikan peningkatan pemahaman dan kompetensi teknis kepada peserta Summer Camp serta kelompok nelayan lokal dengan peningkatan nilai siginifikan terlihat dari semua indiator baik pemahaman materi dengan peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 56,6% serta peningkatan kompetensi keterampilan peserta yakni sebesar 60,8% dalam proses pembangunan kapal FRP sesuai standard yang sebelumnya hanya sebagai pengguna dan bekal untuk berwirausaha dalam bidang pembuatan kapal FRP.Abstract: The Tambak Wedi area in Kenjeran, Surabaya, is a coastal community with a significant number of fishermen and is located in a strategic yet high-risk zone for maritime accidents, as it lies near the Western Surabaya Shipping Lane (APBS). The lack of available emergency response vessels highlights the urgent need for effective disaster mitigation measures. This community engagement project aimed to address this issue through training that combined soft skills, such as understanding ship design criteria, appropriate construction materials, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), with hard skills on the practical production process of fiberglass speed boats according to applicable standards and rules. The activities were conducted at the Shipbuilding Institute of Polytechnic Surabaya (PPNS) and involved international students participating in the 2024 Summer Camp program along with local fishermen from Kenjeran, Surabaya. A total of 16 participants joined, consisting of 10 international students and 6 local fishermen. The training activities included an introduction to ship design using the spiral design method, sessions on FRP materials and production techniques, and hands-on boat building practice using the hand lay-up method carried out over five days. The final product, a 5.05-meter-long speed boat made from Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP), was officially handed over to the Kenjeran fisherman group as a maritime preparedness asset. This project not only addressed local safety concerns but also promoted international collaboration and showcased PPNS’s expertise in shipbuilding and maritime education. The training resulted in significant improvements, with an average 56.6% increase in participants’ understanding of materials and a 60.8% increase in practical skills for building FRP boats, preparing them for safer operations and future entrepreneurship.
