Abstract

Energy needs continue to increase, resulting in energy reserves decreasing yearly, especially those made from fossil fuels, which are non-renewable energy, so their availability is limited. Therefore, efforts are needed to find alternative energy sources that can be developed. An energy source that can be produced is biomass. Gamal (Leucanea leucocephala)  and Lamtoro (Gliricidia sepium) plants are biomass often used as alternative raw materials for energy, namely biopellets, because they have high calorific value. This study aimed to determine the characteristics of biopellets from L. leucocephala and G. sepium with various compositions and particle sizes. The composition of the L. leucocephala and G. sepium raw materials is 1:1, 1:2, and 2:1 with a particle size that is passed 40 mesh retained 60 mesh, passed 60 mesh retained 80 mesh, and passed 80 mesh retained 100 mesh. Quality testing of biopellets based on SNI 8951:2020 includes density, moisture content, fly content, ash content, fixed carbon, and calorific value. The results showed that the biopellets were following SNI 8951:2020, namely the average value of density, moisture content, and ash content, for the parameters of the value of the flying substance content and fixed carbon were not in accordance. Statistics have shown that particle size significantly affects density, ash content, volatile matter, and fixed carbon. The composition affects the moisture content, fixed carbon, volatile matter content, and ash content. The best biopellets were produced in the treatment with 80 mesh particle size and 2:1 composition.

Abstract

Karies gigi merupakan penyakit kronis yang umum terjadi dan wanita hamil merupakan salah satu kelompok yang rentan akan penyakit gigi dan mulut (karies). Hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar tahun 2018 sebanyak 57,6% penduduk Indonesia bermasalah gigi dan mulut, tetapi hanya 10,2% yang mendapat perawatan oleh tenaga medis gigi. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah tingginya persentase karies gigi di Indonesia berdasarkan data Riset Kesehatan Dasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan perilaku ibu hamil dalam menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut selama kehamilan melalui review artikel. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan literature review yang diperoleh dari 3 database yaitu DOAJ, PubMed dan ScinceDirect. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa perilaku ibu hamil dalam menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut selama kehamilan termasuk kurang dalam penggunaan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan selama kehamilan, untuk meningkatkan perilaku ibu dalam mencegah karies gigi selama kehamilan dapat dilakukan dengan cara memeriksakan gigi pada usia awal kehamilan hingga usia akhir kehamilan di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Abstract

This research explores the utilization of digital technology in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at Qurrata A’yun Kindergarten, Banjar Regency. Employing a qualitative approach, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentations. The results showed that the use of digital technology, such as Power Point presentations (PPT), animated videos, and audio, were able to increase students’ interest and motivation. The material that displayed about Islamic learning such as the story of prophet and the congregational prayer. Teachers play a central role in this process, although there was obstacles such as limited infrastructure and technological competence for senior teachers. Its challenges include the need for additional time for technology integration and maintaining a balance between digital and conventional learning. This study suggested that there must be technology training for teachers, procurement of adequate supporting facilities, and development of a digital-based curriculum that remains integrated with Islamic values.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. The development of PAI teaching materials is not only focused on knowledge about the Islamic religion but also on various elements of life such as morals and morals of students because the current challenges are the increasingly rapid flow of globalization or science and technology which is inversely proportional to the decline in IMTAQ, and this is a serious challenge to teachers in developing Islamic Religious Education teaching materials. This research is library research (Library Research) which uses a qualitative approach by collecting data in the form of literature studies and using content analysis methods. The research results show that learning will be more interesting for students if the development of teaching materials is in accordance with their needs, does not make them bored, increases learning motivation, and becomes a solution for students in developing their abilities, both in terms of science and technology and faith and piety.
