Abstract

The problem faced by PT Sari Kayu is that fluctuating production demand and high product variance make production inefficient. If the problem does not have a good factory layout, it affects material handling costs, material handling distances, and material handling time. For example, at PT Sari Kayu, there was a delay during a wrong project because the two projects were running simultaneously. The delay is due to the lack of resistance of the production floor to sudden high fluctuations in production demand. In addition, product variance is also a factor in the longer production process due to the different sequence of production processes and less supportive machine layouts. It is hoped that with the proposed layout, PT Sari Kayu will be able to face the fluctuating demand for production.

Abstract

Pong's Snack is an MSMEs originating from Ponggang Village that produces various types of snacks such as opak, rengginang, cassava chips, wajid, potato chips, taro chips, banana chips, Seroja, kicimpring, and cistik. MSMEs in Ponggang Village still use conventional methods, such as marketing products by entrusting them to stalls, can order in advance via telephone number and the product is delivered directly to the customer. Therefore, the author helps MSMEs to be better known to the wider community by entering the products produced by MSMEs into the Pareang Sate Restaurant and selling their products online through the Tokopedia application. To be able to market products online, it is necessary to take steps that can be used as guidelines in digital marketing activities aimed at the target market and known as AIDA (Awareness, Interest, Desire, and Action). The first step taken by the author so that Pong's Snack MSMEs products can be known to consumers is to build awareness of consumers by using the 7P product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence approach. To increase interest in buying a product, a standing pouch is used an attractive label and packaging design.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are vital business units in developing and growing the Indonesian economy. The people of Ponggang Village have the potential for their naturalresources, which can be processed to make a product that can make a steady income from MSMEs. This community service activity aims to open up insights and share the importance of entrepreneurship from an early age. The results obtained from this community service include the packaging of Ponggang Village MSME products with a unique design that has an element of identity from Ponggang Village MSME products, namely the "Pongs" product. From this packaging development, the product is hoped to have more value in the local market.

Abstract

PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk. (Gorontalo) is still experiencing problems in managing fuel supply where the company often experiences a lack of inventory that hinders the production process. The company also experienced excess inventory, causing storage costs to rise. For this reason, companies need to exercise inventory control. One of the analytical tools that can be used to control inventory is the "Economic Order Quantity" (EOQ). From the calculation results, it was found that the optimal number of fuel supply purchases from palm oil shells using the EOQ method is 352 tons with a purchase frequency of 3 times in one period (1 year) so that the company can save fuel procurement costs. . The total inventory cost of raw materials with an EOQ of Rp. 32,845,640 while the cost incurred by the company without using EOQ amounted to Rp. 34,731,000. The savings that can be made by the company is Rp. 1,885,360 with a Reorder Point of 81.9 tonnes and a total safety stock of 241 tonnes.

Abstract

Corona virus or often called COVID-19 is a virus caused by SARS CoV 2, where the incident was uploaded in the world of health or we often call WHO. Even the World Health Organization (WHO) has declared that the corona virus outbreak is a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) or an international public health emergency. Not only has an impact on health, but this virus outbreak has also had a major impact in various sectors such as disrupting the country's economy, disrupting the education process and so on. This impact is caused by the very fast spread of the virus. Therefore, the author will analyze the level of accuracy in the covid-19 virus by using the certainty method model which aims to make it easier for local governments to monitor the spread of the COVID-19 virus and can determine future policies so that the spread is not more easily exposed to the community. this method will produce data analysis and diagnoses regarding identifying the covid-19 virus with results in the form of accuracy, namely someone is indicated as COVID-19 POSITIVE.

Abstract

Laboratorium pada umumnya digunakan untuk kegiatan percobaan, pengukuran, perkuliahan, penelitian atau riset ilmiah. Untuk menunjang kegiatan perkuliahan, Jurusan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Banyuwangi telah membangun gedung Laboratorium Teknologi Rekayasa Jalan dan Jembatan pada tahun 2021. Sistem struktur bangunan laboratorium berupa portal frame menggunakan material baja profil IWF. Tahap perencanaan dimensi kolom utama yang digunakan yaitu profil IWF 200.100.7.10 sedangkan kuda- kuda rafter menggunakan IWF 150.75.5,5.9,5. Kendala yang terjadi saat tahap pelaksanaan konstruksi yaitu ketersediaan bahan baja profil di lokasi pekerjaan. Kontraktor mengajukan perubahan disain profil IWF untuk elemn kolom dan kuda- kuda sesuai ketersediaan baja profil dipasaran. Tujuan re- disain baja profil untuk mengetahui keamanan dan kehandalan struktur bangunan terhadap beban kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemodelan menggunakan aplikasi komputer. Perancangan baja profil didasarkan pada SNI 03-2847-2002 dan SNI 03-1726- 2012 Tata Cara Perancangan Ketahanan Gempa Untuk Bangunan Gedung. Hasil analisis yaitu tegangan tekan kolom (sx) sebesar 360,69 kg/cm2 dan (sy) sebesar 2.392,16 kg/cm2. Nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari tegangan ijin sebesar 2.500 kg/cm2. Nilai lendutan profil baja untuk elemen kuda- kuda sebesar 2,39 cm. Kondisi ini memenuhi lendutan ijin sebesar 2,83 cm. Profil baja IWF 200.100.5,5.8 dan IWF 150.75.5.7 mempunyai kekuatan yang cukup dan dapat digunakan sebagai material struktur

Abstract

This paper focuses on designing a 32-bit Reduced Instruction Set Computer (RISC) Scalable Processor Architecture (SPArc) subset gener al purposes processor. The design process covers instructions selection, Register Transfer Notation (RTN) design, Datapath Design, and Control Unit Design. Basic integer instruction was selected. Datapath was designed along with the RTN with a five-stage pipeline with direct connection between stages. This design was then validated using functionality simulation test and implemented in Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). The performance of the processor was measured using thermal report, power report, and time report. Functional test shows that the Processor can execute instructions as designed, which are Arithmetic/Shift/Logic, Control Transfers, and Memory access instructions. It was validated with the register content and signal generated in each stage. The design was also successfully implemented in FPGA with the maximum clock of 58 MHz as the synthesis report shows. Thermal report shows the thermal properties of the design, which shown the acceptable thermal margin of 56.9 ?C and junction temperature of 28.1 ?C. The power report shows the low power consumption of 0.266 W, which consists of dynamic power of 0.173 W and static power of 0.093 W. This work enables further development and to be used as master processor in System on Chip design of special purpose processors like cognitive processors

Abstract

Cibitung Hamlet, Ponggang Village is one of four partner villages of the Industrial Engineering Study Program of Atma Jaya University (UAJ) in community service activities. Continuing economic development for Ponggang Village, the community service team saw an opportunity in Cibitung Hamlet to plant water spinach as a selling product and increase vegetable consumption for the Ponggang Village community. To support the planting of water spinach, fertile soil, sunlight, and water are needed. Fertilization is really necessary to increase or maintain plant fertility by adding artificial or natural nutrients. The Community Service Team conducted a preliminary study on the effect of organic fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers, fertilizers from biogas dregs (bioslurry), and no fertilizers, using the soil in Cibitung Hamlet on the growth of water spinach. Based on the results of the study, fertilizers using biogas dregs provided heavy metal content values below the limit and also provided a fairly good level of water spinach growth compared to the treatment of organic fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers, and no fertilizers. The results of his study were socialised to the community of Cibitung Hamlet, Ponggang Village in the form of community service

Abstract

PT. Fosta Unggul Perdana merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang manufaktur khusus dalam pembuatan painting booth. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu membuat sebuah metode perbaikan di mana dapat mengetahui jenis – jenis kecacatan dan tingkat kecacatan yang terjadi pada proses produksi di PT. Fosta Unggul Perdana. Di mana metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode Six Sigma. Metode yang digunakan yaitu melakukan pengumpulan data, yang hasilnya yaitu ditemukan 5 kecacatan yang terjadi pada proses produksi painting booth pada perusahaan yaitu kecacatan salah melubangi material, kecacatan salah menekuk material, kecacatan pengelasan tidak rapih, kecacatan penghalusan tidak rapih, dan kecacatan salah dalam pemasangan benda dalam perakitan akhir. Dengan tingkat kecacatan yang cukup banyak, maka metode perbaikan akan menggunakan Six Sigma guna memudahkan dalam menjabarkan dan menganalisa tiap kecacatan yang terjadi dan dapat mengetahui aspek mana yang paling sering terjadi cacat dalam proses produksi. Dengan menggunakan Six Sigma, diketahui untuk nilai Sigma yang diperoleh sebelum dilakukan perbaikan yaitu sebesar 3,144 Sigma dengan Nilai DPMO (Defect Per Million Opportunities) sebesar 50.133,11. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dibuat sebuah perbaikan dengan menggunakan salah satu tools yaitu FMEA dan juga pembuatan SOP baru sehingga setelah dilakukan penerapan pada perusahaan nilai Sigma dari sebelumnya 3,144 Sigma meningkat menjadi 3,625 Sigma dengan Nilai DPMO (Defect Per Million Opportunities) yang turun dari yang sebelumnya 50.133,11 menjadi 16.800.
