Abstract

Salah satu subsistem yang terdapat dalam sistem kesehatan ialah subsistem pembiayaan kesehatan. Untuk itu, dalam rangka memahami dengan jelas dan lengkap sistem kesehatan maka perlulah dipahami pula tentang subsistem pembiayaan kesehatan. Namun dalam kenyataan hal ini masih kurang dimengerti dan dipahami sepenuhnya dimana masih terdapat permasalahan antara pelayanan kesehatan yang diterima dengan tuntutan pengajuan klaim dan rumah sakit, yaitu pengajuan klaim tidak sesuai dengan prosedur dan tarif dalam Perjanjian Kerjasama (PKS) sehingga menimbulkan masalah bagi rumah sakit, tanpa terkecuali dengan RSUD Saptosari Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. Sehingga peneliti tertark untuk melakukan analisis terkait pengajuan klaim BPJS Kesehatan di RSUD Saptosari Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta khususnya pada bangsal rawat inap Sadewa pada bulan januari 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara mendapatkan data melalui observsi, wawancara dan Pustaka. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa ada beberapa kendala terkait Klaim BPJS Kesehatan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Environment and Forestry Service of D.I.Yogyakarta. The sample used in this study was to use the total sampling method or all employees at the Secretariat of the D.I.Yogyakarta Environment and Forestry Service with a population of 35 employees. The data collection technique is to distribute questionnaires. Data analysis using simple linear regression, based on the results of the study, the conclusion is that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Environment and Forestry Service, D.I.Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of registration services on outpatient satisfaction at RSKIA PKU Muhammadiyah Kotagede Yogyakarta. The population taken was outpatients at RSKIA PKU Muhammadiyah Kotagede Yogyakarta which amounted to 50 as a sample. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Collection technique using SPSS.17. Based on the results of the study, it was stated that the service variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance had a significant value of 0.007 < 0.05 and the t test with a calculated t value of 3.097 > t table 1.677.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of trust, brand image, and security on ticket buying interest on the Tokopedia site (a case study of UST Yogyakarta students). The population in this study used students of the economics faculty majoring in accounting and management at Bachelor of Science Tamansiswa University Yogyakarta. The type of data in this study uses quantitative data types. The sample method in this study is non-probability and the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The results of the research simultaneously show a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which can be concluded that the variables of trust, brand image, and security simultaneously or together have an effect on purchase intention. While the results of the research are partially from each variable, there are 2 variables that do not affect, namely the trust variable with a significant value of 0.653> 0.05, it can be concluded that trust has no effect on purchase intention and the security variable with a significant value of 0.070> 0.05 can be concluded that security has no effect on purchase intention. While the brand image variable has a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that brand image has an effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

Garbage, which has always been a crucial problem in society, still has economic value when managed properly. The limited infrastructure owned by the government requires the community to independently play an active role in managing waste. Through a community service program entitled increasing entrepreneurship through waste management in Segoroyoso 1 Pleret Bantul Yogyakarta. This program is carried out on the grounds that there are still many people who know how to manage it properly. In addition, this program also fosters an entrepreneurial spirit in the community by utilizing waste as the main capital. From the reasons the authors formulate several issues: 1. How to properly manage waste in accordance with government recommendations?.2. How to make waste as a field of entrepreneurship that has a sale value? The methods used in community service are observation, interviews, lectures, practice and documentation. From the results of this service it was found that waste management in the Segoroyoso1 Pleret Bantul Yogyakarta community is good, but it still requires special handling, especially for home-based businesses or MSMEs that are medium to upper scale, because they have to be supported by waste management tools that are expensive. For waste management to become a business area, progress has been made even though it needs to be improved again

Abstract

One of the key success factors for the provision of cellular services in this competitive era is the ability of an operating network to provide customer service to the public. The desire to successfully solve problems while satisfying customers is part of the work culture of Telkomsel employees. Caring for consumers is important. The purpose of conducting this research is to determine the effect of service quality which consists of dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction at Grapari Telkomsel Madiun. Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that service quality which consists of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy dimensions partially and simultaneously has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Grapari Telkomsel Madiun.

Abstract

Competition between companies is very tight. Companies are required to work hard to retain their customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of brand community: legitimacy (X1), opposition brand loyalty (X2), celebrating brand history (X3), sharing brand stories (X4), integrating and retaining members (X5), and assisting in brand use. (X6) on brand loyalty (Y) on Yamaha Vixion motorbikes in the Central Java and Yogyakarta Special Region regions. The object of this research is the Yamaha Vixion community in Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The data used is primary data with a questionnaire sampling technique. The population is 228 people with a sample size obtained using the Slovin formula of 150 respondents. The instrument test tool uses validity and reliability tests. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. Test the hypothesis using the t test and F test. The results of the study show that the brand community consists of: legitimacy (X1), opposition brand loyalty (X2), celebrating brand history (X3), sharing brand stories (X4), integrating and retaining members (X5), and assisting in brand use ( X6) has a significant effect on brand loyalty (Y) on Yamaha Vixion motorbikes in the Central Java and Yogyakarta Special Region regions. The coefficient of determination obtained from the adjusted R square value of 60.3% indicates that the research contributes 60.3%, while the remaining 39.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

Apabila suatu perusahaan mampu memanfaatkan sumber dayanya, khususnya personel yang ada saat ini, secara profesional, optimal, dan efektif, maka perusahaan tersebut dianggap berhasil. Karena tenaga kerja merupakan sumber daya terpenting dalam suatu organisasi, baik swasta maupun publik, maka persoalan sumber daya manusia tidak bisa diabaikan begitu saja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kinerja karyawan, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja. Memanfaatkan metodologi kuantitatif, penyelidikan ini. 180 responden diberikan kuesioner sebagai bagian dari proses pengumpulan data. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para pekerja kantoran yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia, dan digunakan software Smart PLS untuk analisisnya. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dan beban kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja. Namun penelitian ini menemukan bahwa beban kerja tidak dipengaruhi oleh kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Nur Hidayah Bantul Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien Rumah Sakit Nur Hidayah, Bantul, D.I Yogyakarta pada bulan Februari 2023 berjumlah 107 orang, sedangkan sampelnya menggunakan sampel random berjumlah 84 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Teknik pengumpulan dengan menggunakan SPSS.17. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dinyatakan bahwa pelayanan dan fasilitas berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Nur Hidayah Bantul D.I. Yogyakarta
