<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effectiveness of updating the PBB-P2 data to the increase of PBB-P2 tax revenue, as well as to determine the contribution of PBB-P2 to the increase revenue from Regional Taxes (do you mean: Local government taxes) and Original Regional Revenues in Mimika Regency. (Do you mean: Local Government Original revenue). This research using descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. Data Collected by observation, interview, documentation and literature review. To measure the effectiveness of PBB-P2 data updating on the increase of PBB-P2 tax revenue is analyzed by comparing realization of PBB-P2 before and after updating the PBB-P2 data. while to measure the contribution of PBB-P2 to the increase in revenue from Regional Tax and Regional Original Revenue in Mimika Regency (??) used contribution analysis. The results showed that after updating the data of PBB-P2, the average level of acceptance of PBB-P2 increased by 101.47%, with Very Effective criteria. While the average contribution of PBB-P2 to Regional Tax after updating the data is 16.73% with the criteria for Less and the average contribution of the PBB-P2 to the Original Local Revenue after updating the data is 10.34% with the criteria Less. This shows that the updating of PBB-P2 data did not make a significant contribution to Regional Taxes and Regional Original Revenues because the Realization of Regional Taxes and the realization of Regional Original Revenues were not followed by an increase in the realization of PBB-P2.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted in Nawaripi Village, Wania District, Mimika Regency.The purpose of this study was to study the effectiveness of the family hope program (PKH) in poverty alleviation efforts in Nawaripi Village, Wania District, Mimika Regency. The research method used is descriptive method. The data collection instrument used to obtain data in this study is to use interview list techniques, notebooks, and cameras. The results of this study show that: (1) Social services conduct socialization in accordance with Permensos No. 1 of 2018 on Family Hope Program; (2) Social services conduct socialization in accordance with Permensos No. 1 of 2018 concerning Family Hope Program; (3) The beneficiary of the Family of Hope Program (PKH) is a community that is able and worthy to meet the needs of its life; (4) PKH funds used by pkh recipients will not be used to improve the economy.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim to be achieved in this research is to know the amount of vehicle operating costs (VOC) was spended by PT Arto Langgeng Rejeki to deliver the fuel. There are several techniques of data analysis used to know the vehicle operating costs at PT Arto Langgeng Sejati are as follows: 1) To calculate the cost of fuel consumption at PT Arto Langgeng Rejeki used the formula: BBBM = KBBMx HBBM; 2) To calculate the cost of oil consumption at PT Arto Langgeng Rejeki used the formula: BO = KOx HO; 3) To calculate the cost of spare parts consumption at PT Arto Langgeng Rejeki used the formula: BP = P x HKB; 4) To calculate the cost of tire consumption at PT Arto Langgeng Rejeki used the formula: B = KB x HB / 1000; 5) To calculate the wage of maintenance workers at PT Arto Langgeng Rejeki used the formula: BU = JP x UTP / 1000. The results of research showed that: 1) The cost of consumption of fuel oil (BBM) on PT Arto Langgeng Rejeki used in the operation of the one unit tank car with capacity for 5.000 liters of Rp 4.127.200; 2) The cost of oil consumption at PT Arto Langgeng Rejeki used in the operation of the one unit tank car with capacity of 5.000 liters of Rp 2.000.000; 3) The cost of spare parts consumption at PT Arto Langgeng Rejeki used in the operation of the one tank car with capacity of 5.000 liters Rp 350.000.000; 4) The cost of tire consumption at PT Arto Langgeng Rejeki used in the operation of hte one unit tank car with capacity of 5.000 liters of Rp 16,500,000; 5) The cost of maitenance workers at PT Arto Langgeng Rejeki to be done to suport operation one unit tank car with capacity 5.000 liter of Rp 2,240,000.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the Calculation and Withholding of Income Tax Article 21 Employees of PT Kuala Pelabuhan Indonesia DePT Logistic Operation Support whether it is in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations and to understand understanding of Employees PT Kuala Pelabuhan Indonesia DePT Logistic Operation Support on Calculation and Withholding Income Tax Article 21 each month. From this research, the data obtained is to compare the calculation of Income Tax Article 21 in accordance with the laws and the applicable tax laws with the salary slip received by the employees every month. As well as conducting interviews directly and filling out questionnaires by employees of PT Kuala Pelabuhan Indonesia DePT Logistic Operation Support by taking 50 employees as a sample to know whether the recipient employees whose monthly deductions pph Article 21 understand the mechanism of calculation and cutting pph Article 21 by the employer. The result of research shows that PT Kuala Pelabuhan Indonesia DePT Logistic Operation Support has conducted the calculation and withholding mechanism of Article 21 of the employee in compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations, but the mechanism of calculation and withholding of Article 21 tax is not understood by most employees PT Kuala Pelabuhan Indonesia DePT Logistic Operation Support.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to know the financial performance of the kedai Planel in fulfilling all its obligations and its ability to generate profits. The research method used is descriptive method. Data collection in this research was carried out using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Measurement of the liquidity level of Planel cafe used current ratio and cash ratio, for the level of solvency used Debt to total assets ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio, and then for measuring the level of profitability used Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets and Return On Equity. The results showed that the financial performance of Planel cafe based on the level of liquidity was classified as good, the level of solvency was very good and the level of profitability was quite good.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the influence of the contribution of regional taxes and regional levies on regional original income in the province of Papua period 2014-2021. This research uses multiple linear analysis tools. The results of the research show that separately, regional taxes have a positive and significant effect on regional original income, while regional levies have a positive and insignificant effect on regional original income. And the simulation shows that regional taxes and regional levies have a positive and significant effect on regional original income in the province of Papua period 2014-2021.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out how the ability to pay customers on rainbow tours from the ticket prices and facilities provided by the tour, and find out how the willingness to pay customers on rainbow tours from the tickets and facilities provided by the tour. The method used by researchers is descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, literature study and distributing 100 questionnaires to rainbow tourism customers. The analytical tools used in this study are Ability to Pay and Willingnes To Pay. The results of the analysis show that the customer's Ability to Pay is greater than Willingnes To Pay (willingness to pay) because customers feel dissatisfied with the facilities provided by Pelangi Tours in Timika City.]]>
