Abstract

This paper discusses the Movement of Kaloling, Layoa, Bajiminasa in Bantaeng 1999-2014. This study aims to discuss the background of the formation, movement patterns KANTIBMAS KALBA Bantaeng District, the movement, and the impact of movement KANTIBMAS KALBA Bantaeng District from 1999-2014. the researchers designed this research is qualitative descriptive by using historical (historical) method of writing. Through the stages of Heuristics, Criticism, Interpretation and Historiography The results of this study found that the formation and movement of KANTIBMAS KALBA Bantaeng Regency backed by a sense of disappointment of the villagers Kaloling, Layoa and Bajiminasa against security forces that are not effective in controlling the perpetrators of crime in Bantaeng District that increasingly troubling and threatening ketentraman community. In addition, the movement carried out by the KANTIBMAS KALBA Bantaeng District is stru (Anon., t.thn.)ctured neatly and very effectively so as to provide an impact that can be felt by the community by starting to control the security and public order in Bantaeng Regency. Every operation performed was a shock teraphy for the perpetrators of the crimes that made as many as 1,062. The perpetrators of crime in Bantaeng District in 1999-2003 surrendered themselves to the authorities. This success inspired other regions to form similar movements such as the Massa of Jeneponto, Massa Takalar, Massa Gowa, Bulsaumba, Sinjai, Forbes Bone and Pinrang. Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari permasalahan yang peneliti temukan di SDLB N 20 Pondok Duo Pariaman yaitu pada anak tunagrahita ringan kelas V pada mata pelajaran keterampilanya belum terampil dalam pengolahan kelapa menjadi Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO). Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan teknik modeling dapat meningkatkan keterampilan pembuatan Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) pada anak tunagrahita ringan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi eksperimen (eksperimen semu), dengan desain pretest-posttest group desain dan teknik analisis datanya menggunakan uji U Mann Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kemampuan anak tunagrahita ringan dalam membuat Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) meningkat. Kata-kata kunci: Teknik modeling; Keterampilan; Tunagrahita ringan

Abstract

ABTRACT This study examines conflict and career development on the performance of employees of PT. Sunshine Food Group International Palembang The purpose of this research is to find out and prove whether there is conflict and career development on the performance of the employees of PT. Sunshine Food Group International Palembang, both simultaneously and partially. Research site on POM IX street, Palembang Square Mall area (Siloam Sriwijaya Hospital) Palembang. The population in this study were 35 employees and the census sampling method or saturated sample of the total population was 35 employees. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires that are closed. Significance level of 5%, data processing media through the SPSS program version 20.0. The results of the analysis of the data obtained correlation (r) between conflict with career development with employee performance of 0.762 which means that the relationship of conflict with career development has a strong and significant relationship, and R2 is 0.581 or 58.10%, while Adjusted (R2) is 0 , 554 or 55.40% variation in Employee Performance and the remaining 44.60% is explained by other factors such as, coordination, education and training and work climate. Multiple linear regression equations: Ŷ = 4.087 + 0.280 X1 + 0.869 X2 + e, F-Test results obtained Fhit value 22,148 with Sig. 0,000, because the value of Sig, F <0.05 proves that conflict and career development affect employee performance. T-test results obtained thit value of 2.081 with Sig.0.045 <0.05 for conflict, thit value of 5.161 with Sig.0.000 <0.05 for career development partially influencing employee performance. Keywords: Conflict, Career Development, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction, Job Stress and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention at Head Office PT. Thamrin Brothers Palembang. In this study a total population of 145 people. Based on the calculation formula Slovin, the number of samples obtained in this study as many as 60 people. The samples in this study using Accidental Sampling.From these results simultaneously variable Job Satisfaction, Job Stress and Organizational Commitment jointly affect the Turnover Intention, it can be seen from the Test sig F F where the value of 0.000 <α (0.05). Working in partial satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention indicated by coefficient - 0,156 and sig t of 0.002 <α (0.05). Variables Job Stress has positive and significant influence on Turnover Intention indicated by the coefficient of 0.161 and sig t of 0.000 <α (0.05) and Organizational Commitment variable has a significant negative influence and partially on Turnover Intention indicated by value coefficient - 0.143 and sig t 0,001 <α (0.05). The correlation coefficient of 0.748 means indicates a very strong relationship and significant. To find out how much influence can be seen from the value of determination R Square of 0, 559. Turnover Intention Variables can be explained or there are significant variables Job Satisfaction, Job Stress and Organizational Commitment, while the rest influenced by other factors not examined. Implementation is an effort to increase job satisfaction, such as giving the opportunity of employees to use their skills and abilities, providing appropriate salary, increase incentives, leaders apply the appropriate style of leadership, maintaining a good relationship between co-workers, and provide promotion policy against employees who achievement. Attempts to lower the Job Stress, such as reducing the workload, providing a longer working time according their work, improve feedback and give authority over the responsibilities of the job. Efforts to improve the Organization's commitment, as is involving employees in the organization, to convince employees to survive, fulfill obligations to the organization's employees. Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Stress Work, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention

Abstract

This study examines the Influence of Job Description, Work-LifeBalanceAnd Work Culture Against Job Satisfaction Employees Regional Library of South Sumatra Province. Implementation of research for 5 (five) months including in designing, executing and reporting result of research.This case study research aims to find out the influence of Job Description, Work-Life Balance And Working Culture either partially or collectively to Satisfaction of Employees of Regional Library of South Sumatera Province. In this study the population in question is the Employee In the Regional Library of South Sumatra Province, with the number of 70 people. From the result of this research there is influence of Job Description, Work-Life Balance And Work Culture with regression model ŷ = 14,741 + 0,283X1 + 0,756 X2 + 0,212 X3 + e. The three independent variables are mutually run along with the dependent variable means the higher Job Description, Work-Life Balance And Work Culture the higher the job satisfaction. Work-Life Balance variables are more influential on job satisfaction. From the results of computer calculations, showed the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained value of 0.681 or equal to 68.10%, while Adjusted (R2) of 0.644 or 64.40%. Variations in job satisfaction are explained by Job descriptions, work-life balance and Work culture. While the remaining amount (100% - 64.40% = 35.60%) is explained by other factors not examined. Implementation is an effort to improve job satisfaction of Regional Library Employees of South Sumatera Province can also be done through a clear understanding of job description, the role of each employee in the ability to balance between task and family (Work-life Balance) and improvement of work culture. Efforts that need to be done to improve job satisfaction of Regional Library Employees of South Sumatra Province. Keywords: job description, work-life Balance, work culture

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui media budidaya yang terbaik dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup benih ikan arwana silver. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan di BBI (Balai Benih Ikan) Klansin Kapuas Hulu.Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 3 perlakuan dan 3  ulangan dengan wadah antara lain adalah perlakuan A (wadah kolam terpal), B (wadah bak semen), dan C (wadah fiberglass). Parameter pengamatan yang dilakukan adalahPertumbuhan Berat Mutlak, Pertumbuhan Panjang Mutlak, Efesiensi Pakan, Kelangsungan Hidup Larva, dan Parameter Kualitas Air. Hasil dari pengamatan menunjukanpenggunaan wadah bak fiberglass  dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan berat benih, pertumbuhan panjang benih, nilai efesien pakan, dan kelangsungan hidup benih. Hal ini dikarenakan penggunaan bak fiber sangat berpengaruh terhadap intensitas cahaya yang masuk hingga ke dasar bak. Semakin kuat intensitasnya maka respon ikan semakin tinggi dalam hal mencari makanan.Perbedaan intensitas ini menyebabkan ikan memberikan respon yang berbeda pada setiap perlakuan dan pertambahan berat ikan disebabkan padat tebar yang rendah sehingga tidak terjadi persaingan terhadap ruang gerak dan makanan yang diberikan dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Kata kunci : Kolam Terpal, Bak Semen, Wadah Fiberglass,Pertumbuhan Berat, Pertumbuhan Panjang, Kelangsungan Hidup,  BenihArwana Silver

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini mengemukakan tentang analisis kualitatif Penyaluran Kredit/Pembiayaan Bank. Dengan fokus masalah yaitu bagaimana penyaluran pembiayaan Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh data tentang bagaimana penyaluran pembiayaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan proses penyimpulan hasil penelitian dengan  cara berfikir induktif, metode  yang  digunakan  ialah  metode  kualitatif  yaitu  strategi meneliti yang lebih banyak memanfaatkan dan mengumpulkan informasi secara mendalam ter­hadap fenomena yang diteliti. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan cara menelaah dan mengkaji secara mendalam terhadap data yang didapat, sehingga diperoleh kesimpulan yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dalam kajian ilmiah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lapangan penyaluran pembiayaan yang dilakukan sudah sesuai dengan prosuder yang ada yaitu berdasarkan peraturan dan ketentuan yang sudah di tetapkan oleh Bank yaitu setiap nasabah yang datang ke bank untuk meminta pembiayaan harus memenuhi semua persyaratan dari Bank.Kata Kunci: Penyaluran, Pembiayaa, Ekonomi Lemah AbstractThis research proposes about qualitative analysis of Credit Distributi / Bank Financing. With the focus of the problem is how the distribution of financing The purpose of this study is to obtain data on how financing disbursement. The type of this research is field research which is case study by using descriptive qualitative approach and the process of conclusion of research result with inductive way of thinking, the method used is qualitative method that is research strategy which more use and collect information deeply to phenomenon investigated. This analysis is done by reviewing and examining deeply to the data obtained, so that obtained conclusions that can be accounted for in scientific studies. Abstract

Keamanan sebuah informasi dalam sebuah jalur komunikasi merupakan salah satu aspek penting. Steganografi adalah salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk mengamankan suatu informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan metode steganografi yang baik digunakan pada media teks. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik yang digunakan untuk menyisipkan pesan rahasia pada media teks adalah dengan melakukan pencocokan LSB (Least Significant Bit) dan menggunakan karakter non-breaking space sebagai penanda pesan. Untuk mengevaluasi kualitas file teks hasil steganografi dilakukan pengujian nilai Peak Signal to Noise Rasio (PSNR), perhitungan skor Jaro-Winkler distance, pengujian dengan angket kuesioner, dan perhitungan nilai rasio kapasitas. Hasil pengujian memberikan nilai PSNR dengan selisih yang kecil, skor Jaro-Winkler distance dengan skor rata-rata lebih dari 0,8, nilai rata-rata Mean Opinion Score (MOS) 2,36 dan 1,79 untuk setiap parameter uji, dan nilai rasio kapasitas yang dihasilkan kurang dari 1%. Oleh karena itu, metode ini memiliki kemampuan yang cukup baik dalam menyembunyikan pesan tetapi memiliki daya tampung yang tergolong kecil

Abstract

This study was to analyze the influence of cultural, social and personal factor on customer saving behavior at Semarang Coordinator Branch of Bank Jateng. In this study the population was the customer who saved in Bank Jateng Semarang Coordinator Branch in 2015 amounted to 42.176 customers. While in this study the samples were 100 people. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed partially cultural factor influenced positively and significantly on customer behavior in saving, social factor influenced positively and significantly on customer behavior in saving, personal factor influenced positively and significantly on customer behavior in saving. While simultaneously cultural factor, social factor and personal factor influenced customer behavior in saving at Bank Jateng.
