Abstract

Klinik pratama afiyah medika merupakan salah satu salah satu institusi pelayanan kesehatan.  Pada saat ini, kegiatan seperti mengelola data pasien, rekam medis pasien, data dokter, pada Klinik Pratama Afiyah Medika masih dilakukan cara manual dan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dalam pencarian data pasien.  Tujuan yang diinginkan yaitu mengusulkan sistem informasi untuk mempermudah dalam pengelolaan data pasien, dan data rekam medis. Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Kesehatan Rekam Medis ini menggunakan metode pengembanan sistem waterfall. Sedangkan dalam penerapan sistem, mengunakan bahasa java dan database MYSQL.  Penelitian ini membantu dalam pengelolaan data pasien dan pencarian data pasien ataupun data dokter.  Sistem ini juga membantu dalam kegiatan rekam medis dimana rekam medis pasien yang terdahulu bisa diakses pada sistem informasi ini.  Selain itu, sistem ini dapat membantu meningkatkan pelayanan klinik.

Abstract

Batu Beriga Village is one of the seaweed farming locations in the Province of Bangka Belitung Islands, located in Lubuk Besar Subdistrict, Central Bangka Regency. Seaweed farmers in Batu Beriga Village said that seaweed cultivation in Batu Beriga Village is still a beginner activity initiated by the surrounding community, most of whom have a background as capture fishermen. As a beginner cultivator in the seaweed sector, there are several obstacles and problems faced, including limited target consumers and marketing due to the low number of processed seaweed products in the Bangka Belitung Islands. Based on the situation analysis and partner problems, the solution offered is training for coastal women's groups to produce processed seaweed-based products that are of high quality and competitiveness. The method of activity implementation consists of counseling, exposure and discussion of partner problems regarding the importance of processed seaweed-based products and business opportunities for processed seaweed at the household scale and partner participation in program implementation. The processed seaweed product presented in the training activities was seaweed dodol. The training activity on making seaweed dodol went well. The PKK members were enthusiastic in participating in the training activities. The training activities began with a presentation on the economic value of seaweed. The next activity was to explain the types of processed seaweed that have high economic value. The dodol-making training involved several group members in assisting with the demonstration of dodol-making, starting from the preparation of tools and materials to the process of making seaweed dodol. The training was followed by a discussion session. The activity on a different day was the socialization of digital marketing, branding and marketing management with Boleh.ID partners who focus on UMKM e-commerce and were held for one day at the Batu Beriga Village PKK Multipurpose Building. The PKK members shared their interest in seaweed processing.

Abstract

Analysis of the work productivity of Brebes Regency BPN employees in 2023. This research is motivated by several things related to the work productivity of Brebes Regency BPN employees, namely: 1) some employees experience difficulties in carrying out their duties serving the community; 2) some employees experience a decrease in work productivity; 3) several employees have complained about carrying out their duties to serve the community; and 4) some employees do not dare to take the risk of dealing with the problem of managing residents' land in Brebes Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline, work motivation, service quality and physical work environment on the productivity of Brebes Regency BPN employees in 2023. The research method uses quantitative methods with a survey research design. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Test data requirements using: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Statistical hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression with the F test and t test. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics. The results of the research show that there is a simultaneous influence of compensation, work discipline, motivation, service quality, and physical work environment on the work productivity of BPN (National Land Agency) Brebes Regency employees in 2023. Meanwhile, the service quality variable does not have a significant influence on employee work productivity BPN (National Land Agency) Brebes Regency in 2023.

Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 has begun to develop in aquaculture activities by utilizing the internet of things (IoT) in the last decade. The increase in intensive shrimp farming on Bangka Island in recent years is still conventional witfar from the use of digital and internet-based technology, especially vaname shrimp farming, including the Bio Ebi Micro Pokdakan in Air Mawar Village. This activity aims to design a water quality monitoring system that can be used in vaname shrimp aquaculture ponds. The main components in designing a remote-based pond water quality monitoring system consist of sensors, processing, data transmission, data storage and display. The activity has started with the design of a water quality monitoring tool in October - November 2022 in the Instrumentation and Acoustics Section of the Marine Science Laboratory at Bangka Belitung University which is then used by partners to monitor water quality conditions in shrimp ponds at Pokdakan Mikro Bio Ebi partners

Abstract

Batu Belubang Beach has abundant biological resources of Darah Mussels (Anadara granosa) and Kepah Mussels (Meretrix meretrix) in season. On the other hand, Batu Belubang waters are a post-tin mining area, therefore it is a concern for people to consume shellfish from the area. This concern is caused by the results of previous studies that said that post-tin mining areas left heavy metals, one of which was non-essential heavy metals such as Pb and Cu.  Therefore, this study aims to examine the heavy metal content of Cd and Pb in shellfish meat, and determine the condition of gill tissue and meat of Darah Mussels (Anadara granosa) and Kepah Mussels (Meretrix meretrix) from Batu Belubang. This research method is purposive sampling, and several analyses consisting of: analysis of heavy metals in sediment and meat, tissue observation from muscle/meat and gill histology. The results showed that the concentration of heavy metals Cd, Pb in sediment is still below the quality standard, this is due to the sediment texture at Batu Belubang Beach dominant with sand, so it has a low binding power to heavy metals. The concentration of heavy metals in meat is also still below quality standards, so it is still safe for consumption. This condition is also strengthened by the results of tissue observations that show the condition of the flesh and gill tissues has not been damaged. This condition shows that both shells have not experienced tissue disruption because the accumulation of heavy metals is still very low.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah upaya untuk mengembangkan potensi peserta didik secara holistik, termasuk aspek keagamaan, kecerdasan, dan keterampilan sosial. Dalam konteks ini, kurikulum Merdeka yang diperkenalkan pada tahun 2022 menekankan pada pembentukan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, yang mencakup enam aspek utama seperti beriman kepada Tuhan, kesadaran akan keberagaman, gotong royong, kemandirian, berpikir kreatif, dan kritis. Penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila di sekolah saat ini, khususnya dalam pembelajaran IPS di SD, masih dirasakan kurang optimal. Pembelajaran IPS yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui pendekatan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dapat menjadi solusi untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai kebangsaan dan moral pada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pembelajaran IPS di sekolah dasar melalui pendekatan P5. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan P5 dalam pembelajaran IPS dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila, seperti toleransi, keadilan sosial, dan persatuan. Pembelajaran berbasis proyek memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk mengembangkan sikap positif terhadap kerjasama, empati, dan berpikir kritis, yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan sosial mereka. Dengan demikian, P5 menjadi pendekatan yang efektif dalam memperkuat karakter siswa sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila.

Abstract

This digital business mentoring aims to improve the ability of Ornament Sugi MSMEs to utilize digital technology for marketing and business development. This mentoring focuses on website development, social media management, and online sales strategies through e-commerce platforms. The mentoring methods used include theoretical and practical training, as well as ongoing mentoring. The results of this mentoring are expected to increase sales, market reach, and the competitiveness of Ornament Sugi MSMEs in the digital era. Further evaluation is needed to measure the long-term impact of this mentoring.

Various types of backgrounds become reasons somebody acts criminal curate, good factors economy or personality someone who is a recidivist. For that, the Tipidum Unit Criminal Investigation Unit Malang Police continues to make an effort to improve and evaluate every process of Handling Act criminal curate. Effectiveness management and methods of investigation become the main in the Success Disclosure Act criminal cheating. Study This uses an approach based on the problems that occur and needs descriptive analysis of nature. Approach qualitative also fits with the type of study field so that the researcher can describe findings in the field with clear and easy understanding. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, the Implementation Investigation Act criminal theft in the jurisdiction of Porles Malang can be said to be effective. This is marked by its suitability implementation investigation conducted​ with Criminal Investigation Regulation No. 1 of 2022 concerning Investigation SOP Action Criminal. Effectiveness This is also marked by the competence possessed. Criminal Investigation Unit personnel Criminal Investigation Unit Malang Police can be categorized as good. A low percentage of settlement acts are criminal nozzles due to several factors, such as the characteristics of the legal area of Malang Police and the situation and conditions of the jurisdiction of Polres Malang. Abstract

Penyuluhan peningkatan sistem perkandangan di Desa Krandon, Kecamatan Kesesi, Kabupaten Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah. Kegiatan ini menargetkan 20 peternak ternak kecil-menengah (ayam, kambing, sapi) untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan praktik perkandangan yang berkelanjutan, berfokus pada peningkatan produktivitas dan kesejahteraan ternak serta peternak. Metode penyuluhan meliputi penyampaian materi terstruktur dengan alat peraga visual (gambar, diagram, video, demonstrasi model kandang), simulasi desain kandang, diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD) interaktif, dan distribusi panduan praktis. Evaluasi pra dan pasca-penyuluhan menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi lapangan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan (p<0.05) dalam pemahaman peserta tentang ventilasi, pencahayaan, kebersihan, manajemen kotoran, dan manajemen penyakit. Sebanyak 88% peserta menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip desain kandang yang baik, dan 75% menyatakan komitmen untuk memperbaiki sistem perkandangan mereka. Analisis lebih lanjut mengungkap korelasi positif antara penerapan praktik perkandangan yang baik dengan peningkatan produktivitas ternak, yang didukung oleh temuan pengabdian sebelumnya. Studi tindak lanjut selama satu bulan pasca-penyuluhan menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata produksi telur sebesar 15%, produksi susu 10%, dan penurunan angka kematian ternak sebesar 20%. Jurnal ini merekomendasikan pelatihan lanjutan yang lebih teknis, pendampingan intensif dan berkelanjutan, serta kolaborasi dengan pemerintah dan lembaga swasta untuk keberlanjutan program peningkatan kesejahteraan peternak di Desa Krandon.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasi serta kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT. BPD Kaltim Kaltara Cabang Utama Samarinda. Fenomena tingginya turnover karyawan yang mencapai 66 orang dalam dua tahun terakhir menjadi dasar penting dilakukannya penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan lingkungan kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Secara parsial, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, sedangkan komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja justru menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun faktor komitmen dan kepuasan kerja terbangun, ketidaknyamanan dalam lingkungan kerja serta ketidaksesuaian harapan karyawan tetap menjadi pendorong utama munculnya niat untuk keluar dari perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang holistik agar dapat menekan turnover intention dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung loyalitas karyawan.
