Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and compensation on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, compensation and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment to mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and compensation on organizational citizenship behavior. The data used in this study are primary data of 135 respondents at the District office in the West Region of North Aceh Regency. The data analysis method in this study uses a structural equation model with the help of analysis of moment structure. The results of the study found that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Meanwhile, compensation has no effect on organizational commitment. Another finding is that organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, compensation has a negative and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment fully mediates the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, but organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship between compensation and organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the school environment, teacher professional competence on student achievement through learning motivation as an intervening variable at SMAN 2 Seulimeum Aceh Besar District. This study used two stages of sampling, namely the Proportionate stratified random sampling technique and the simple random sampling technique (simple random sampling) , which amounted to 156 students . The analysis tool uses the SEM ( structural equation modeling ) A MOS method . the study result showed that variables school environment positive and significant effect on student achievement and motivation, professional competence of teachers and a significant positive effect on student achievement and motivation, and learning motivation also has a positive and significant effect on student achievement . To me see mediation analysis of the school environment and teachers' professional competence and a significant positive effect is partially mediated the achievements of students of SMAN 2 Seulimeum Aceh Besar district.Keywords: school environment , professional competence of teachers , motivation to learn , and student achievement.

Abstract

Job performance is as a result of work has been accomplished person from his behavior in carrying out work activities. There are several factors that affect the achievement of which stress and career development. Stress may contribute incorrectly or damaging the work performance. In simple terms this means that the stress potential to disrupt the implementation of the work. In addition to job stress, career development is also a matter that affects job performance. Career development needsto be done in a planned and sustainable. With the opening of the career opportunities are accompanied by a realistic career goals and reasonable could lead to a satisfactory performance. Both of these need to be considered by PT. Jasa Marga (Persero)Tbk Branch Belmera in terms of improving performance. This study aimed to determine the effect of work stress on work performance, to determine the effect of job stress and career development to job performance. Data collection techniques in this study using a study of documentation, interviews and using a questionnaire. Abstract

Purchasing decisions is the end result of a thought and action in the purchase decision for use, wear, or consume a product or service to meet the needs and desires. The decision of purchase or use can be influenced by brand image and distribution. This study aimed to determine the effect of brand image and distribution on purchase decisions on PT. Harian Waspada Medan. The population in this study is that consumers use a shipping service PT. Harian Waspada Medan. Data collection techniques to study the documentation, interviews and questionnaires to 100 respondents with accidental sampling technique as well as to test the validity and reliability, data analysis techniques using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, T-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination ( R-Square). Classical assumption test results known that the normal data so that both are used for multiple linear regression, multiple linear regression Y = 11 563 + 0.580X1 + 0.427X2. Ttest brand image variables obtained t 5.274 1.984 Ttable, significant value 0.000 0.05, showed a significant influence between the variables of the brand image of the buying decision. Then the distribution of variables obtained tcount 3.670 1.985 ttable, significant value 0.001 0.05, indicating the significant influence of the variable distribution of purchase  decision. Ftest obtained Fcount 47.933 Ftabel amount 3,090 with significant value 0.000 0.05, that the brand image and distribution simultaneously together significantly with purchasing decisions. Coefficient of determination obtained 0.497 or 49.7% indicated that about 49.7% variable purchase decisions are influenced brand imageand distribution, the remaining 50.3% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap Disiplin Kerja pegawai pada Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas I Medan , untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Disiplin Kerja pegawai pada Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas I Medan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan secara simultan terhadap Disiplin kerja pegawai pada Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas I Medan.             Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai tetap Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas I Medan yang berjumlah 104 orang.Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 83 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu daftar pernyataan (Quesioner).Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan, Uji Asumsi Klasik, regresi linier berganda, Uji t, Uji F dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil analisis manunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Motivasi (X1) terhadap Disiplin (Y) ditunjukan oleh nilai probabilitas sig. 0,000 ≤ α 0,05. Hal tersebut berarti bahwa hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan (Ha) diterima dapat disimpulkan bahwa Motivasi  secara parsial  memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja  Pegawai (Y). Adanya pengaruh variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan  terhadap Disiplin kerja Pegawai (Y) yang ditunjukkan pada nilai probabilitas sig.  0,000 ≤ 0,05. Hal tersebut berarti bahwa hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan (Ha) diterima dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan  secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh  yang signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai (Y). Adanya pengaruh signifikan antara Motivasi  dan Gaya Kepemimpinan  terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai (Y) yang ditunjukan oleh uji F dengan  nilai sig 0,000 < α 0,05 menunjukkan H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, berarti Motivasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai.

Abstract

This study examined and analyzed the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control on the intention to purchase processed noodle foods managed by non-Muslim Chinese ethnicities in Lhokseumawe City. The research sample was 100 respondents who were consumers of Kak Acuh/Lisa Restaurant, Budi Resto & Caffe, Mamamia, and Kota Intan. The dependent variable used was purchase intention, and the independent variables were Attitude, Subjective Norm, and Behavioral Control. This study used multiple linear regression analysis tools. Hypothesis testing using the f-test found that Attitude, Subjective Norm, and Behavioral Control significantly influence Purchase Intention. Meanwhile, the t-test partially stated that Attitude, Subjective Norm, and Behavioral Control positively and significantly Purchase Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on teacher performance and motivation. In addition, it also aims to see the role of motivation as a mediation between these relationships. The data used in this study is primary data by distributing questionnaires, while the sampling technique is census. So the sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents at the State Junior High School in the District of Blang Mangat. The analytical method in this study is quantitative and the data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis which is operated through SEM Amos. The results of the study found that the work environment had no effect on motivation, while work discipline had a positive and significant effect on motivation. The work environment and motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, but work discipline has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance. In addition, work motivation is not able to mediate the relationship between the work environment and teacher performance, but motivation fully mediates the relationship between work discipline and teacher performance

Abstract

Product Quality on Consumer Buying Interest with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at the Tebing Tinggi Black Market Online Store (Case Study on Customers of Tebing Tinggi Black Market Online Store), Product Quality on Consumer Buying Interest with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at the Tebing Tinggi Black Market Online Store. The research method used is the data method. qualitative and quantitative data. While the data used is primary data. The data analysis method in this study uses simple linear regression analysis to obtain a comprehensive picture of the effect of product quality variables on consumer buying interest using the SPSS 25 for Windows program. To find out whether there is a significant effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, a simple linear regression model is used. The results of hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis and t-test show that: the t-table value of the Product Quality variable is 7.644> the t-table value (df: : 68%) of 1.995 so it can be concluded if Product Quality has a positive effect and significant to Consumer Buying Interest.
