Abstract

Salah satu kemampuan yang diperlukan pada abad pengetahuan sekarang ini adalah kemampuan berpikir kritis. Masih banyak ditemukan bahwa pembelajaran di sekolah kurang bermakna sehingga masih banyak siswa yang pasif, kurang inisiatif dan kurang kreatif dalam berpikir. Pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis diharapkan membantu siswa dalam membuat keputusan dan menyelesaikan masalah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi project based learning dengan ThinkQuest terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis fisika siswa dibandingkan dengan project based learning tanpa ThinkQuest. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen Postest Only Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII IPA SMAN 1 Kraksaan tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini dipilih berdasarkan teknik random sampling. Satu kelas sebagai kelas eksperimen dan satu kelas sebagai kelas kontrol. Siswa kelas eksperimen terhubung dengan layanan online ThinkQuest selama penyelesaian tugas proyek mulai dari penentuan judul proyek beserta pertanyaan penuntunnya, kegiatan observasi dan tampilan presentasi sebagai produk akhir proyek. Data penelitian berupa skor tes uraian kemampuan berpikir kritis fisika siswa pada materi induksi elektromagnet dan penilaian autentik. Data dianalisis dengan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas sebagai prasyarat analisis serta uji beda (uji t) dan uji efektivitas (uji Tukey). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan project based learning dengan menggunakan ThinkQuest lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan project based Learning tanpa ThinkQuest. Project based learning dengan menggunakan ThinkQuest terbukti membantu siswa menjadi kolaborator, mengembangkan keterampilan bertanya, kemampuan berbagi ide dan mendiskusikan ide, mencari dan menganalisis informasi dari berbagai sumber serta membuat presentasi multimedia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan agar guru fisika menggunakan project based learning dengan menggunakan ThinkQuest  karena telah terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis fisika siswa. Abstract

Individual performance is affected by many factors, including compensation received by individuals and morale displayed by the individual. Research on these two variables, namely compensation and morale has been done, both partially reviewing of these two variables, as well as reviewing both in analysis of the relation (correlation). One of them is this article which tries to present the results of research on the effects of compensation on the morale of teachers at State Vocational School in Bandung. The research was conducted by survey, while data collected through questionnaires to all teachers at State Vocational School in Bandung, which amounted to 113 people, were analyzed by technical data analysis of covariance, to see: (1) whether there is a significant effect of compensation on the morale of teachers and (2) whether there are significant differences morale of teachers based on their employment status. The result is effect of compensation on morale teacher compensation, and the difference in the morale of teachers is based significantly on the employment status at State Vocational School in Bandung.ABSTRAKKinerja individu dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, diantaranya kompensasi yang diterima individu dan semangat kerja yang ditampilkan oleh individu. Penelitian tentang kedua variabel tersebut, yaitu kompensasi dan semangat kerja telah banyak dilakukan, baik yang mengkaji secara parsial dari kedua variabel tersebut, maupun mengkaji keduanya dalam analisis hubungan (korelasional). Salah satunya adalah tulisan ini yang mencoba menyajikan hasil penelitian tentang pengaruh kompensasi terhadap semangat kerja guru pada SMK Negeri di Kota Bandung. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei, sementara data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terhadap seluruh guru pada SMK Negeri di Kota Bandung yang berjumlah 113 orang, dianalisis melalui teknis analisis data kovarian, yaitu untuk melihat: (1) apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kompensasi terhadap semangat kerja guru, dan (2) apakah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan semangat kerja guru berdasarkan status kepegawaiannya.Hasilnya adalah adanya pengaruh kompensasi terhadap semangat kerja guru, dan adanya perbedaan semangat kerja guru berdasarkan status kepegawaiannnya secara signifikan pada SMK Negeri di Kota Bandung.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcome increase of two-dimensional figure circumference and wide of the fourth-grade students through touch media. This study is a classroom action research and conducted in grade IV D at Sabilal Muhtadin Islamic Elementary School, Banjarmasin academic year 2017/2018. The research subjects were 31 students in total. The research result shows that the learning outcome of two-dimensional figure circumference and wide of the grade IV D students can be developed very well. It is shown by the average test result of 83.87% where the students who reach the minimum mastery criteria after touch media is used in order to to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak penerapan model pembelajaran discovery learning menggunakan metode one minute paper terhadap hasil belajar pada aspek afektif, kognitif, psikomotorik, dan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik pada pembelajaran fisika yaitu pokok bahasan momentum dan impuls. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan model one-group pretest-posttest design dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh, sampel yang dipilih yaitu kelas X IPA. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MA Muslimat NU Palangka Raya pada bulan April sampai dengan Mei 2017. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes berupa essay dan lembar pengamatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar kognitif ; psikomotorik sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model discovery learning menggunakan metode one minute paper pada materi momentum dan impuls, (2) hasil belajar afektif menggunakan model discovery learning menggunakan metode one minute paper pada materi momentum dan impuls, pertemuan I mendapaatkan nilai rata-rata 65,00, pertemuan II mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 78,75 dan pertemuan III mendapatkan nilai 83,13, (3) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan keterampilan proses sains sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model discovery learning menggunakan metode one minute paper pada materi momentum dan impuls (4) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan keterampilan proses sains terhadap hasil belajar kognitif sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model discovery learning dengan metode one minute paper pada materi momentum dan impuls

Abstract

Lokasi adalah tempat dimana perusahaan harus bermarkas melakukan operasi. Sedangkan keputusan pembelian adalah proses penyelesaian masalah yang terdiri menganalisa atau pengenalan kebutuhan dan keinginan, pencarian informasi, penilaian sumber-sumber seleksi terhadap alternative pembelian, keputusan pembelian, dan perilaku setelah pembelian. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui : (1) tanggapan responden tentang lokasi JG Motor cab. Asia Afrika, (2) tingkat keputusan pembelian konsumen pada JG Motor Cab. Asia Afrika, (3) pengaruh lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada JG Motor Cab. Asia Afrika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey method dan explanatory research. Sifat penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 95 responden, diambil dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan program Excel dan SPSS 15 For Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lokasi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan kontribusi sebesar 43,7%, sedangkan 56,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dalam uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t table, dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, artina lokasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the effect of human resource (HR) competence, supervision and control, and regulation on successful damaged fixed assets management moderated by leader commitment in central government. The research was conducted at the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR) with 139 respondents whose selection was carried out with certain criteria or judgmental sampling method. The sample consists of employees who are accustomed to processing damaged fixed assets management so that they are expected to have a good understanding of State-Owned Assets (BMN) management. The data analysis method uses SEM-PLS with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that HR competence, supervision and control, and regulation positively affect the successful damaged fixed assets management. Furthermore, leader commitment as a moderating variable cannot strengthen the relationship between HR competence on the successful damaged fixed assets management, weaken the relationship between supervision and control on the successful damaged fixed assets management, but can strengthen the relationship between regulation on the successful damaged fixed assets management.

Abstract

Introduction: Iron deficiency anemia (IDA) in adolescent girls is a serious public health problem. Iron supplementation is one of the most effective efforts to control ADB. The addition of tomato juice to Fe tablet supplementation is expected to increase iron absorption and reduce side effects. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of adding tomato juice to Fe tablet supplementation on the hemoglobin levels of anemic teenage girls in class XII at SMK Negeri 1 Sukanagara, Indonesia. Methods: This research used a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest with control group design. The research sample was 60 anemic teenage girls in class Fe tablet supplementation. The intervention was carried out for 4 weeks. Hemoglobin levels were measured before and after intervention. Data were analyzed using the t-test. Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference in hemoglobin levels between the intervention group and the control group after the intervention (p<0.05). Hemoglobin levels in the intervention group increased by an average of 1.2 g/dL, while in the control group, they only increased by an average of 0.5 g/dL. Conclusion: The addition of tomato juice to Fe tablet supplementation is effective in increasing hemoglobin levels in anemic adolescent girls.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine (1) the influence of forms of interpersonal communication, group communication and mass communication carried out by agricultural extension services on the adoption rate of postharvest rice field technology innovations. (2) To find out the right form of agricultural extension communication in order to achieve the adoption of pascpapanen technological innovations. This research was conducted in Gapoktan Mulya Jaya in Babakanmulya Village, Jalaksana District, Kuningan Regency. The study was conducted from September to October 2022. This method and type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods with survey techniques and a sample of 75 members of the Association. Technical data collection is primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from data obtained from literature studies and data from agencies or institutions related to research. Data Analysis techniques performed include: descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and F test. The results of multiple linear regression analysis (1) Interpersonal Communication Variables have a real effect on the adoption rate of postharvest technology innovations in rice fields, with the results of multiple linear regression tests that have a sig value = 0.001 which means 0.001 < 0.05 and have a B value = 0.791. (2) Group communication variables have a significant effect on the adoption rate of postharvest technology innovations in rice fields, with multiple linear regression test results that have a sig value = 0.038 which means 0.038 < 0.05 and have a value of B – 0.510. (3) Mass Communication Variables have a real effect on the adoption rate of postharvest technology innovations in rice fields, with regression test results that have a GIS value = 0.002 which means 0.002 < 0.05 and has a value of 0.977. (4) The variables of interpersonal communication, group communication, and mass communication have a significant effect on the adoption rate of rice postharvest technology innovations with the results of multiple linear regression equation analysis, namely: Y = (-1.031) + 0.791 + 0.510 + 0.977 X_1 X_2 X_3.

Abstract

Dysmenorrhea is one of the most common complaints experienced by adolescent girls and women of reproductive age during menstruation, which can interfere with daily activities and quality of life. One non-pharmacological method that can be used to reduce dysmenorrhea pain is warm compress therapy. This study aims to determine the effect of warm abdominal compresses on reducing dysmenorrhea pain among midwifery students at Politeknik Bhakti Asih Purwakarta. This research used a quasi-experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest approach. A total of 36 respondents were selected using purposive sampling technique based on specific inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were collected using a questionnaire and pain observation sheet, then analyzed using statistical tests with SPSS. The results showed a significant reduction in pain levels before and after the warm compress was applied (p < 0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that warm abdominal compresses are effective in reducing dysmenorrhea pain and can be considered a safe and practical non-pharmacological therapy alternative for young women.

Abstract

General background: Fine motor skills are a fundamental aspect of early childhood development, requiring structured stimulation to support cognitive and physical growth. Specific background: Many teachers still rarely apply project-based learning approaches to develop fine motor skills in children with learning difficulties. Knowledge gap: Limited studies have explored the structured integration of project-based learning with paper quilling activities for this specific group. Aims: This study aimed to analyze the application of project-based learning using paper quilling media to develop fine motor skills in kindergarten children with learning difficulties. Results: Classroom action research was conducted in two cycles with three children aged 5–6. Fine motor skill achievement increased from 38%–42% (pre-cycle) to 52%–76% (Cycle I), and 82%–86% (Cycle II), meeting developmental expectations. Indicators improved in tool handling, color recognition, rolling and pasting paper, hand–eye coordination, accuracy, and independence. Novelty: This research integrates project-based learning with paper quilling for children with learning difficulties, offering a structured and engaging developmental activity. Implications: The findings provide practical strategies for educators and parents to create contextual and stimulating learning environments for fine motor development. Highlight Paper quilling activities within project-based learning improve children’s fine motor development. Structured cycles show progressive skill achievement from basic to expected levels.
