Abstract

Indonesia is known as the largest archipelagic country in the world and has a strategic location between the two continents of Asia and Australia. So this causes a lot of export and import of goods. Thus, Inaportnet, which is an electronic portal for fast and accurate port service information, is very important. This study aims to determine the effect of Inaportnet on the effectiveness of ship in/out clearance at PT Oremus Bahrari Mandiri Surabaya. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The data collection was carried out at PT Oremus Bahari Mandiri Surabaya in June 2019 by means of observation, documentation studies, and distributing questionnaires. This research applies validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression method and coefficient of determination. The results show that in general, Inaportnet at PT Oremus Bahari Mandiri Surabaya has been running well, as can be seen from the readiness carried out by the Port Authority. This readiness includes facilities and human resources / operators, as well as service user support. Integrated services for ships and goods electronically have been running well. Furthermore, based on the results of the regression analysis that has been obtained, it shows that Inaportnet has a positive and significant effect with an R2 value of 0.804 or 80.4% on the effectiveness of Clearance in/out Ships at PT Oremus Bahari Mandiri Surabaya

Abstract

PT. Indo Dharma Transport Banjarmasin is located in South Kalimantan and is one of Indonesia's best ship agency companies. This research aims to determine the factors that cause the slow process of transferring or loading coal from barges to large ships on MV. Placid Sea in Taboneo Anchorage, Banjarmasin, and to find out how to minimize the loading time of coal from barges to large ships. This research was conducted at PT. Indo Dharma Transport Banjarmasin. This type of qualitative descriptive research is the result of research in the form of data not stated in numbers but presented in the form of a narrative. The results showed the slow process of transferrin or loading coal from barges to large ships on MV. The Placid Sea in Taboneo Anchorage was due to several factors that hindered the loading process, including damage to the loading and unloading equipment, bad weather, and the slow process of barging berthing. Therefore, periodic maintenance and checks on loading and unloading equipment are needed to avoid damage during the loading process and assist tug boats in barging and berthing.

Abstract

Financial literacy is essential for the younger generation since it enables them to effectively manage their resources and attain their long-term financial objectives. Therefore, young people should acquire financial management knowledge and incorporate it into their daily life. Therefore, the project intends to equip the millennial age with an awareness of financial literacy through website-based digital teaching materials that can be easily accessed online by the younger generation. Quantitative techniques, such as questionnaires, are used to collect data on the financial literacy of young respondents, particularly college students. The results of the study are freely accessible digital teaching materials on financial literacy, the content of which consists of 15 digital book page views; each material is tailored to the needs of respondents in terms of understanding financial literacy and the benefits of financial management management and planning savings and investment knowledge

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality on purchasing decision, to determine and analyze the effect of price on purchase decisions and to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for goox shoes. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study is the whole. While the sample that meets the criteria for sampling the observations made amounted to 100 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Testing (t-test and F-test), and the Coefficient of Determination. The data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software program version 24.00. Partially it is known that product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for goox shoes where it is obtained (t-count.6, 692) > (t-table 1,984) and sig 0.000 < 0.05. Partially it is known that the price has a positive and significant influence on the decision to buy goox shoes where it is obtained (t-count.4.453) > (t-table 1.984) and the sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, it is known that product quality and price have a significant influence on the decision to buy goox shoes where it is obtained (F-count.37.694) > (F-table 3.09) and sig 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Video Dalam Penyampaian Materi di Sekolah adalah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis video. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara online melalui aplikasi Zoom, dihadiri oleh 61 guru dari berbagai daerah di Kabupaten Sleman, Yogyakarta. Abstrak ini menjelaskan alasan pemilihan topik ini, yaitu untuk mengatasi tantangan dalam penyampaian materi di sekolah dan memanfaatkan potensi teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan interaktif dan praktik langsung dalam pembuatan dan pengeditan video pembelajaran. Selama pelatihan, guru-guru diberikan pengetahuan tentang konsep media pembelajaran berbasis video dan keterampilan teknis untuk menciptakan video pembelajaran yang menarik dan efektif. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis video dan partisipasi siswa yang lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran. Guru-guru melaporkan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dan pemahaman konsep yang lebih baik setelah menerapkan media pembelajaran berbasis video di kelas. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan ini berhasil memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi guru dan siswa. Penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis video dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan menghasilkan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif. Kegiatan ini memiliki implikasi penting dalam meningkatkan pendidikan di Kabupaten Sleman, Yogyakarta, dan sekitarnya.

Abstract

Along with the impact received by Indonesia towards the Golden era in 2045, there are phenomena that are considered the impact of luck obtained. The phenomenon that is currently rife is the quarter life crisis. Wilner and Robbin (2001) revealed the concept of quarter-life crisis to the media for the first time from a study process consisting of in-depth interviews with young Americans about their experiences and experiences. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with the method used is a data collection technique consisting of: literature study This research uses literature research methods. By collecting literature data, reading, and recording and processing research materials. Researchers deal directly with existing texts or data and do not conduct field research. In compiling articles, researchers use library data from various sources such as books, journals, articles, official websites, and other internet sources in the form of main material about Quarter Life Crisis is caused by 2 (two) causative factors, namely: (1). Factors from within, (2). Factors from outside oneself. Self-preparation is very important to avoid the acute Quarter life crisis, namely by equipping yourself with soft skills for skill development in yourself and always positioning yourself in a positive environment.

Abstract

Penggunaan media sosial telah menjadi fenomena yang tidak terelakkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak penggunaan media sosial dalam proses pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi melalui metode studi literatur. Dengan fokus pada interaksi mahasiswa-dosen, motivasi belajar, dan akses terhadap sumber daya pembelajaran digital, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang peran media sosial dalam transformasi pendidikan tinggi. Dari hasil analisis literatur, ditemukan bahwa penggunaan media sosial mendorong terjadinya interaksi mahasiswa-dosen yang lebih intensif di luar ruang kelas. Grup diskusi online dan forum akademis menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran terbuka dan kolaboratif. Selain itu, media sosial juga memengaruhi motivasi belajar mahasiswa dengan memberikan dukungan untuk partisipasi aktif dalam diskusi, tugas, dan kegiatan akademis lainnya. Namun, tantangan juga muncul seiring dengan keuntungan tersebut. Distraksi dan penggunaan media sosial yang tidak produktif dapat menghambat fokus mahasiswa dalam tugas akademis utama. Selain itu, distribusi akses yang tidak merata terhadap sumber daya pembelajaran online menyoroti perlunya memastikan ketersediaan dan kesetaraan akses bagi seluruh mahasiswa. Sebagai kata kunci dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran berbasis media sosial, perlu diperhatikan pedoman penggunaan yang terstruktur serta pelatihan untuk mahasiswa dan dosen terkait manajemen waktu dan penggunaan yang produktif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam merancang kebijakan dan pedoman yang mendukung penggunaan media sosial secara efektif di lingkungan perguruan tinggi, menciptakan pengalaman pembelajaran yang inovatif dan responsif.

Abstract

This research was conducted to develop a state-of-the-art Android application to measure the satisfaction of agents involved in the sailing approval process. The main objective is to improve the efficiency and satisfaction of ship agents during the process of issuing sailing permits at the Harbour Master and Port Authority, Teluk Bayur, Sumatera Barat, Indonesia. This research involves the design and development of an Android-based survey application, which has undergone expert validation and usability testing to ensure its effectiveness. This research used the Plomp development model and involved 21 people who made arrangements at the Port Authority office as research subjects. The results of the study show that the newly developed application is valid for assessing agent satisfaction in managing the services for issuing Sailing Permits, with a material validity of 0.87 and a media validity of 0.88. Furthermore, the results of the agents' evaluation show that the Android-based agent satisfaction survey is very practical, with a practicality rate of 93%. This study also outlines the limitations encountered during the research and proposes future recommendations to improve the research. In conclusion, this research highlights the practicality and validity of the developed Android-based Agent Satisfaction Survey application.

Abstract

Sistem pendingin yang menerima uap pendingin tekanan tinggi yang panas dari kompresor dan mengenyahkan panas pengembunan itu dengan cara mendinginkan uap pendingin tekanan tinggi yang panas ke titik embunnya dengan cara mengenyahkan panas sensibelnya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif. Jenis metode kualitatif yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif yang berarti mendeskripsikan dan menggambarkan fenomena-fenomena yang ada, baik bersifat alamiah maupun rekayasa manusia, yang lebih memperhatikan mengenai karakteristik, kualitas, keterkaitan antar kegiatan, yang dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa kondensor dalam keadaan kotor akan mengganggu proses kondensasi gas freon menjadi cair. Freon yang dikondensasikan tidak dapat mencukupi kebutuhan pendinginan pada ruang pendingin, sehingga suhu ruang pendingin tidak dapat tercapai karena suatu kebocoran pada daerah tekanan rendah akan menyebabkan udara masuk kedalam sistem freon.

Abstract

Generator atau yang sering dikenal dengan sebutan auxiliary engine yang harus mendapatkan perawatan secara rutin agar generator tersebut dapat beroperasi dengan lancar. Jika generator tidak di lakukan perawatan secara rutin maka akan mengakibatkan gangguan pada listrik sehingga menghidupkan alat alat bantu lainnya menjadi terhambat, hal ini sangat merugikan pada perusahaan pelayaran pada umumnya. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Laporan penelitian akan berisi kutipan-kutipan data untuk memberi gambaran penyajian laporan, data tersebut berasal dari naskah wawancara, catatan lapangan, foto, dokumen pribadi, catatan atau memo dan dokumen resmi lainnya. Hasil penelitian yang telah penulis lakukan adalah perawatan generator karena sangat penting pada kinerja kelistrikan kapal. Penyebab kurangnya tekanan oli, filter bahan bakar yang sudah kotor itu di sebabkan karena kurangnya perawatan pada generator tersebut. Dampak kurangnya perawatan adalah generator akan overheat, sistem kerjanya akan menurun. Upaya mengatasi kurangnya tekanan oli, dan filter oli adalah melakukan perawatan ganti oli dan filter oli secara rutin agar generator dapat bekerja secara maksimal dan rutin
