Abstract

PT. XYZ which is located in Karawang is engaged in filtering including textile materials, water, oil and gas. Which works closely with several other companies so as to make very high quality products. Therefore, a more efficient, structured and easier work is needed for monitoring. In this study, the preferred goal is to find out how much effective the YSD Shearing Machine is in the manufacture of Cyclone Cone Filter products with the OEE method. The results of the Research on the Effectiveness Level of the YSD Shearing Machine in the Cyclone Cone Filter Production process are 71.98% Week 1, Week 2 87.51%, Week 3 87.33%, Week 4 by 81.32%. And the average calculation result of Overall Equipment Effectiveness is 82.035%. This value does not meet the world standard of 85%.

Abstract

In everyday life, motorcycles are familiar vehicles. Motorcycles are a combination of various components that work together to support each other and are integrated so that they function properly. Motorcycles can run perfectly if all components are in good condition. One of the parts of a motorcycle is the front wheel. The wheel axle is a rotating stationary part, usually round in cross section which is attached to elements such as gears, pulleys, flywheels, cranks, sprockets and other moving elements. This shaft serves to support the load of the vehicle itself as well as loads from outside such as, humans or cargo on a motorcycle. The purpose of this study is to find out the diameter that must be used on the front wheel axle of the honda astrea grand 100cc motor. the method used is experimentation. The results of this study obtained the maximum normal voltage value on the shaft with a value of 370 Mpa, a security factor of 2.01, a permissible normal voltage of 286,06 Mpa and a shaft diameter used of 10 mm.

Abstract

This study discusses the transformation of Muhammadiyah's da'wah from the pre-digital era to the digital era, by highlighting the development of the Progressive-Digital Da'wah model as an innovation in the progressive Islamic movement. Using the literature study method, this study found that digitalization is not just a change in da'wah media, but rather part of Muhammadiyah's ideological and epistemological strategy in responding to global social dynamics. This study employs documentation techniques to collect data from books, journal articles, official websites, and digital media related to Muhammadiyah's da'wah. The data were then analyzed using qualitative content analysis to identify patterns, themes, and meanings behind Muhammadiyah’s digital transformation strategies. The results of the study show that Muhammadiyah has succeeded in adapting da'wah through the use of digital platforms such as YouTube, podcasts, social media, and online learning systems (LMS), accompanied by an inclusive, collaborative, and participatory approach. Muhammadiyah's digital da'wah targets the millennial and Gen Z generations with popular language, attractive visuals, and tolerant and contextual narratives. In addition, a collaborative approach with NGOs, creative communities, and digital platforms strengthens the social impact of this da'wah movement. Muhammadiyah's Progressive-Digital Da'wah Model proves that progressive Islamic values can be effectively contextualized in the digital space to answer the challenges of the times and build an inclusive, civilized, and just civilization. This article contributes to the discourse on Islamic communication and da'wah by offering a model that integrates digital innovation with progressive Islamic principles in addressing contemporary societal challenges.

Abstract

This research aims to examine ritual communication in the Megat Sabuk tradition in Lombok. Megat Sabuk tradition is one of the unique cultural heritage that is still preserved by the people in Lombok. This research uses a qualitative approach to ethnographic methods, a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods can enable researchers to explore and understand the phenomenon of the Megat Sabuk tradition ritual based on the point of view of the Megat Sabuk tradition actors. Data collection techniques are obtained through interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the meaning of the Megat Sabuk tradition means a tradition passed down from ancestors as a form of devotion and respect for ancestors who have preceded which must be carried out continuously for a harmonious life, the impact that occurs if the tradition is not carried out is that unexpected things will occur such as health problems in offspring and family, and the form of communication in the Megat Sabuk tradition ritual, the form of communication that occurs in this tradition is interpersonal communication. This type of communication in this tradition uses verbal and nonverbal communication.
