ABSTRACT : Based the results of observations conducted by researchers in the field at extracurricular activities, the researchers found that the problem is still the lack of reaction time limb muscle on extracurricular basket ball. Based on the existing problems, the researchers aim to provide a form of exercise that can increase reaction time and administration Exercise intensive program. In this study the authors only focus on one form of exercise that exercises one-on-one sadhow tag for this exercise has never been applied to students' extracurricular SMA Budhi luhur rumbai pekanbaru.This study used an experimental method, in order to determine the effect of exercise. Thus the experimental research method can be interpreted as the research methods used to find a specific treatment effect against the other in uncontrolled conditions. The first step taken is to Pree-test is a test to measure the whole body reaction before trained its reaction time. Subsequently the samples were treated namely practice one-on-one sadhow tag. Then do the final test is the post-test with thet whole body reactio, to see if there is increased after a given treatment.Data were analyzed descriptively, then further testing research hypotheses have been proposed to fit the problem is: there is influence of plyometrics exercises one-on-one sadhow tag significantly to the results of reaction time. Based on t test analysis produces Tcount of 4.8 and Ttable of 1.80. Means that Tcount> Ttable. It can be concluded that H0 rejected Ha accepted. So it can be summed up as follows: there is the effect of exercise one-on-one sadhow tag against the reaction time in the student extracurricular basket ball SMA Budhi Luhur Rumbai Pekanbaru.Keyword : Exercise One-on-one sadhow tag

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Altruisme dan Kohesivitas Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Pegawai di FKIP Universitas Riau. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, Sampel penelitian adalah 56 orang, dan data dikumpulkan dengan angket lima pilihan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pengaruh yang signifikan antara altruisme dengan kualitas pelayanan pegawai, dan diperoleh pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kohesivitas dengan kualitas pelayanan pegawai. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel altruisme dan kohesivitas dengan kualitas pelayanan pegawai. Temuan ini menyimpulkan bahwa semakin baik altruisme dan kohesivitas terhadap kualitas pelayanan pegawai, maka pelayanan pegawai akan semakin baik. Penelitian ini diharapkan berguna untuk perbaikan kualiatas pelayanan dalam melaksanakan kewajibannya.

The development of technology and the influence of modernization has shifted traditional games so that traditional games are not considered interesting to play even though traditional games have a better effect on children. The purpose of this study is to identify character values in traditional games as an innate effort from local culture so that children have the character of loving local culture. This study uses a literature review of the publication of internet-based research results. The results are displayed in tabular form and analyzed to obtain the dominant character values in the traditional game of cak bur. The results show that the traditional game of cak bur has a very important character value for the social, psychological and physical development of the younger generation. Aspects of individual character and social character are more dominant and prominent in the traditional game of cak bur. Another aspect is the national character and religious character.

Community participation in development in the village also determines the strength of an existing program, and determines the success of a program, including the establishment of village infrastructure. The Village Library is an important point that needs to be taken seriously in its establishment, use and even in its management. The entire process can be carried out by the community, one of which is library management. In its management, the village library requires the participation of the community. This community in question is the community leaders in the village. Parties from the village government took part in the establishment of the village library in Segati Village. In the management of the village library, the involvement of community leaders is impossible if it does not exist, which community leaders in this village are very accepting and have hope in the infrastructure of this village. With the strength of community leaders, there is a great hope in the management of this village library. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and describing the participation of community leaders in the management of village libraries in Desa Segati Kecamatan Langgam Kabupaten Pelalawan. The method in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The object of the research is participation, community leaders, and village libraries and the research subjects are community leaders, totaling 4 (four) people. Participation in ideas and social participation which is given as a closeness of heart is the participation that is most often carried out by community leaders. This is because participation is a very easy, flexible and timeless form of participation. In addition, labor participation, skill participation is participation carried out by community leaders but still has limited time and opportunities due to differences in work and opportunities from each community leader in Desa Segati Kecamatan Langgam Kabupaten Pelalawan. Meanwhile, property participation has been carried out by several community leaders indirectly.

Permainan Congklak sebagai Media Peningkatan Karakter Jujur pada Anak Laki-Laki Usia Dini Muhammad Jais; Ghina Zalfa; Daeng Ayub Natuna

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui permainan congklak sebagai media peningkatan karakter jujur pada anak di Kabupaten Siak. Penelitian menggunakan metode tindakan atau action research dengan subjek 5 orang anak laki-laki usia dini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai permainan congklak sebagai media peningkatan karakter jujur pada anak laki-laki usia dini dapat disimpulkan bahwa karakter jujur anak meningkat pada tiap siklusnya. Hal tersebut dapat diketahui melalui pengamatan secara langsung yang telah dilakukan pada pra-tindakan, siklus satu, dan siklus dua. Persentasi pada pra siklus yaitu 26% dengan kategori Mulai Berkembang, siklus I mengalami peningkatan yaitu menjadi 42% dengan kategori Mulai Berkembang (MB), pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 79,5% dengan kategori Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB).

The purpose of this study was to understand how visitors learned at the Bintang Cemerlang Library in Maredan Barat village in Tualang district, Siak Regency. The methodology used in this study is qualitative descriptive research, which is designed to examine various issues in the field and get meaning based on how the research is carried out, using a qualitative approach, aiming to study and measure the learning behavior of visitors at the Bintang Cemerlang Library located in West Maredan Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency. The results of this study show that there are 9 indicators of learning behavior of library visitors, namely: 1) habits, 2) skills, 3) observation, 4) associative thinking and memory, 5) rational and critical thinking, 6) attitudes (attitudes), 7) inhibition, 8) appreciation, and 9) emotional behavior. The conclusion of this study is that the learning behavior of visitors to the Bintang Cemerlang Library showed good learning behavior. There are 8 indicators, namely 1) habits, 2) skills, 3) observation, 4) associative thinking and memory, 5) rational and critical thinking, 6) attitudes 7) appreciation, 8) emotional behavior that shows good learning behavior from library visitors, and 1 indicator, i.e. inhibition of displaying bad behavior. The purpose of this study was to find out how parents care about their children's educational activities in Segati Village, Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency. The type of research used in this study is qualitative descriptive research. The qualities have been proven to examine various problems in the field and find a context that is more suitable for the conditions in which this study was conducted. The results of this study are that there are 6 indicators of parents' concern for their children's learning activities, namely attention, love, affection, help, interference and behavior. Then the following conclusion can be drawn: It can be seen from the fact that parents are very concerned about their children's learning activities. Parents pay attention to their children such as delivering children to school, paying attention to their learning needs such as school clothes, shoes, school bags and providing children's learning facilities in the form of stationery with the aim of making children more pinned. AbstrakPenelitian ini mengangkat masalah mengenai apakah terdapat pengaruh kohesivitas terhadap sikap kewirausahaan anggota majelis Taâ€™lim di Kampung Maredan Barat Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak. Maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan dan positif antara Kohesivitas Kelompok terhadap Sikap Kewirausahaan Anggota Majelis Taâ€™lim di Kampung Maredan Barat Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penulisan ini adalah Anggota Majelis Taâ€™lim Kampung Maredan Barat Kecamatan Tualang Siak sebanyak 344 Anggota Majelis Taâ€™lim. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan stratified random sampling yang digunakan adalah proportionate stratified random sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang apabila populasi mempunyai anggota atau unsur heterogen dan berstrata proposional, dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, maka sampel menjadi 78 Anggota Majelis Taâ€™lim. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah Â pengaruh pengaruh signifikan dan positif antara variabel kohesivitas kelompok (X) terhadap sikap kewirausahaan (Y) Anggota Majelis Taâ€™lim Kampung Maredan Barat Kecamatan Tualang Kabupten Siak.Kata Kunci : Sikap Kewirausahaan dan KohesivitasÂ AbstractThis study raises the issue of whether there is a cohesive effect on the entrepreneurial attitude of members of the Ta'lim assembly in Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency. So the purpose of this study was to determine the significant and positive effect of group cohesiveness on the entrepreneurial attitude of members of the Ta'lim Council in Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency. The method used in this research is ex-post facto with a quantitative approach. The population in this paper is the members of the Ta'lim Council of West Maredan Village, Tualang Siak District, as many as 344 members of the Ta'lim Council. The sampling technique with stratified random sampling used was proportionate stratified random sampling, which is a sampling technique where if the population has heterogeneous and proportional stratified members or elements, using the Slovin formula, the sample becomes 78 members of the Ta'lim Council. The results in this study are the significant and positive effects of group cohesiveness variables (X) on entrepreneurial attitudes (Y) Members of the Ta'lim Council of West Maredan Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency.Keyword: Entrepreneurial Attitude and Cohesiveness

The behavior and character of the community and even children regarding noble values that are upheld and rooted in daily behavior. These values began to be eroded by foreign cultures that tend to be consumerism, individualistic, materialistic so that the character values are considered no longer important if they conflict with the goals to be achieved. Efforts to integrate and increase character values in the learning process can be done through traditional games with children, namely the Cak Bur game. This study aims to improve and enhance the character through cultural literacy of the traditional game of cak bur. This research uses action research which is carried out in two cycles. The subjects in this study were 2 groups of school-age children. The action taken is a game of cakbur to improve the child's character. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the child's character increased by 8 characters with 9 characters that appeared during the game and were in good or increasing criteria. This development has reached the success criteria where the research is said to be successful if the characters that emerge from the cak bur game are 3 characters and there is an increase in the character of children in the cak bur game as many as 7 children. Thus, this research can be said to be successful

This study aims to determine and analyze how economic activities in community empowerment in the village of West Maredan. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Qualitative research aims to describe a careful reality of a phenomenon that occurs. Data collection uses documentation, observations and interviews about economic activities in community empowerment. The results showed that in the sustainability of economic activities the two home industries studied, namely the tofu home industry and the brown sugar home industry, had 3 indicators in carrying out economic activities, the first was the production process, the production process that occurred both in the brown sugar home industry and the tofu home industry. in West Maredan still use the traditional system because the equipment used is not modern, in production activities there is no significant difference from both the tofu industry and the palm sugar industry. For tofu factories, the production process does not require extra effort, in contrast to palm sugar, it requires the help of 2 to 3 people starting from the process of felling palm trees and the process of cutting palm oil to be processed again. Economic activities will not be separated from distribution, distribution activities for the two home industries are carried out by delivering them to the nearest shop and market, there are also some middlemen who go directly to production sites, targets or consumers from the two home industries, not only people around Maredan Barat, but already some came from outside the region such as Pekanbaru, Duri and Siak. With the existence of economic activities in the West Maredan village, at least 15% of the community has been able to empower and ease the burden on several people who depend on their work from the production of these two home industries. Judging from the residents of Maredan Barat, there are 2,341 people and there are 10-12 buyers every day, so 20% of the production every day is always sold out.
