Abstract

Application of Article 303 Kitap Law Criminal Law against owners of internet cafes that provide games Poker Face in the city of Pekanbaru has not done well, the game is widely played by teenagers, such as students, the game Poker Face lots in the downtown area of advanced and more newcomers so many internet cafes that provide games Poker Face. In Pekanbaru city itself there are certain areas that many internet cafes with facilitating for Poker Face. for example is Marpoyan peaceful area of Pekanbaru. Tersebutlah background of the authors are interested to raise these issues in a research scientific work. The purpose of this thesis research: first to know penerpan Article 303 against the owner of the cafe with gambling facilities Poker Face. The second to determine the obstacles in the implementation of Article 303 of the cafe owners with facilities in the City Poker Face Pekanbaru.penulis conduct sociological juridical research is secondary data, to then proceed with research on primary data in the field, or in accordance with the reality of living in society. Authors conduct direct research on locations in the city of Pekanbaru, especially in Damai Marpoyan Kaharudin Nasution aim to obtain clear and complete picture about a situation or problem under study. From the research there are two main things that can be inferred. The first application of Article 303 Book of Law Criminal Law on regulating gambling has not done well, the application of that article menjerumus on providers that facilitate the game of Poker Face, for players Poker Face has not been touched in that Article, the curbing of gambling also has not done well, police just right the situation only to internet cafes are found to facilitate the Poker Face. The second constraint penerpan Article 303 Book of Law Criminal Law in curbing Poker Face is still constrained in its implementation system less effective, which only held controlling not given strict sanctions against internet cafes that facilitates a game of Poker Face. Suggestions authors in this study is the City Police Pekanbaru should give strict punishment for the community or individuals who open a business internet cafes and facilitated to be digunakanya as a game of Poker Face, so far only done policing alone, with tough sanctions the application of Article 303 Criminal Code oF Criminal Law to be implemented well, so it can be a lesson for other people not to open internet cafes and provides and facilitates for gambling Poker Face. Abstract

Response growth and production of maize (Zea mays L.) in the provision of biofertilizer with differentspacing of lowland. This study aims to determine the effect of biological fertilizer with several different plant spacingon growth and production of maize in lowland. This research has been carried on in the land Campus C Faculty ofagriculture, University of Muhammadiyah Palembang, Hamlet 1 Semambu Island Village, North IndralayaSubdistrict, Ogan Ilir South Sumatra. This study was implemented from January s / d April 2015 This study used arandomized design Divided (Split Plot Design) and each treatment was rpeated 3 times. As the main plot treatmentwas planting distance, consisting of : (J1): Spacing 100x30 cm, (J2): Spacing 70x30 cm, (J3): Spacing 40x30 cm.Treatment subplot consisted of various types of fertilizers, comprising: (H0): Inorganic Fertilizers, (H1): BiofertilizersBio P, (H2): Azospirilium, (H3): Biofertilizer Bio P + Azospirilium. As well as all units in the given treatments ofchicken manure 4 ton ha-1. The results showed that the treatment plant spacing 100x30 cm give the highestinfluence on the growth and production of maize in lowland and tabulation fertilizer Bio P and Azospiriliumcombination provides the highest influence on the growth and production of maize in loeland. As well as theinteraction spacing of 100x30 cm and Bio P + Azospirilium combination gives the best effect on the growth andproduction of maize.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dari suatu organisasi, perusahaan atau perdagangan. Semakin baik kualitas pelayanan maka tingkat kepuasan konsumen semakin tinggi. Tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi memungkinkan bertambahnya konsumen pada organisasi atau perusahaan yang bersangkutan. Evaluasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada suatu organisasi atau perusahaan sangat diperlukan karena hasil dari evaluasi tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai rujukan untuk menentukan kebijakan-kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan usaha peningkatan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Metode ini dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi alternatif dari sejumlah alternatif yang ada. Alternatif yang dimaksud adalah tingkatan kualitas pelayanan yaitu : (1) Sangat Buruk, (2) Buruk, (3) Cukup, (4) Baik, (5) Sangat Baik. Hasil evaluasi berdasarkan observasi terhadap Apotek purwosari farma turut dihitung bersama alternatif-alternatif tersebut dan alternatif yang nilainya mendekati perhitungan hasil evaluasi pelayanan pada apotek purwosari farma adalah alternatif yang dianggap tepat untuk menentukan kualitas pelayanan pada apotek purwosari farma. Sistem ini masih bisa dikembangkan lagi dengan cara menambah bobot kriteria ? kriteria, atau dengan menggunakan metode ? metode yang lain.

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate disorder of sex development (DSD) profile at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital (RSCM), the management profile, and the role of urologist on diagnostic and therapeutic management. Material & method: We retrospectively collected data from medical record of all DSD cases managed by pediatric endocrinologist, urologist, obstetric gynaecologist at RSCM from January 2002 up to December 2009. 2006 IICP criteria was used as classification. The management profile and the role of urologist were evaluated. Results: there were 133 DSD cases with the majority of cases was congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) followed by androgen insensitivity syndrome (AIS). Most of the cases were diagnosed before one year old and other on pubertal period. Karyotyping, laboratory examination, ultrasonography, genitography, uretrocystoscopy, kolposcopy, diagnostic laparascopy were performed as diagnostic management. Gender assignment was performed by multidisciplinary team. Masculinizing surgery, feminizing surgery, and gonadectomy was done as therapeutic management. Conclusion: The majority case on RSCM’s DSD profile was CAH. The management was performed by multidisciplinary team. Gender assignment decision should be based upon thorough diagnostic evaluation. The urologist has important role on diagnostic and therapeutic management. Keywords: Disorder of sex development, diagnostic management, gender assignment, therapeutic management, urologist.

Abstract

Identifikasi penyebab tanah longsor pada dasarnya dapat dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan spasial. Pemetaan daerah rawan bencana tanah longsor di Berau memiliki manfaat untuk mengidentifikasi dampak dari bencana sehingga dapat dimitigasi dan dilakukan tindakan yang bersifat preventif terhadap daerah dengan kategori tingkat risiko tinggi. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) menentukan kawasan rawan tanah longsor; (2) menentukan mitigasi yang tepat. Tahapan inti dari penelitian adalah menentukan tingkat potensi bencana tanah longsor dilakukan dengan cara menggabungkan dan memberikan nilai serta bobot dari parameter dari data di lapangan yaitu data kemiringan lereng, litologi, curah hujan, dan struktur geologi yang terbentuk didaerah penelitian. Area yang memiliki kerawanan tinggi pada dasarnya adalah yang memiliki litologi yang berasal dari batuan sedimen yang cenderung memiliki tingkat kekompakan yang rendah serta penggunaan lahan yang berupa permukiman, lahan garapan, dan semak belukar. Beberapa unit analisis yang teridentifikasi memiliki tingkat kerawanan yang tinggi direkomendasikan untuk dilakukan mitigasi struktural dengan melihat gap yang terjadi pada parameter penyusunnya. Jika parameter curah hujan yang tinggi, direkomendasikan untuk pembuatan catchment area dan juga pembuatan saluran drainase permanen. Selain itu, jika kondisi litologi dan penggunaan lahan yang sebagai gap atau nilai parameter yang tinggi, maka rekomendasi mitigasi adalah berupa normalisasi penggunaan lahan mengikuti karakteristik litologinya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh kejelasan sasaran anggaran, kapasitas SDM, pemanfataan teknologi informasi terhadap pengelolaan keuangan daerah yang dimediasi oleh sistem pengendalian internal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini pejabat pada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi yang berfungsi sebagai entitas akuntansi yang terlibat dalam proses pengelolaan keuangan daerah mulai dari tahap perencanaan, penganggaran, pelaksanan, pertanggungjawaban hingga tahap pelaporan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik judgement sampling, pemilihan sampel berdasarkan pertimbangan yaitu tipe pemilihan sampel secara tidak acak yang informasinya diperoleh umumnya disesuaikan dengan tujuan atau masalah penelitian. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur yang merupakan pengembangan dari analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kejelasan sasaran anggaran, kapasitas SDM, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, dan sistem pengendalian internal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kejelasan sasaran anggaran, kapasitas SDM, dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap terhadap pengelolaan keuangan daerah melalui sistem pengendalian internal sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, village financial reporting is needed by users of financial reports, both central and local governments. The village financial system is part of village financial reporting. This study delves into the intricate relationship between behavioral accounting and village financial systems within Kerinci Regency. By examining how behavioral accounting practices impact these systems, this research sheds light on the dynamics that govern financial management in local communities. Drawing on a comprehensive analysis of data collected from various villages, this study reveals noteworthy insights into the effects of behavioral accounting practices on financial decision-making processes. Through an empirical investigation, it becomes evident that behavioral accounting practices can significantly influence the financial behavior of village administrations. The study uncovers that certain behavioral biases and cognitive patterns among administrators can impact financial reporting accuracy and budget allocation strategies. Furthermore, the research underscores the significance of effective training and awareness programs to mitigate potential negative effects of behavioral biases in financial decision-making. This study underscores the vital role of behavioral accounting in shaping the financial landscape of village systems. By recognizing and addressing the behavioral factors that influence financial decisions, village administrations can enhance the effectiveness and transparency of their financial management practices. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, administrators, and stakeholders seeking to improve the financial sustainability and accountability of village systems in Kerinci Regency and similar contexts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of incorporating green accounting and corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure on the quality of financial reporting, with a focus on the energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2021. The researchers collected secondary data from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) or the company websites using purposive sampling. To analyze the data, the researchers employed panel data regression analysis and moderating regression analysis. The results of the study showed that both green accounting and CSR disclosure had a significant impact on the quality of financial reporting. This suggests that companies that incorporate green accounting practices and disclose their CSR activities tend to have higher-quality financial reports. Furthermore, the study found that institutional ownership played a moderating role in the relationship between CSR disclosure and the quality of financial reporting. Specifically, companies with higher levels of institutional ownership showed a stronger relationship between CSR disclosure and financial reporting quality. This implies that institutional investors, who often have a long-term perspective and a focus on sustainability, may place more importance on CSR disclosure when evaluating the quality of financial reports. However, the study did not find any significant impact of institutional ownership on the relationship between green accounting and the quality of financial reporting. This suggests that institutional ownership does not play a significant role in strengthening the relationship between green accounting practices and financial reporting quality.

Abstract

The integration of e-commerce, digital payments, and Accounting Information Systems significantly enhances entrepreneurial interest among students. These technologies provide accessible and efficient tools for starting and managing businesses, fostering a greater inclination towards entrepreneurship. This study aims to analyze the influence of e-commerce, digital payment, and the quality of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) on the entrepreneurial interest of accounting students from the 2020 cohort at the University of Jambi. A saturated sampling technique was employed, resulting in a sample size of 171 active accounting students. Data collection was conducted through an online questionnaire consisting of several relevant questions. The results of the study indicate that e-commerce, digital payment, and the quality of AIS significantly affect students' entrepreneurial interest. These findings suggest that a good understanding and skills in using digital technology and information systems can encourage students' interest in entrepreneurship. Likewise, improving students' proficiency in online business, digital transactions, and computerized accounting can substantially boost their enthusiasm for entrepreneurship. Such skill development may result in more students starting their own businesses, potentially stimulating economic expansion and helping to lower joblessness among recent graduates.
