This study aimed at determining the role of science and social studies teachers in instilling the values contained in science and social studies content at Government Elementary School. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative. Through a case study, this qualitative approach was intended to gain in dept understanding of social situation, and find patterns, hypotheses and theories. Subjects in this study were 10 teachers who teach science and social studies at Islamic elementary schools that were selected from randomly chosen elementary schools from North Jakarta, South Jakarta, Central Jakarta, West Jakarta and East Jakarta. The results of the study revealed that responsibility, collaborative work, mutual respect, and respect could be developed by teachers through teaching and learning process. Yet, other values that were specifically generated from the material content of science and social studies have not been tried out to be developed except in teachers’ lesson plans. The purpose of this research is to describe the use of language by teachers and students in bilingual classroom learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) I Ciputat, South Tangerang. This research emerged based on the recent rise in the number of bilingual classes, such as Indonesian, English, and Arabic, which led to the use of learning activities such as code-switching. Based on the analysis, the authors concluded that generally, teachers use two or more languages consisting of Indonesian, foreign (English and Arabic), and regional languages. The use of Indonesian dominates in learning in accordance with the national curriculum, while the use of English dominates in subjects in line with the Cambridge Curriculum. Therefore, the use of foreign languages in these two learning activities aims to familiarize students with the ability to hear and speak foreign languages. These activities tend to improve student’s linguistics competence.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) Hakikat pembelajaran tematik; (2) Langkah-langkah pembelajaran tematik berbasis kearifan lokal; (3) Hakikat pendidikan kearifan lokal dalam lingkup pembelajaran tematik; (4) Tujuan dan pentingnya pendidikan kearifan lokal dalam lingkup pembelajaran tematik; serta (5) Pengajaran model tematik berbasis kearifan lokal. Artikel ini merupakan penelitian analisis konten/meta analisis yang dilaksanakan melalui lima tahap, yaitu: (1) Pengumpulan data; (2) Penentuan sampel; (3) Pencatatan data; (4) Reduksi; dan (5) Penarikan kesimpulan. Sumber data dalam artikel ini adalah jurnal dan buku yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran tematik dan pendidikan kearifan lokal. Selanjutnya, objek penelitian adalah proses adaptasi dan kaitannya dengan urgensi kearifan lokal dalam menjawab tantangan zaman. Kesimpulan artikel menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pembelajaran tematik menggunakan tema-tema sebagai objek pembelajarannya; (2) Langkah-langkah model pembelajaran tematik berbasis kearifan lokal diantaranya guru terlebih dahulu membuat RPP, kemudiaan mesisipkan kearifan lokal pada konten materi; (3) Kearifan lokal dalam lingkup model pembelajaran tematik adalah nilai kebaikan yang terkandung dalam kebudayaan sebagai upaya mempertahankan identitas diri anak: (4) Tujuan dan pentingnya pendidikan kearifan lokal dalam lingkup pembelajaran tematik diantaranya untuk mempersiapkan generasi muda yang tanggap akan keunggulan lokal daerahnya; (5) Pengajaran model tematik berbasis kearifan lokal ini akan menjadi koneksi dalam memahamkan anak untuk bertindak tepat dalam menghadapi tantangan global.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of the Wordwall application in online mathematics learning on counting number 1 in MIN 2 South Tangerang and the effectiveness of using Wordwall media in the closing activity which was reviewed throgh test results (final test of all materials). The research used is a combination research by combining quantitative and qualitative techniques. With the subject of this research are 56 studens of class 1 MIN 2 South Tangerang. In this study, various instruments were used to collect data such as: (1) interviews to support the result of student response questionnaires (2) interviews to support the results of student response questionnaires (3) questions throgh the Wordwall media and test questions to see the effectiveness of using Wordwall media in online mathematict learning activities. The results of this study were (1) in the student response questionnaire using Wordwall media in the closing activities of online mathematics learning, counting numbers were very effective with an average questionnaire value of 32,3 (2) the results of the tests carried out by the students resulted in a percentage completeness of 88,04 and 75% of the number of students so that it has been declared effective.

The Purpose of the study is to know Influence of Acrostic Technique to Poetry Writing Skills of Students. It was conducted at Al Amanah Islamic Elementary School South Tangerang, 5th grade semester 2015/2016. The method used in this study was quasi-experiment with Non-Equivalent Control Grup Design. Samples were taken by purposive sampling. The first samples included 36 students of experimental class using acrostic technique and 34 students of control class using conventional learning. Based on posttest score, average poetry writing skill of experiment class students who using acrostic technique was higher than average poetry writing skill of controll class students who using conventional learning method. The average pretest score of experiment class was 64,28, while of the control class was 61,21. On the other side, the averafe posttest scored of experiment class was74,89 and the control class was 70,00. Hipothesis two class calculation using T-tes, Paired Sample T Test, achived the significance level of 0,050 showing that probability value (significance) was 0,004. Due to significance of 0,004 < Î± = 0,050, H0 was rejected. This proved that usage of Acrostic Technique Influence to Poetry Writing Skills of Students 5thÂ Grade second semester at Al Amanah Islamic Elementary School South Tangerang 2015/2016.

This study aimed to analyze the quality of the implementation of free education at the level of free education in Jabodetabek. Subjects were implementing elements of the free education that teachers and principals in the area of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi. This research is non-experimental research because no manipulation of study variables. The type of research is a survey method. This research data collection techniques are questionnaires and observation techniques. Questionnaires and observation selected in this study, because of the variables to be measured is certain, that the quality of the implementation of free education at the primary level. This technique is also an effective technique for measuring the purpose of this study of the respondents are already established. The research result shows that the implementation of free education in Jabodetabek meet the quality standards of education good views of inputs, processes, outputs, and outcomes of education. Judging from the quality standard based education accreditation, quality free education in Jabodetabek meet the quality standards of education with the acquisition value of A. Model implementation of free education of the funding envisaged in three models of education, namely the liberation of all kinds of levies by schools to parents, Liberation operational cost of education to parents, except for expenses for personal needs such as school uniforms and operational financing of education imposed on BOS (School Operational Cost). Impact of free education based on the quality of the inputs, processes, outputs, and outcomes, as well as quality accreditation are also models of implementation of free education for the elderly, the implementation of free education in Jabodetabek with quality standards do not have the participation of parents is optimal, had the satisfaction of graduates, and assisted from the financing of education free of charge. For teachers based on the acquisition of data about the quality of free education, teachers meet standards with optimal learning process.

This research was conducted to obtain an overview of teacher planning, implementation and reporting in the assessment of performance in thematic learning in elementary schools. This reseach uses descriptive qualitative method. The subjects in this strudy were the principal, elementary school coordinator teacher, and teachers grade I â€“ VI. The techniques used in data collection are interviews, observation, and documentation. This study will obtain complete data, namely primary data and secondary data, where primary data is obtained through observations and interviews, while secondary data is obtained through documents, photographs and videos related to performance work. Data were analyzed through steps of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion concluded. The results of this study show three conclusions. First, planning decides the performance assessment to complete the objectives to be achieved, chooses activities that are suitable for students, determines assessment criteria and compiles a performance rubric. Second, approve the performance assessment, complete the discussion of the availability of tools and materials, provide and submit the rubric of the performance, conduct question and answer and discussion about the rubric, monitor the process of carrying out the performance tasks, conduct research according to the rubric, improve it and improve it. Third, reporting the performance assessment is presented in the form of numbers and descriptions that are delivered to students, fellow teachers, school management teams and participants at PTC (Parent Teacher Conference). Performance appraisal encourages comprehensive, teachers apply performance appraisal in applying the knowledge and attitudes that students relate to performance skills. Carrying out performance tasks is hampered by time, solutions that can be done provide students with understanding material before carrying out performance tasks.

The basis for this review is that at MI Al-Mursyidiyyah, especially in class III A, they have not used singing techniques. Then at that time the side effect of learning science in class III MI Al-Mursyidiyyah, there were 1% who had bad math scores. The reason for this review is to see whether there is an effect of the method on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade III A students. This test is directed at MI Al-Mursyidiyyah Pamulang, South Tangerang in September â€“ November 2020. An example of the analysis class is class III A, which consists of 34 students obtained by Purposive Sampling. The method used is Pre-Experimental with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design (single meeting plan with pretest and posttest). The instrument used in this study was a cognitive test in the form of multiple choice. The data analysis technique used in this research is the n-gain test using a predetermined formula, the normality test using Shapiro Wilk, the homogeneity test using ANOVA (Anlysis of variance), the paired t hypothesis test (Two Paired Samples Test). Based on the results of the t-test on the pretest and posttest of the experimental class with the results of the t-count value of 9.858 > t-table 2.034 or H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So that it can be said that there is an effect of utilization on the mathematics learning outcomes of students of class III A MI Al-Mursyidiyyah Pamulang, South Tangerang.

This study aims to determine the increase in learning outcomes of mathematics, the subject of estimation and rounding in IV grade students of SDN in the 2021/2022 academic year. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of two cycles and four stages. The data collection technique used was observation while students were participating in the learning process and using tests in the form of questions carried out at the end of the cycle as well as documentation during learning activities.The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in students' mathematics learning outcomes using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model in each cycle. In the first cycle, student learning outcomes reached 53% of 32 students and only 17 students completed. Furthermore, in cycle II there was an increase with learning outcomes reaching 91% completeness and only 3 students who did not complete. The conclusion of this study is that efforts to use the Project Based Learning model can improve mathematics learning outcomes for IV grade students at SDN .
