One effort to improve of high-quality of maize seed were the development and application of methods for genetic quality testing, such as SSR marker. Another effort was used of rhizobacteria for increased the availability of nutrients, especially P in the soil. The aim of this study were: 1) Microsatellite markers specific to male and female parents of maize hybrid; 2) Seed genetic purity by using molecular marker; 3) Rhizobacteria that could increase the physiological quality of maize hybrid seed; and 4) Rhizobacteria that could increase the growth of plant and efficiency of fertilizer P. The result showed that: 1) From five markers tested, three markers namely phi96100, phi328175 and phi072 produced polymorphic bands and capable to distinguish parental lines of two maize hybrids. Microsatellite marker phi96100 was specific used for testing genetic purity of cv.Bima-4 and phi072 for cv.Bima-3. While phi328175 was specific markers to both hybrids maize. The test of cv. Bima-3 and Bima-4 indicated that genetic purity of both varieties were 97.5% and 80% respectivelly; 2) Isolates B28 and B46 could increase IV 19% and 22% respectively, and had a high speed of growth compared controls; 3). Isolates B46, B42, B13, P14, P31, AB2, AB3, AB11, ATS4, and ATS5 could increased of germination compared to control; 4) Treatment of rhizobacteri significantly affects on plant height 2, 4 and 6 week after planting (WAP); 5) P fertilizer dosage were not significantly influenced on the number of leaves at 2 and 4 WAP, but significant at 6 WAP. Isolate of B28, B42 and ATS4 were potential for increased of plant growth.

Percobaan mengenai stabilitas hasil genotipe jagung hibrida harapan dilakukan terhadap sepuluh genotipe jagung hibrida F1 dan dua kultivar pembanding yaitu Bisma dan BISI-2, pada Sembilan lokasi, yaitu Maros, Gowa, Malino, Malang, Probolinggo, Kediri, Pati, Temanggung, dan Bogor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menduga stabilitas hasil sepuluh genotipe jagung hibrida harapan. Percobaan lapangan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok dengan empat ulangan dilaksanakan pada musim tanam 1998/1999, dari bulan Mei 1998 sampai September 1998. Stabilitas hasil diukur dengan menggunakan metode Eberhart dan Russel. Genotipe jagung hibrida harapan AG7010, AG5018, dan AG8016 memiliki daya hasil tinggi pada areal lokasi yang luas. Penampilan hasil biji sangat dipengaruhi oleh interaksi genotipe x lingkungan. Genotipe AG9014, AG9016, AG6016, AG5014, AG5018, AG8014, dan AG7010 memperlihatkan stabilitas hasil biji yang tinggi pada semua lokasi pengujian.

Artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian bertujuan untuk memaparkan Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Gaya kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja di Mediasi Motivasi Pegawai Kantor Kelurahan di Kecamatan Mamajang Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di 13 Kelurahan pada Kecamatan Mamajang Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Dengan jangka waktu penelitian dari bulan Februari sampai dengan Juni Tahun 2023. sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh jumlah populasi untuk digunakan sebagai responden sebanyak 112 Pegawai ASN dari 13 Kelurahan yang ada di Kecamatan Mamajang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, adalah teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan Studi Kepustakaan (Library Research), Studi Lapangan (Field Research) di lakukan dengan cara : Wawancara,Kuesioner (Angket), Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Motivasi. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji dimana variabel Pengembangan Karir (X1) menunjukkan Thitung sebesar 3,587 sementara itu nilai Ttabel = 1,658, maka Thitung > Ttabel dengan nilai signifikansi yaitu 0.000 < 0.05. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Motivasi. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji dimana Gaya Kepemimpinan (X2) dengan nilai Thitung = 2,180 dan nilai Ttabel = 1,658 maka nilai Thitung >Ttabel dengan nilai signifikansi yaitu 0.031 < 0.05.

Bugis local wisdom has unique characteristics reflected in the concept of “ampe madeceng” values, which underline the importance of good behavior in Bugis culture. This article aims to investigate the meaning, values and practices of ampe madeceng in the context of Bugis local wisdom, and to identify its relevance to Islamic educational values. This type of research is qualitative with an educational ethnography approach, conducted through in-depth interviews with community leaders, religious leaders and related community members, and participatory observation with Bugis community members in Batutanengnge Hamlet who hold tightly to the values of ampe madeceng in their daily lives. The research findings show that the values of ampe madeceng include: Assitulungeng (helping each other), Asseddingeng (unity/ukhuwah), Sipakaraja (honoring each other), Mappakatuna ale (low self-esteem), Siparennuangi (trusting each other). These values play an important role in maintaining social harmony and promoting cooperation in Bugis society. All the values contained in ampe madeceng are in line with Islamic principles, such as good ethics, solidarity, mutual respect and mutual trust. Therefore, Islamic education can play a role in strengthening and developing these values in Bugis society, creating individuals who are better in moral and ethical aspects.

Pengurusan jenazah merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai religius, sosial, dan budaya. Dalam islam, pengurusan jenazah menjadi kewajiban fardhu kifayah bagi umat muslim, yang berarti harus dilaksanakan oleh sebagian anggota masyarakat agar terlepas dari dosa kolektif. Proses pengurusan jenazah meliputi beberapa tahapan, mulai dari memandikan, mengafani, menshalatkan, hingga menguburkan jenazah sesuai tuntunan syariat islam. Setiap tahap memiliki tata cara dan adab yang harus diperhatikan untuk menjaga kehormatan jenazah serta memenuhi ketentuan agama. Selain aspek teknis, pengurusan jenazah juga mengandung nilai spiritual dan sosial yang memperkuat ikatan antarsesama. Di tengah perkembangan zaman, penting untuk menjaga tradisi ini agar tetap berjalan sesuai ajaran agama, namun tetap mempertimbangkan aspek kesehatan dan keselamatan, terutama dalam situasi khusus seperti pandemi. Pendidikan dan pelatihan tentang pengurusan jenazah menjadi penting untuk memastikan masyarakat memiliki pemahaman yang benar dan mampu melaksanakan tugas ini dengan baik dan penuh tanggung jawab.

Abstrak Era digital telah menyaksikan perubahan yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya dalam komunikasi dan penyebaran informasi, termasuk yang bersifat religius. Seperti dalam masyarakat multikultural mana pun, moderasi beragama tetap menjadi faktor utama dalam menjaga toleransi dan harmoni sosial. Penelitian khusus ini bertujuan untuk membahas bagian moderasi beragama dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital dan bagaimana mekanisme ini dapat memperkuat nilai-nilai toleransi terhadap pluralitas budaya, etnis, dan agama. Dari sebuah studi literatur, ditemukan bahwa meskipun era digital telah memfasilitasi penyebaran pemikiran religius, hal itu juga menciptakan peningkatan potensi tumbuhnya intoleransi dan radikalisme melalui penyalahgunaan media sosial. Jadi, menurut pandangan kami, perlu ditekankan pada keseimbangan, keadilan, dan hikmat dalam hal-hal yang menyangkut masalah agama. Pendidikan digital dan literasi digital, dalam peran kepribadian dan institusi agamic, sangat membantu masyarakat terbentuk secara inklusif dan toleran. Oleh karena itu, membangun dan mempertahankan moderasi agama, sehingga terus berkembang, dalam kemampuan beradaptasi sehingga dapat selalu merespon dinamika masyarakat digital yang kompleks dan beragam. Kata kunci: Moderasi Agama, Waktu Digital, Toleran, Multikultural, Media Sosial. Abstract The digital era has witnessed unprecedent changes in communication and the spread of information, including those of a religious nature. As in any multicultural society, religious moderation remains a major factor in maintaining tolerance and social harmony. This particular research aims to discuss the part of religious moderation in facing the challenges of the digital era and how this mechanism may strengthen the values of tolerance toward cultural, ethnic, and religious plurality. From a literature study, it is found that although the digital era has facilitated the spread of religious thoughts, it also creates increased potential for the growth of intolerance and radicalism through the misuse of social media. Thus, in our view, emphasis needs to be placed on balance, justice, and wisdom in matters involving religious matters. Digital education and digital literacy, in the roles of agamic personalities and institutions, go a long way toward society being formed inclusively and tolerantly. Hence, build and sustain religious moderation, thus perpetually evolving, in adaptability so that it may always respond to the complex and multifarious dynamics of digital society.
