Abstract

Jumlah pencari kerja terdaftar terdiri dari pendaftar berdasarkan umur dan pendidikan. Masing masing memiliki jumlah pendaftar yang berbeda, dengan pendaftar berdasarkan umur memliki beberapa kategori dan berdasarkan pendidikan memiliki variasi pendidikan yang dimiliki pencari kerja terdaftar. Penelitian ini menerapkan Data Mining dengan menggunakan metode Clustering untuk menentukan jumlah pencari kerja berdasarkan tingkat jumlah pendaftar di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Bengkulu. Algoritma yang digunakan yaitu K-Means Clustering, di mana data dikelompokkan berdasarkan karakteristik yang sama akan dimasukkan ke dalam kelompok yang sama dan set data yang dimasukkan ke dalam kelompok tidak tumpang tindih.Pengujian dilakukan dengan aplikasi Rapid Miner 5.3. Rapid Miner merupakan software Data Mining yang dapat digunakan untuk mengakses beberapa metode yang ada dalam Data Mining, sehingga dapat menghasilkan cluster-cluster dalam pengelompokan data jumlah pencari kerja yang terdaftar.

Abstract

In terms of file security is often diminished, because the file with the extension * and * .MP4 .MP3 is like the audio files that we secured was listening to the audio exams and video UAN English as exam for student/student in Ja Al-Haq is not given a security so that everyone can see the file. Application of cryptography to secure audio video files using visual basic Net made to secure the audio video files which are air-extension "* Mp3, Mp4 *" were built using the programming language Visual Basic Net. The encryption process is a process to convert the original video audio files into files that cannot be executed. Decryption process is a process to convert audio and video files into audio files randomly original video. Testing data security system is a test conducted to determine the safety data that has been integrated on a particular file, in this case the video audio file "* Mp3, * mp4".Keywords: Algorithm AES, Audio Video, Encryption, Decryption.

Abstract

Has conducted research on the development of geographic information systems in the province of Bengkulu irrigation network-based website using google map on public works ministry Bengkulu. This study aims to provide information about how to create a geographic information system of irrigation network construction based on public works ministry websites by using google map. Data were collected on March 25, 2014 in the form of project data that has been finished by the contractor. The data is then processed into a source of discussion in this study. Besides the most important data is the location coordinates of the coordinate construction of irrigation networks because this is what it used to indicate the location or position of the project has been done. The results of this study indicate that the need for a geographic infor-mation system to be able to submit an information to the public.Keyword: Geograpich Information System, irrigation network, Google Map

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to use the C4.5 decision tree algorithm-based and implemented into an application that RapidMiner is expected to improve the accuracy of the analysis of the study period the student. This research was conducted at the Dehasen University of Bengkulu. In the study discussed by monitoring the results of studies at the university in the form of the GPA and the number of credits that have not been accurate for determining a student to graduate on time or not. In this study was to classify the grading of student used data mining techniques with C4.5 algorithms and implemented into Rapid Miner, it aims to see the results of the development can graduate on time or not. From the research results prove that the algorithm C4.5 is more accurate than analysis conducted by analyst’s students. This is evidenced by the results of the evaluation study found C4.5 algorithms capable of analyzing the punctuality of students completing their study.Keyword: Data mining, C4.5 Algorithm

Abstract

In the future today children today tend to be interested in playing the game from the study, because the development of the game world is now more rapidly and attractive compared to developments in the world of education, this is what makes children more interested in playing games than on learning. in addition, the old learning methods of reading and exercise, most of the children in modern times are now less interested and tend to be lazy to learn such a way. require a way for children to play and indirectly while learning. Computer-based teaching tool is expected to help overcome this problem. in addition, teaching tool like this can also ease the burden on teachers, so that the learning process can run well and the materials being taught can be understood by students. through learning how to use a computer, a lesson can be delivered in an interactive form and can illustrate a concept through animation, sound and attractive demonstration. this application allows students to learn without a time limit. The purpose of the research to make reading tutorial how to quickly and counting in child-based multimedia using macromedia flash 8.0. teaching tool that utilizes computers to deliver the materials to be taught so-called computer assisted instruction (cai). computer assisted instruction is a computer-based teaching aids with an interactive program. by using this device, the learning process becomes more active. this device can be used as a primary tool or a teaching tool. Based on the results of this study concluded that the tutorial how to quickly learn and numeracy can add to the spirit of learning students, this is because students are actively involved and participate in learning using this tutorial, so that learning becomes fun, the students begin to mention the numbers and letters with its own language, though still with the help of a teacher.Key words : Tutorial, Multimedia, Macromedia Flash

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to create an expert system application that can be used to diagnose diseases caused by the coxsackie virus in children using the certainty factor method. Viral infectious disease is a collection of types of diseases caused by viruses that easily attack children. Diseases that often occur in children are caused by very vulnerable viruses, this is because the immune system in the child's body has not been fully developed. One of the viruses that often attack children, among others, is the Coxsackie Virus. Coxsackie is a type of disease caused by the Coxsackie virus, which is a type of RNA virus. This virus is transmitted through the fecal oral route, namely bacteria from feces or feces that move from one person to another and enter the mouth of the other person. This system is designed using PHP Programming Language and MySQL Database. With this expert system, it is easier for users to consult about diseases caused by the Coxsackie Virus in children.

Abstract

System of decision making is a way of leadership or action to solve the problems faced by the selection of one among the possible alternatives. In this study researchers using Fuzzy Logic method because the researchers are using fuzzy logic to determine the weights of criteria and desire in determining who the decision-making stage in the installation of a new power station in PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Nusa Indah Bengkulu. In taking decisions researchers also use the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, because by using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language researchers can easily in decision-making.

Abstract

Abstract :This thesis is the result of research that describes how much influence the Village Consultative Body has on the people of Tanjung Tebat Village, golden flower District, South Bengkulu Regency. The Village Consultative Body is an institution that embodies democracy in administering village governance. The Village Consultative Council can be considered as the village parliament. As for the background, the writer's interest in writing this thesis is based on the results of observations and initial interviews that the writer conducted at the golden flower sub-district office, where the selection of members of the Village Consultative Council still uses manual assessment or it can be said that it is not efficient. Where the author offers a Preference Selection Index method to be used in selecting the best Village Consultative Body.In the Preferences Selection Index method, the results are obtained by minimal and simple calculations as they are based on statistical concepts without the need for attribute weights. From the calculations, it can be concluded that the best village consultative body members in the golden flower District fall into alternative A5, namely Design Women with a total value of 0.9084 which has been resolved using the Prefence Selection Prefence Selection Index method. Abstract-Bengkulu City 11 Public High School is one of the State Senior High Schools in Bengkulu City. So far, the school does not have an application that can help provide a predictive picture of student graduation. The merging of real and virtual objects occurs with the support of the right technology while the interactions that are carried out can occur using certain devices. AR is a breakthrough in the field of very sophisticated technology. Because with this technology we can make all abstract or virtual things look real or real. So that researchers apply the Waterfall Media AR Mobile Learning Method to be able to display 3D images and animations in class VIII math subjects, specifically geometric shapes including: blocks, balls, cones, cubes, pyramids, prisms, and tubes, Provides convenience for teachers to add insight into the use of AR learning media in increasing student motivation and interest in learning at SMP NEGERI 1 Bengkulu City.
