Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sikap pemertahanan pemakaian bahasa Sasak, Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap pemertahanan pemakaian bahasa Sasak, dan pembawaan tubuh (bodily hexis) yang terpengaruh oleh bahasa lisan di Kecamatan Utan Kabupaten Sumbawa. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan objek penelitian adalah masyarakat suku Sasak di Kecamatan Utan Kabupaten Sumbawa NTB. Data berupa kata-kata atau kalimat yang diperoleh pada informan penelitian. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi/pengamatan untuk mengamati sosiokultural masyarakat suku Sasak dalam berinteraksi dengan partisipan; Sadap untuk menyadap interaksi sikap/bahasa antar masyarakat suku Sasak dengan Sasak maupun antara suku Sasak dengan Sumbawa; dan Wawancara  dengan informan untuk memperkuat data-data yang telah terkumpul. Data  dianalisis menggunakan  analisis interaktif, yaitu  reduksi  data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) sikap pemertahanan pemakaian bahasa Sasak adalah dengan mempersiapkan mental atau perilaku dan pikiran pada guyup Sumbawa agar lebih dominan menggunakan bahasa Sasak di dalam berkomunikasi baik dengan sesama suku Sasak maupun suku Sumbawa dan baik diranah keluarga maupun sosial; (2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap pemertahanan pemakaian bahasa Sasak di Kecamatan Utan Kabupaten Sumbawa adalah faktor partisipan, suasana, dan topik; dan (3) Tindak pemertahanan bahasa yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat suku Sasak menjadi identitas masyarakat asli Sasak. Perilaku (pembawaan tubuh) mereka mengikuti secara langsung ketika mereka berinteraksi dengan sesama masyarakat Sasak maupun Sumbawa. Masyarakat Sasak ketika berbicara dengan  bahasa bangsawan (halus) maupun ketika berbicara dengan orang yang lebih dihormati, tindak bahasa mereka selalu diikuti oleh tingkah laku/sikap yang disesuakan dengan bahasa yang mereka lakukan.

Abstract

Kehidupan generasi milenial tidak bisa dilepaskan dari pergeseran era dari perkembangan  zaman  Sejak  zaman  kuno, pertengahan, modern dan posmodernisme pemikiran manusia memiliki karakteristiknya masing- masing. Generasi Milenial modern mengalami degradasi kejiwaan akut yang menyebabkan mereka kehilangan makna terhadap hidupnya. Ikatan moral dan etika tidak lagi menjadi landasan utama dalam menentukan sikap, sehingga ukuran kebenaran mulai bergeser dari ikatan primordial menjadi ikatan pragmatis. Manusia modern mulai menyingkirkan etika dan norma kesopanan yang melekat dalam tradisi kemanusiaan untuk mencapai keinginannya. Oleh karena itu Sanggat Tepat pemikiran postmodernisme dijadikan sebuah landasan pemikiran di Era abad ke-21untuk menjadi generasi milenial bijaksana. Tujuan untuk mengetahui perspektif pemikiran filsafat postmodernisme dalam implementasi  pembelajaran bagi generasi milenial pada abad Ke-21. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research), Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi. Kesimpulan diharapkan  generasi milenial menjadi agen of change yang bijaksana  untuk mempertimbangkan segala sesuatunya dalam mengambil keputusan.

Abstract

Penguatan pelayanan keluarga berencana pasca salin merupakan salah satu upaya percepatan penurunan angka kematian ibu. Target capaian kebutuhan ber-KB yang tidak terpenuhi hanya mencapai 12,1 persen dari target 9,91 persen, serta indikator persentase pemakaian kontrasepsi modern (modern contraceptive prevalence rate/mCPR) hanya sebesar 54,97 persen dari target 61 persen. Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang KB pasca salin menyebabkan masih rendahnya kepesertaan KB pada ibu pasca salin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh model komunikasi, informasi, dan edukasi berbasis video edukasi terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku keluarga berencana pasien pasca salin di RSUD Lawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian quasi experimental dengan rancangan non equivalen control group pretest-posttest design, yang dilakukan pada sampel sejumlah 60 ibu pasca salin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perubahan yang signifikan pada perilaku KB setelah diberikan video edukasi KB. Rata-rata pengetahuan tentang KB pada kelompok intervensi lebih tinggi (mean = 9,3) dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (mean = 8,8), rata-rata sikap positif terhadap KB pada kelompok intervensi lebih tinggi (mean = 19,4) dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (mean = 18,4), dan ada perbedaan yang signifikan (p = 0,045). Sedangkan rata-rata sikap negatif terhadap KB pada kelompok intervensi lebih tinggi (mean = 14,6) dibandingkan pada kelompok kontrol (mean = 13,27) dan terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna (p = 0,037). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah media video edukasi terbukti mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku pasien KB pasca salin. Strengthening postpartum family planning services is one of the efforts to accelerate the reduction of maternal mortality rates. The percentage of unmet need for family planning only reaches 12.1 percent of the target of 9.91% percentage indicator for modern contraceptives (modern contraceptive prevalence rate / mCPR) is only 54.97 percent of the target of 61.3 %. The Lack of knowledge about postpartum family planning results in low family planning participation. This study aims to examine the effect of educational communication based on a video education to improved knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of postpartum family planning patients in Lawang Hospital. The study used a quasi-experimental research method with a non- equivalent control group pretest-posttest design, were conducted on 60 postpartum mothers. The result showed significant changes in family planning behavior in this study occurred clearly after exposure to the family planning education video. The average knowledge about family planning in the intervention group was higher (mean = 9.3) than the control group (mean = 8.8) average rate of positive attitude towards family planning in the intervention group was higher (mean = 19.4) than the control group (mean = 18.4) and was a significant difference (p = 0.045). Meanwhile, the average negative attitude towards family planning in the intervention group was higher (mean = 14.6) than the control group (mean = 13.27) was also a significant difference (p = 0.037). The conclusion is educational video media is proven to be able to improve the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of postpartum family planning patients.

Abstract

Surgical wound infection (ILO) is one of the most common nosocomial infections that occur after surgery. One of the important roles in efforts to reduce the ILO is to prevent the occurrence of risk factors. This research design uses Systematic Review with Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). One of the conclusions obtained is that the risk factors for post-operative wound infection orthopedic surgery are patient and environmental factors.

Abstract

Excessive nausea and vomiting can threaten the health of pregnant women and fetuses, about 80% of pregnant women are treated for hyperemesis gravidarum. Nie-Guan point acupressure massage is a non-pharmacological treatment that can treat nausea and vomiting for pregnant women. The aim of this research to determine the effect of Nei-Guan point acupressure massage on emesis gravidarum. Design of this study was a quasi-experimental study with a nonequivalent control group design approach. Age, intervention and control were mostly at high risk 11 people (73%) and 10 people (67%). The most education is secondary in the intervention group 12 people (80%) and the control group 13 people (87%). Most of the respondents as IRT in the intervention group were 8 people (53%) and in the control group 10 people (67%). Pregnancy in the intervention and control groups was the same in primigravida 8 people (54%). The management of nausea and vomiting that is most often done is by giving warm and refreshing drinks, but not a few mothers also refuse, one non-pharmacological approach that can be given is acupressure (Grove et all, 2015). This study explains that giving acupressure point P6 (Nei-Guan) has an effect on emesis gravidarum.

Abstract

Introduction: Pregnancy affects physical and psychological changes. Especially during the Covid-19 period, there is a possibility of stress. The health problems of pregnant women that are not handled optimally are related to psychological problems, this will affect the success of the postpartum period, including during the breastfeeding process. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research related to stress conditions in pregnant women which will affect the psychological well-being of pregnant women. Objective: to determine the characteristics of the mother and the stress of pregnant women affects psychological well-being. Method: observational analysis with a cross-sectional design. The research population of pregnant women in the antenatal class with a sample of 60 people with data collection techniques using systematic random sampling. The results showed: there was an effect of maternal characteristics (age, gestational age, parity) on psychological well-being. And there is the effect of stress on psychological well-being with a p value of 0.000.

Abstract

Many adolescents express fear, embarrassment and confusion when experiencing menstruation for the first time. They state that Puberty is an unpleasant experience. They do not understand that it is a physiological process. In conditions like this, the role of the mother is needed in helping adolescents identify Puberty. 62% of young women stated that their mother was their main source of knowledge about reproductive health. This study aimed to discover children's curiosity about Puberty and mothers' concerns in providing communication about Puberty. The method used is descriptive. The research respondents were mothers with daughters aged 9-10 years, with a total sample of 43 people. The study found that as many as 62.8% of girls had asked their mothers about Puberty or the body changes they were experiencing. Mother is the closest person for young women. However, 46.5% of mothers still feel worried about conveying or providing education about Puberty to young women. Mothers' worries can also be caused by communication barriers in discussions with their children, prevailing norms, the existence of several myths, and feelings of insecurity or embarrassment.

Abstract

Abstract: Analysis of Elementary School Teacher Skills in Applying Learning Variations. This study aims to determine the skills of primary school teachers in applying variations of learning. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted in Purwosari Elementary School. The subjects used in this study were 5th grade teachers. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis techniques using interactive model data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are Purwosari elementary school teachers have implemented a variety of learning in accordance with the planned implementation of learning.Keywords: Teacher Skills, Learning VariationsAbstrak: Analisis Keterampilan Guru Sekolah Dasar dalam Menerapkan Variasi Pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan keterampilan guru SD dalam menerapkan variasi pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif.. Tempat dilaknakan penelitian yaitu di Sekolah dasar Purwosari.  Subyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru kelas 5. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis data model interaktif yaitu berupa reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu guru SDN Purwosari  sudah menerapkan variasi belajar yang sesuai dengan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang telah disusun.Kata Kunci : Keterampilan Guru, Variasi Pembelajaran

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in interest and writing skill of explanation text using mind mapping method in students of Nusawungu State Vocational School. Data sources in this study included: learning events, informants, and documents. Data collection technique through: observation, interviews, tests, and document analysis. Validity test of the data used  triangulation techniques and data source methods. Data analysis techniques used in this study were comparative descriptive techniques and critical analysis. The use of mind maping method was proven to increase students' interest in learning to write explanatory texts. The percentage of students' interest in pre-cycle was 52.94%, cycle I was 67.64%, and cycle II was 88.24%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the use of mind mapping methods can improve the process and learning outcomes of students in writing explanatio texts.Keywords : Mind Mapping Method, Learning, Explanatory Text.Abstrak: Penggunaan Metode Mind Mapping Dalam Pembelajaran Menulis Teks Eksplanasi. Penelitian  ini merupakan  penelitian  tindakan  kelas  yang  dilaksanakan  dalam dua siklus.  Subjek penelitian adalah siswa dan guru bahasa Indonesia kelas XI SMK Negeri Nusawungu. Teknik  analisis  data  yang  digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik deskriptif komparatif dan analisis kritis. Persentase minat siswa pada prasiklus sebesar 52,94%, siklus I sebesar 67,64%, dan siklus II sebesar 88,24%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode mind mapping dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil pembelajaran menulis teks eksplanasi siswa. Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in interest and writing skill of explanation text using mind mapping method in students of Nusawungu State Vocational School. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Research subjects were students and teacher of Indonesian language class at grade  XI. Data sources in this study included: learning events, informants, and documents. Data collection technique through: observation, interviews, tests, and document analysis. Validity test of the data used  triangulation techniques and data source methods. Data analysis techniques used in this study were comparative descriptive techniques and critical analysis. The use of mind maping method was proven to increase students' interest in learning to write explanatory texts. The percentage of students' interest in pre-cycle was 52.94%, cycle I was 67.64%, and cycle II was 88.24%. The use of mind mapping method has also succeeded in improving writing skill of explanation text. This can be seen from the average score obtained by students. In pre-cycle, the average score of students is only 65.79. In cycle I it became 74. In cycle II, the average score of students became 79.79. Based on these results it can be concluded that the use of mind mapping methods can improve the process and learning outcomes of students in writing explanatio texts. Keywords : Mind Mapping Method, Learning, Explanatory Text.Abstrak : Tujuan  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk mengetahui peningkatan  minat dan keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi menggunakan metode mind mapping pada  siswa  kelas  XI SMK Negeri Nusawungu. Penggunaan metode mind maping terbukti  dapat  meningkatkan minat siswa dalam pembelajaran menulis teks eksplanasi.  Persentase minat siswa pada prasiklus sebesar 52,94%, siklus I sebesar 67,64%, dan siklus II sebesar 88,24%. Penggunaan metode mind mapping juga berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa. Pada prasiklus, nilai rata-rata siswa hanya 65,79. Pada siklus I menjadi 74. Pada siklus II, nilai rata-rata siswa menjadi 79,79. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode mind mapping dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil pembelajaran menulis teks eksplanasi siswa.Kata kunci: Metode Mind Mapping, Pembelajaran, Teks Eksplanasi.
