Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the Husein Sastranegara International Airport Noise Area in Bandung with the Weighted Equivalent Continuous Perceived Noise Level (WECPNL) method. There are 12 measurement points determined based on the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) at a distance of 650 m parallel to the runway, and 1000 m, 2000 m, 3000 m and 4000 m from the end of the runway. Noise intensity measurements using the Environment Meter CEM DT-8820, tripod and GPS. Data analysis was done in the study using the Weighted Equivalent Continuous Perceived Noise Level (WECPNL) method. Based on Government Regulation No. 40 of 2012 concerning the Development of Environmental Conservation in the Airport it is known that the location in the Noise Zone Level 1 is 70 £ WECPNL < 75, the Noise Zone Level 2 is 75 £ WECPNL < 80 and the Noise Zone Level 3 is WECPNL ³ 80. In the Noise Zone Level 3 there are school buildings, offices, parks and residential areas. At Noise Level 1 there are school buildings, parks and residential areas. The results of the study concluded that the highest WECPNL index value is on the runway 650 m WECPNL index value of 72,6, 1000 m distance of WECPNL index value of 68,7, 2000 m distance of WECPNL index value of 66,7, distance of 3000 m value the WECPNL index is 66,5 and the distance of 4000 m the value of the WECPNL index is 66,6. The WECPNL index results at Bandung Husein Sastranegara International Airport have a Level 3 Noise Zone and a Noise Level 1 Area which have school buildings and settlements that should not be all owed. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the concept of sound suppression in the form of planting trees and usage of building materials.

Abstract

Telepon seluler merupakan teknologi komunikasi yang paling berkembang saat ini. Banyaknya fasilitas yang diberikan salah satunya adalah untuk mengakses lokasi pariwisata yang berada disekitar pengguna. Didasarkan pada masalah tersebut maka perlu kiranya dirancang suatu sistem yang memudahkan penelusuran lokasi wisata dengan memanfaatkan teknologi telepon seluler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran secara umum tentang penggunaan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language dalam menunjang pembuatan sistem aplikasi pariwisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan deskriptif dimana dengan mengamati obyek penelitian secara langsung dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan toeri dan konsep baru pada obyek yang diamati dalam penelitian, dengan demikian data yang diperoleh dapat menguji hasil data yang diteliti sebagai sandaran untuk mengambil sebuah keputusan. Pemodelan UML penelitian ini menggunakan class diagram, use case diagram, sequence diagram dan activity diagram, yang mana bisa membantu urutan dalam membuat aplikasi. Karena metode yang digunakan masih terbatas diharapkan ada beberapa tahapan diagram lainnya agar kedapannya bisa ditambahkan agar metode bisa lebih jelas dan sempurna. Hasil dari penelitian Sistem Aplikasi Pariwisata (SiAP) ini mampu mempermudah pengguna dan menampilkan informasi tempat wisata, serta sarana prasarana pendukung baik itu hotel dan kuliner juga lokasi pengguana berada dan tujuan wisata dalam bentuk peta wisata yang dinamis. Penggunaan metode black-box test menggambarkan bahwa fungsi aplikasi yang dibuat 100% berhasil

Abstract

Currently, many tourist villages are emerging which are included in edutourism with a variety of tourism potential within them. It is known as an edutourism-based Creative Tourism Village because most of the tourist attraction concepts in Kerkep fall into the creative category and can add to the education of tourists, especially the tourist attraction icon of the Kerkep Creative Tourism Village, namely the Sumber Sirah water tourism. The purpose of this service is because this village is a village that has great potential in developing edutourism. For this reason, a marketing process is needed to carry out promotions that have not been fully used by partners because of the technological tools that need to be understood. This community service activity uses a presentation method, implementation method with direct visits, and discussion forums through assistance regarding digital marketing via social media. Implementation of service consists of planning, implementation and evaluation stages. The results of the service presented material by the service team about what marketing is. After the material has been presented, the participants can try to practice it accompanied by the staff. The implementation of the service carried out at the partner's location went well because the participants easily understood the marketing material without significant obstacles, thus this learning method can be utilized and can be used as an alternative to other marketing methods

Abstract

This study aims to examine consumer decision-making regarding marketing techniques in higher education institutions in the digital era. As technology advances and competition among universities intensifies, it is crucial for educational institutions to understand the factors influencing prospective students' decisions in choosing a university. The research employs a quantitative approach through surveys involving prospective students from various universities, as well as interviews with education marketing professionals. The findings reveal that the use of social media, personalized digital marketing, and alumni testimonials have a significant impact on influencing prospective students' decisions. This study provides new insights into the importance of adaptive, data-driven marketing strategies for attracting prospective students in the digital age. The significance of this research lies in its ability to offer guidance to higher education institutions in designing more effective and relevant marketing techniques that meet the needs of today's consumers.
