Abstract

This research tries to analyze about effect of competition and incentive on employee performance. The object of research at PT. Pundi Masberjaya. The population in this study were employees of PT. Pundi Masberjaya, totaling 51 people. The sampling method of this study used saturated sampling. So, the sample in this study was 51 people. The method of data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression using partial test (t). The results show that competition and incentive have positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pundi Masberjaya.

Abstract

This paperwork was done to get accurate information about the basics of public health services during a pandemic, from innovative leadership efforts to optimizing public services under challenging times. Our data were obtained from various health information sources published from 2010 to 2001. After that, we carried out various data coding studies, evaluating interpretations and drawing valid conclusions that we were able to answer the questions correctly. Based on the study and discussion of these findings, we can state that the Government must build innovative and optimal leadership when the community needs more prime and core public services. Thus, we believe that this study has answered the core problem. We sought the literature using electronic to several international publications that discussed this sues. Finally, after discussing the result, we can draw our finding is that the Government, through the Department of Health, has put strong leadership over the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Pelayanan kefarmasian yang diterapkan pada fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama masih sering dijumpai ketidaksesuaian dengan standar yang terdapat dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 74 Tahun 2016 Tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian penerapan pelayanan kefarmasian di puskesmas Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Selatan berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 74 Tahun 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif.  Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner pada 4 (Empat) puskesmas di Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Selatan yang terdiri dari puskesmas Momalia, puskesmas Milangodaa, puskesmas Duminanga dan puskesmas Pinolosian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan persentase kesesuaian penerapan Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Selatan sebesar 75,11% dan dikategorikan dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

The storage of medicines and good health supplies aims to maintain the quality of medicines, avoid irresponsible use, maintain the continuity of supplies and facilitate the search and control. The purpose of this study is to see the picture of drug storage and determine indicators of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that affect drug storage in the warehouse of the pharmaceutical installation of Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Hospital. This research is a qualitative research conducted with a Single Variable Analytical Descriptive Method. The results showed that the picture of drug storage at BolaangMongondow Selatan Hospital has not fully met the requirements according to drug storage standards in the Minister of Health Regulation no. 72 of 2016 with the value per Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Hospital not fully meeting the storage standards according to Permenkes no. 72 of 2016 because it shows a percentage of < 100%. Where the results of the analysis of the suitability of drug storage conditions (73.68%) and fulfillment of drug storage procedures (72.92%) while logistics management is fairly goodwith the percentage of drug suitability between the stock card and the system 100% and the discovery of expired drugs during the 2022 period. The results of the identification of internal factors include advantages, namely a good pharmaceutical supply structuring system, adequate information system facilities, warehouse heads coming from pharmaceutical personnel, good logistics management cycles, the weakness is that there are frequent power outages, warehouse locations that are not separated from pharmaceutical installations, facilities and infrastructure that are still lacking. The opportunities that have are the development of a good Management Information System while threats, distributor regulations, demand for goods or drugs at night, the location of warehouses that are not separated from pharmaceutical installations allow the risk of losing drugs to be even greater.  Keywords: Drug Storage, Pharmacy Warehouse

Abstract

Medication error was a disadvantageous activity for patients that in fact could be prevented. This study aimed to know the medication error that occured and find out the percentage of the error in prescribing, transcribing, and dispensing phases at Pharmacy Installation at Sanana Regional General Hospital. This research was observational research approach in which data was compiled prospectively. 369 prescription sheets were recorded at the dispensary of Pharmacy Installation in Sanana Regional General Hospital from March to May 2022. Study findings indicated that the occurrence of medication error in prescribing phase included; no medicinal form at 61.79%, no gender at 34.15%, and no dosage of medicinal form at 6.78%. In transcribing phase, medication error involved; misreading drug names at 4.61%, and misreading the dosage at 1.90%. In dispensing phase, existing medication error included; insufficient drugs at 1.90%. Based on the findings, it could be concluded that medication error occurred in prescribing, transcribing, and dispensing at Sanana Regional General Hospital.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPharmaceutical services at the Public Health Center are  part of the implementation of health efforts for the community and cant be separeted. The purpose of the reaserch is to evaluate pharmaceutical services at the Tomohon Public Health Center based in Indonesia Minister of Health regulation number 74 / 2016. Using the type of descriptive research with a prospective and retrospective approach. This research is taken from all population at Public Health Centers in Tomohon City, and  the sample of  this research is from Public Health Center in Tomohon City which has inpatient facility. Retrieval of data are through  interviews, direct observation, and questionnaire. Based on the research results, the percentage of standard pharmaceutical services at Public Health Center is 82,12%. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan prospektif dan retrospektif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh Puskesmas di Kota Tomohon dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Puskesmas di Kota Tomohon yang memiliki rawat inap. Pengambilan data melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi langsung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hasil persentase Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas Kota Tomohon yaitu 82,12%. Abstract

ABSTRACTThere were still errors in the used of vitamins.  While as was known vitamins were not products that were completely safe for everyone.  Liked drugs, vitamins with active ingredients provided pharmacological effects that could also caused side effects in susceptible individuals, so more warning about side effects and potential interactions was needed to avoided serious health problems. The aim of this study was to analyze the correlation between knowledge and patients behavior who consume vitamins at the Touluaan Health Center and Posumaen Health Center. The type of the study was a descriptive analytic research with a cross-sectional design, totaling as many as 100 samples including all outpatients who received vitamin prescriptions at non-inpatient health centers in Southeast Minahasa Regency, including 58 patients at the Touluaan Health Center and 42 patients at the Posumaen Health Center. Questionnaires and interviews were employed to collect data, which was then analyzed using a computerized statistical program with the Spearman test. The results of this study showed that the level of knowledge of the respondent's vitamin medicinal product was 48% in a good category, 49% in enough category, and 3% in a less category. Furthermore, at the behavior level of respondents using vitamin medicinal products were 58% in a good category, 37% in enough category, and 5% in a less category. The Spearman test resulted in a significant value of 0.016, a correlation coefficient of 0.240, and a positive (+) correlation direction. The conclusion indicated that there was no correlation between knowledge and the use of vitamins in outpatients at the Touluaan Health Center and Posumaen Health Center.Keywords: Knowledge, Behavior, Patient, Vitamins, Health Center.ABSTRAKMasih didapatkan kesalahan dalam penggunaan vitamin. Sedangkan seperti yang diketahui vitamin bukanlah produk yang benar-benar aman untuk semua orang. Seperti obat, vitamin dengan bahan aktif memberikan efek farmakologi yang juga dapat menyebabkan efek samping pada individu yang rentan, sehingga perlu peringatan lebih akan efek samping dan potensi interaksi untuk menghindari masalah kesehatan yang serius. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku pasien pengguna vitamin di Puskesmas Touluaan dan Puskesmas Posumaen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik, menggunakan desain cross sectional, sebanyak 100 sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pasien rawat jalan yang menerima resep vitamin di Puskesmas non rawat inap Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara, 58 orang di Puskesmas Touluaan, 42 orang di Puskesmas Touluaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, analisa data dilakukan menggunakan program statistik komputerisasi dengan uji Spearman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan produk obat vitamin responden yaitu kategori baik 48%, cukup 49% dan kurang 3%. Pada tingkat perilaku penggunaan produk obat vitamin responden yaitu kategori baik 58%, cukup 37% dan kurang 5%. Hasil uji spearman didapatkan nilai signifikan 0,016, nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,240, dan arah korelasi yaitu positif (+). Kesimpulannya yaitu tidak adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dan penggunaan vitamin  pada pasien rawat jalan di Puskesmas Touluaan dan Puskesmas Posumaen.Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Perilaku, Pasien, Vitamin, Puskesmas.

Abstract

ABSTRACTOne of the services at the hospital that is expected to meet the minimum service standards is pharmacy services. Minimum service standards in hospitals regarding pharmacy are divided into several criteria, one of which is the waiting time for prescription services. The purpose of this study was to determine the length of time waiting for outpatient prescription services for non-concocted drugs and concocted drugs at the Tagulandang Hospital Pharmacy Installation. This research is a descriptive non-experimental research using quantitative data. Prospective data collection on the waiting time data for outpatient BPJS prescription services. Quantitative data were obtained from direct observation during the implementation of prescription services with research instruments using stopwatch, writing instruments, camera, and data collection sheets with a sample of 124 prescriptions for outpatient BPJS patients. The data that has been obtained are then analyzed using the formula mean (average value). The results showed that the average non-concocted prescription service was 2.9 minutes and the average prescription service for non-concocted drugs was 19 minutes. The conclusion is that the Tagulandang Hospital Pharmacy Installation has met the Minimum Service Standards in Hospitals listed in the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 129/2008. Keywords: Waiting Time, Prescription Services, Pharmacy Installation.ABSTRAKSalah satu pelayanan di Rumah Sakit yang diharapkan memenuhi Standar Pelayanan Minimal yaitu pelayanan farmasi. Standar Pelayanan Minimal di Rumah Sakit yang menyangkut kefarmasian terbagi dalam beberapa kriteria salah satunya waktu tunggu pelayanan resep. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk untuk mengetahui lama waktu tunggu pelayanan resep obat non racikan dan obat racikan pasien rawat jalan di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Tagulandang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non eksperimental bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif. Pengambilan data secara prospektif pada data waktu tunggu pelayanan resep pasien BPJS rawat jalan. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari pengamatan langsung saat pelaksanaan pelayanan resep dengan instrumen penelitian menggunakan stopwatch, alat tulis menulis, kamera serta lembar pengumpul data dengan sampel sebanyak 124 resep pasien BPJS rawat jalan. Data yang telah diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus mean (nilai rata-rata). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata untuk pelayanan resep obat non racikan 2,9 menit dan rata-rata pelayanan resep obat racikan 19 menit. Kesimpulannya bahwa Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Tagulandang sudah memenuhi Standar Pelayanan Minimal di Rumah Sakit yang tercantum dalam Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia No.129 Tahun 2008.Kata Kunci: Waktu Tunggu, Pelayanan Resep, Instalasi Farmasi.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPharmaceutical Service Standards in Pharmacies are enforced to ensure the quality of pharmaceutical services. Pharmaceutical services also aim to protect patients and the public from irrational use of drugs in the context of patient safety. The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of the application of pharmaceutical service standards at pharmacies in Kotamobagu City with Minister of Health Regulation No. 73 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in pharmacies. This type of research is descriptive research. Data collected by direct observation and accompanied by filling out questionnaires. The data obtained in the form of management and service data that were scored were then classified into three categories, namely Good, Enough and Less. The results showed that in the aspect of managing resources, facilities and infrastructure 2 pharmacies are in the good category, in managing supplies there were 7  pharmacies in the good category. In the aspect of service implementation, 6 pharmacies are in the good category. The conclusion is that pharmacies in Kotamobagu City have performed good pharmaceutical services in accordance with the Pharmacy Service Standards at the Pharmacy. Keywords: Pharmaceutical Service Standards In Pharmacies, Pharmacist, Kota Kotamobagu  ABSTRAKStandar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek di berlakukan untuk menjamin mutu pelayanan kefarmasian. Pelayanan kefarmasian juga bertujuan untuk melindungi pasien dan masyarakat dari penggunaan Obat yang tidak rasional dalam rangka keselamatan pasien (patient safety). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian penerapan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek di kota kotamobagu  dengan Permenkes No.73 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di apotek. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung dan disertai dengan pengisian kuisioner. Data yang diperoleh berupa data pengelolaan dan pelayanan yang di lakukan skoring kemudian digolongkan menjadi tiga kategori yaitu Baik, Cukup dan Kurang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada aspek pengelolaan sumber daya dan  fasilitas sarana dan prasarana terdapat 2 apotek yang masuk dalam kategori baik, pada pengelolaan perbekalan terdapat 7 apotek dalam kategori baik. Pada aspek pelaksanaan pelayanan 6 apotek masuk dalam kategori baik. Kesimpulannya yaitu apotek-apotek di Kota Kotamobagu sudah melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian dengan baik sesuai dengan Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek. Kata Kunci: Apotek, Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek, Kota Kotambagu

Abstract

ABSTRACTSchizophrenia is a chronic mental illness with presentations of auditory and delusional (persistent false beliefs) to the impaired function of a chronic it is associated with social and financial burdens, not only for paitents but also for extended families and communities. This Study aims to analyze the cost minimization of using antipsychotics in schizophrenia therapy in  Prof. Dr. V. L. Ratumbuysang Mental Hospital in 2019. This research is observational with retrospective retrieval data. The sample obtained by using quota sampling amounted to 65 medical records. The data obtained are Cost Minimization Analysis to find out the most minimal treatment cost among risperidon 2mg and haloperidol 5mg drugs. The results showed that the average total cost of risperidon 2mg with treatment duration for 42 days and 40 days was Rp. 7.783.496,00/patient and Rp. 7.294.567,00/patient. The average total cost of haloperidol 5mg with duration of treatment for 42 days and 40 days was 7.931.505,00/patient and Rp. 7.234.919,00/patient. The minimal cost antipsychotic therapy in schizophrenia is haloperidol with a duration of 40 days of treatment. Keywords: Cost Minimization Analysis, Schizophrenia, Risperidon, Haloperidol. ABSTRAKSkizofrenia merupakan penyakit mental yang kronis dengan presentasi yang bervariasi seperti halusinasi pendengaran (auditorik) dan delusi (keyakinan palsu yang tetap) hingga kerusakan fungsi psikososial. Sebagai penyakit kronis hal ini terkait dengan beban sosial dan keuangan, tidak hanya untuk pasien tetapi juga untuk keluarga dan masyarakat yang lebih luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis minimalisasi biaya penggunaan antipsikotik pada terapi skizofrenia di RSJ. Prof. Dr. V. L. Ratumbuysang pada tahun 2019. Penelitian ini bersifat observasional dengan pengambilan data secara retrospektif. Sampel diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode kuota sampling berjumlah 65 rekam medis. Data yang diperoleh dilakukan analisis minimalisasi biaya untuk mengetahui biaya pengobatan yang paling minimal dari segi biaya antara risperidon 2mg dan haloperidol 5mg. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya total rata-rata antipsikotik risperidon 2mg dengan lama pengobatan selama 42 hari dan 40 hari adalah Rp. 7.783.496,00/pasien dan Rp. 7.294.567,00/pasien. Biaya total rata-rata antipsikotik haloperidol 5mg dengan lama pengobatan selama 42 hari dan 40 hari adalah Rp. 7.931.505,00/pasien dan Rp. 7.234.919,00/pasien. Antipsikotik yang memiliki biaya paling minimal pada terapi skizofrenia adalah haloperidol dengan lama pengobatan selama 40 hari. Kata Kunci: Analisis Minimalisasi Biaya, Skizofrenia, Risperidon, Haloperidol.
