Abstract

This type of research is quantitative, and the place of this research is the Department of Transportation of Labuhanbatu Regency. Data collection techniques used in the study were observation, documentation and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The population in this study were 84 employees of the Labuhanbatu Regency Transportation Service. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Since the number of employees of the Labuhanbatu Regency Transportation Service is 84 people (less than 100 people), all employees are taken as objects of research. The value of Fcount is 30.993> Ftable 2.72 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. From these results, it can be concluded that Emotional Intelligence (X1), Intellectual Intelligence (X2), and Quality of Work Life (X3) simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The value of R Square from the analysis of the coefficient of determination of 0.538 means that Employee Performance (Y) can be explained by the variables of Emotional Intelligence (X1), Intellectual Intelligence (X2), and Quality of Work Life (X3) of 53.8%, while the remaining 46.2 % can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of price, promotion and product quality on consumer satisfaction. The design of this research is hypothesis testing using primary data obtained by distributing 100 questionnaires to consumers of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Quality Rantauprapat, with the measuring scale used is the Likert scale. In this study, the data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression analysis technique of quantitative data using the (SPSS) method. The results of this study conclude that partially and simultaneously there is a positive effect but not all significant between the effect of price, promotion and product quality on consumer satisfaction of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Quality Rantauprapat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the physical work environment, work discipline and communicationon the performance of employees at the Office of Investment and One Stop Services in Labuhanbatu Regency. The population in this study were 50 people. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, so the sample size in this study was 50 people. The data collection method used a questionnaire/questionnaire. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 1.411 + 0.700X1 + 0.251X2 + 0.477X3. In the partial test (t test) the regression coefficient of the physical work environment variable (X1) obtained a t value of 3.273 > t table 2.012 which means that the physical work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable with a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05. The regression coefficient of the work discipline variable (X2) obtained the t value of 2.120 > t table 2, 012 which means that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable with a significant value of 0.039 <0.05. The communication variable regression coefficient (X3) obtained the t-count value of 2.132 > t-table 2.012, which means that the communication variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable with a significant value of 0.038 <0.05. The results of the F test obtained the Fcount value of 31,629 > Ftable 2.81 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that the variables of the physical work environment, work discipline and communication simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui betapa pentingnya kohesivitas yang dimiliki oleh anggota yang ada kelompok, sekaligus mengetahui bagaimana cara membangun kohesivitas dalam kelompok khususnya di Forkomkasi Jabar. Diketahui bahwa setiap anggota di dalamnya berusaha untuk dapat menjaga hubungannya dengan anggota lain yang berasal dari kampus yang berbeda. Sesuai dengan tujuan yang dimiliki oleh kelompok Forkomkasi Jabar yaitu terjalinnya hubungan baik antara seluruh mahasiswa jurusan Kesejahteraan Sosial yang ada di Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara dalam mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa betapa pentingnya tingkat kohesivitas yang dimiliki oleh setiap kelompok. Kohesi kelompok mengacu pada sejauh mana anggota kelompok berhubungan satu sama lain dan merasa menjadi bagian dari kelompoknya. Kelompok dengan kohesi yang  tinggi akan menarik setiap anggota kelompok untuk dapat berkumpul. Sedangkan kelompok dengan tingkat kohesi yang rendah tidak akan dapat menarik satu sama lain. Dengan demikian, tingkat kohesivitas dapat mempengaruhi kinerja setiap anggota dalam kelompok. Pengurus dari Forkomkasi Jabar pun berpendapat bahwa penting bagi mereka untuk meningkatkan kohesivitas kelompok agar masing-masing dari mereka dapat memberikan kinerja sebaik mungkin dan tentunya secara maksimal.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan e-commerce di Indonesia sangat pesat begitu pula dengan pertumbuhan internet. Perubahan pola hidup masyarakat untuk beralih berbelanja online dalam pembelian implusif yang memiliki kecenderungan konsumtif dalam berbelanja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat motivasi dan prilaku belanja online terhadap pembelian impulsif. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antar variabel penelitian melalui pengujian hipotesis. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dan metode purposive sampling. Ukuran sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 responden dengan ketentuan pernah berbelanja menggunakan aplikasi online shop. Analisis data menggunakan Partical Least Square (PLS) dan dibantu oleh software SmartPLS 4.0. Berdasarkan dari hasil pengujian terhadap hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) variabel motivasi konsumen memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif, (2) variabel prilaku masyarakat memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif, dan (3) variabel motivasi konsumen dan prilaku masyarakat memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif pada masayarakat pesisir Kabupaten Labuhanbatu.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and work engagement on employee performance Department of Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism, Labuhanbatu Regency. The population in this study was 70 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The sample size in this study was 70 people. The data collection method uses questionnaires. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 3.457 + 0.356X1 + 0.372X2 + 0.253X3. In the partial test (t test) the regression coefficient of the emotional intelligence variable (X1) obtained a calculated t value of 2.473 > t table 1.996 which means that the variable emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables with a significant value of 0.016 < 0.05. The regression coefficient for the job satisfaction variable (X2) obtained a calculated t value of 3.161 > t table 1.996, which means that the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable with a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05. The regression coefficient for the work engagement variable (X3) obtained a calculated t value of 2.480 > t table 1.996, which means that the work engagement variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable with a significant value of 0.016 < 0.05. The results of the F test obtained Fcount value of 32.244 > Ftable 2.74 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that emotional intelligence, Job satisfaction, and work engagement simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination test results show that the variables of emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and work engagement have as much influence as 59.4% on employee performance variables, while the remaining 40.6% is influenced by other variables outside this research.

Abstract

Salah satunya adalah membuat mie dari tepung non terigu tersebut. Alasannya sederhana, karena meski bukan merupakan makanan khas Indonesia, mie sudah menjadi bagian dari santapan harian masyarakat kita. Melalui salah satunya, Departemen Pertanian dibawah naungan Dinas Ketahanan Pangan pemerintah melakukan serangkaian penelitian dan sosialisasi pemanfaatan tepung non-terigu. Namun sayangnya, tekstur dan warna mie yang dihasilkan tidak sebaik mie dari terigu.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the performance, promotion and service of RSPD 96.5 FM Radio on public satisfaction in conveying information. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample used was 100 people, namely loyal listeners of RSPD Radio 96.5 FM. The research results show that performance, promotion and service have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously. For the performance variable (X1), the value obtained was tcount (3.541) > ttable 1.661) and a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. This means that performance partially influences community satisfaction. For the promotion variable (X2), the value obtained is tcount (2.946) > ttable (1.661) and the significance level is 0.001 < 0.05. This means that promotion partially influences public satisfaction. For service (X3), the value obtained is tcount (4,722) > ttable (1.661) and the significance level is 0.000 < 0.05. This means that service partially influences community satisfaction. The coefficient of determination test results obtained a value of 0.725. This value means that public satisfaction can be explained by performance, promotion and service by 72.5%. Meanwhile, the remaining 27.5% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi, semangat kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai RSUD Rantauprapat. Jenis Penelitian Ini Adalah Penelitian Asosiatif. Pengumpulan Data Dalam Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan survey dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 82 responden, sedangkan populasi yang dijadikan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai RSUD Rantauprapat Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Alat analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkkan bahwa Kepemimpinan, motivasi, semangat kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai RSUD Rantauprapat.
