Abstract

Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) has been implemented nationally to meet the national standard of education. This school level based curriculum is to be developed on the basis of local needs and environmmental conditions without negelcting the content and competence standars decided at central level. Referring to the local needs and conditions, the implementation of KTSP curriculum can vary one school to the others. This article discusses how the schools utilize the available learning resources to support the implementation of KTSP curriculum. It is believed that the local learning resources could be integrated to KTSP curriculum as from planning, implementation and evaluation process of the instructions. Having discussed the possibilities of using local resources thorougly, the article offer some practical ideas how to do it.

Abstract

Educational technology as a discipline can be explained by theory and practice. Educational technology as a theory based with empiric evidence as result of research. Educational technology as a practice is a recipe use as an alternative solution for students learning problems Teacher can apply learning recipe to optimize students learning result. This application used to help professional competence regarding the Undang-Undang Guru dan Dosen No. 14 Tahun 2005. Some of the applications are students’ analysis, learning process and grading.

Abstract

This research was intended to find out what and how the independent learning competency of the students of State University of Jakarta. Data were collected by using questionnaires. The scope of study was limited to the students of School of Education, State University of Jakarta. Samples were chosen by using purposive sampling technique. Research findings show that: (1) based on independent learning method, all students of State University of Jakarta can implement independent learning, (2) based on the goals of independent learning the students are expected to have responsibility to themselves and the implementation of independent learning. Further, this research gives some suggestions such as: (1) university, especially School of Education should provide infrastructure, trainings, and compatible components; (2) the lectures should have appropriate knowledge and concept in independent learning; and (3) the students should practice constructivism and active learning as well as to learn without depending on other people.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the learning skills of the students at the Curriculum and Educational Technology Department. The study is classified as a descriptive inquiry applying survey technique. The data were collected using a set of questioner with five alternative choices: Always, Often, Sometimes, seldom, and never. Fifty out of 397 student were chosen as samples using incidental sampling technique. The data were analyze quantitavely using simple statistics technique. The result of the study indicates, the learning skills of the students categorized good with the average score of 74,29% covering routine learning activities and preparation for examination.

Abstract

Facilitating instruction and performance improvement in instruction technology become the objectives of instruction technology to solve learning problems faced by the students. This problem can solved and the objectives can be achieved if the technological resources integrated into the curriculum are used properly. How it is done is to be discussed in this article in detail. The teacher as a curriculum developer should possesses technological competence and knows to choose and use the technology integrated in instruction.

Abstract

Educational technology as applied science that changes the definition over time makes the study area and contribution of Educational Technology in the education system at Indonesia also changed. This study is to identify the implementation of Educational Technology areas that have been applied in school institutions at elementary school, so in the future undergraduate researchers can do further research. This study is a descriptive research and has a survey method. The purpose of this study is identifying the implementation of Educational Technology areas that have been applied in elementary school institutions consisting of the area of creating, using, managing and evaluation. This study conducted at SDN Tegal Alur 09 From August to October 2017. To collect the data, this study used a questionnaire sheet, an interview sheet, and documentation. The result of this study has two types data, first, in quantitave data all of Educational Technology areas have been applied in school institution, but only three areas, which get a very good score, meanwhile creating the area get a low score. Second, in descriptive analysis data, there are some indicators of creating the area that haven’t been applied yet, but on the other hand, some indicators in all of areas that have been applied still in the simple and restricted form. Based on the result, educational technology as the study and ethical practice to facilitate learning needs to be introduced closer to the school institutions, because school institution still doesn’t know the existence of educational technology and its areas. Abstract

The application of Character Education (PPK) is an education policy that aims to implement the values of religiosity, nationalism, independence, mutual cooperation, and integrity. To be implemented in learning, it is necessary to develop lesson plans that are integrated with those values. The aim of this study was to produce a prototype of thematic Lesson Plan (RPP) that is specific to students in grade 2 of elementary school. This study is a simplified educational Research & Development (R&D). This study was carried out from June to October 2019, which took place at SD Muhammadiyah 24 Jakarta Timur. Product validation was done by experts and small groups. The results of the study in general show that the quality of the prototype based on the validation by instructional design and material experts were 76% and 98%. Additionally, based on the small-scale trials the quality of the prototype was 90%. These results indicate that the prototype of the Thematic Lesson Plan (RPP) developed can be applied in the learning process of grade 2 elementary schools’ students so that it can have an accompanying impact that will produce character of religiosity, nationalism, independence, mutual cooperation and integrity in accordance with The application of Character Education (PPK). Further research is needed to perfectly develop the prototype.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a clear picture of the implementation of the “Effective Learning” workshop programs for parents at Yayasan Rangkul Keluarga Kita which was held in November 2016-January 2017 in South Jakarta. This research uses a descriptive method with a survey technique. Data collection techniques used were direct observation, document observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The result of this study is description obtained from the implementation of learning “Effective Learning” based on planning, implementation, and evaluation. In order for the learning process to work properly, facilitators involve learners to formulate workshop objectives.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan sebuah media cetak berupa Buku Panduan Mentor untuk Komunitas Duta Cilik Anti Rokok. Buku ini digunakan untuk memfasilitasi mentor dalam kegiatan edukasi. Pengembangan buku panduan ini, penulis menggunakan model pengembangan berorientasi produk yaitu model Rowntree yang melalui tiga tahapan utama yaitu perencanaan; persiapan penulisan; penulisan dan penyuntingan. Teknik evaluasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan evaluasi formatif yang dimodifikasi, yang terdiri dari uji coba ahli media dan ahli materi, uji coba satu-satu, uji coba kelompok kecil, dan uji coba lapangan. Hasil dari setiap tahap evaluasi sebagai berikut: ahli media 89,4, ahli materi 97,7, satu-satu 88, kelompok kecil 86,4, dan uji coba lapangan 83,1. Berdasarkan uji coba yang dilakukan maka disimpulkan bahwa buku panduan mentor memiliki kualitas yang baik. This development research produces a print media in the form of Mentor Guidebook for Komunitas Duta Cilik Anti Rokok. This guidebook is used to facilitate mentors in educational activities. The development of this guidebook, refers to a product-oriented learning model that is Rowntree model through three main stages of planning; preparation of writing; writing and editing. The evaluation techniques used a modified formative evaluation approach, which consisted experts review of media and material), one-to-one evaluation, small group evaluation, and field trials. The results of each evaluation stage are as follows: media expert 89,4, material expert 97,7. one to one 88, small group 86,4, and field trials 83,1. Based on experiments conducted it is concluded that the mentor guidesbook, has a good quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah Buku Panduan Analisis “Urinalisis” untuk Mahasiswa PKL DIII Analis Kesehatan di Laboratorium RSUD Budhi Asih. Tujuan dari pengembangan ini adalah untuk memberikan petunjuk bagi mahasiswa, guna membantu melaksanakan kegiatan pemeriksaan tahap analisis khususnya mengenai urinalisis. Pengembangan buku panduan ini, mengacu pada model pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada produk yaitu, model Rowntree. Model Rowntree memiliki tiga tahapan yaitu perencanaan, persiapan penulisan, serta penulisan dan penyuntingan. Hasil evaluasi, sebagai berikut: Expert Review dinyatakan baik, One-to-One dinyatakan baik, Small Group dinyatakan baik, Field Test menggunakan evaluasi hasil belajar dinyatakan baik, dan menggunakan penilaian kinerja dinyatakan baik. Berdasarkan hasil keseluruhan evaluasi yang telah di uji coba, bahwa buku panduan yang telah dikembangkan memiliki kualitas baik. Sehingga buku panduan dapat digunakan untuk memfasilitasi dalam membantu, mahasiswa dalam proses pemeriksaan urinalisis. This research resulted a Development of Analysis Guidebook "Urinalysis" for DIII fieldwork student Health Analyst at Laboratory of Budhi Asih Hospital. The purpose of the development, in assisting the examination activity of the analysis phase, especially urinalysis. The development of this guidebook, referring to a product oriented learning model that call, Model Rowntree. Model Rowntree has three stages planning, preparation of writing, and writing and editing. The results of evaluation, as follows: Expert Review declared good, One to One declared good, Small Group declared good, Field Test using evaluation of learning outcomes declared good, and using a performance assessment declared good. Based from the overall results of evaluations that have been tested, it’s that the guidebooks that have been developed has good quality. So guidebooks can be used to facilitate in helping student in the process of urinalysis.
