Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people. Of course the solution is not only to prepare strong macroeconomic fundamentals, an increased investment climate, but also the need for programs that encourage many entrepreneurial entrepreneurs in the real and non-formal sectors. This research also reveals about welfare in an Islamic perspective which is characterized by the achievement of welfare in accordance with maqaashid al sharia, as well as revealing about the characteristics of Muslim interpreneurship, namely having a strong vision, being creative, oriented to customer satisfaction, daring to take risks and having a social spirit. The writing method used is a qualitative approach method. While the method used is to analyze the concept and look for relevant reference sources, such as using journals, books, theses, articles, magazines and so on. The analysis used is in the form of a descriptive analysis that provides an explanation of the analysis and synchronizes it with the existing literature. The original of this research is that the welfare of the Indonesian economy requires the role of entrepreneurs who are able to manage natural resources into products with high added value. In order to produce the entrepreneurs above, Muslims need to learn the values ​​of entrepreneurship that have been taught by the Qur'an and Al-Hadith, namely the values ​​contained in Surah Quraish.

Abstract

Perumahan dengan konsep Islami berkembang sangat pesat, bahkan saat pandemi Covid 19. Tidak adanya konsep baku tentang perumahan Islami memunculkan berbagai macam model perumahan Islami. Tak jarang perumahan Islami hanya dimaknai sebagai perumahan dengan transaksi tanpa  riba. Padahal sebagai salah satu  bagian dari aktivitas ekonomi dan kebutuhan dasar seorang Muslim, pengembangan perumahan harus diarahkan untuk mencapai falah yang terangkum dalam terwjudnya Maqasid Syariah. Karena itu kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganilis perumahan Islami terbesar di kota Malang, De Prima, dengan menggunakan perspektif Maqasid Syariah. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif - konseptual, penelitian menemukan bahwa pada secara umum perumahan De Prima telah melakukan pengembangan perumahan Islami sesuai dengan maqasih syariah. Konsep Islam tidak hanya diaplikasikan dalam transaksi pembiayaan tanpa riba, melainkan juga pada seluruh proses  pengembangan perumahan. Selain itu kajian juga  menemukan bahwa penjagaan terhadap agama (hifdz-al-Din) terimplementasikan dengan baik. Sedangkan penjagaan terhadap jiwa / kehidupan (hifdz al-Nafs) tidak terealisasi dengan baik. Ini terlihat dari tidak adanya fasilitas kesehatan yang memadai, baik di dalam perumahan maupun diluar perumahan yang dapat dijangkau dengan cepat.

Abstract

Islamic perspective managerial leadership contains at least three basic elements of organization, leader and Jamaah. The leader takes the decision in consultation with the congregation. Jamaah dynamic in participation and action brings the process of Islamic leadership in a positive direction because it acts as an observer, cooperative with its leaders. provide their leaders with the necessary advice so as to contribute to decision making. They also warned against inappropriate actions, withdrawing their support if the leader deviates from the Islamic shari'a rules of the Koran, Hadith, Izma and Qias. Leaders and congregations are responsible to the organization to achieve worldly prosperity and eternal happiness with the ultimate goal of achieving the good pleasure of Allah (Swt) through the fulfillment of the rational goals of the organization (halal). The objectives of this study are: 1) To analyze the profile of institutional caregivers that have a significant effect on congregational participation; 2) Analyzing the leadership profile has a significant effect on congregational participation; 3) Analyzing congregational participation has a significant effect on the determination of organizational policy; 4) Analyzing the profile of institutional caregivers has a significant effect on the determination of organizational policy; 5) To analyze the leadership profile has a significant effect on the determination of organizational policy; 6) Analyzing the profile of institutional caregivers and leadership profiles have a significant effect on the determination of organizational policy through the mediating variable of congregational participation. This research is an explanatory research. The sample used was 91 people as respondents at the Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto Islamic Boarding School Jamaah, the respondents returned the questionnaire filling for 48 people, the way of data collection was a questionnaire. The statistical analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The calculation of the estimated value of the variables was carried out with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. From the results of the study it can be concluded as follows: 1) The profile of the institution's caretaker does not have a significant effect on congregational participation. 2) The leadership profile has a significant effect on congregational participation. 3) The profile of the institution's carer does not have a significant effect on the determination of organizational policy. 4) The leadership profile has no significant effect on the determination of organizational policy. 5) The participation of the congregation has no significant effect on determining organizational policy. 6) The profile of institutional caregivers and leadership profiles have a significant effect on the determination of organizational policy through the variable of congregational participation.

Abstract

Organizations need to encourage their employees to have high job performance in the hope of getting a lot of benefits for the organization, but not making employees feel disadvantaged. This condition is strongly influenced by the role of a leader in the organization, initiatives and employee development. The aims of this study are: 1) To determine and analyze the effect of effort on Moral of job. 2) To find out and analyze the effect of initiative on Moral of job. 3) To find out and analyze effort on job performance. 4) To find out and analyze the effect of initiative on job performance. 5) To find out and analyze the effect of Moral of job on job performance. 6) To find out and analyze effort on job performance with the mediating variable Moral of job. 7) To find out and analyze the effect of initiative on job performance with the mediating variable Moral of job. Based on considerations of time, effort, and funds, as well as the scope of the problem and the large number of subjects in a population of 336 people, this study uses the Slovin formula with a significance (p) (0.1) so that a sample of 79 people is determined. Where all members of the population are sampled, the data analysis tool uses the SmartPLS software version 3.3.7. From the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: 1) effort has a significant effect on Moral of job 2) Initiative has no effect on Moral of job 3) Effort has no effect on Job performance 4) Initiative has a significant effect on Job performance 5) Moral of job has no effect on Job performance 6) effort has an indirect effect on Job performance through Moral of job 7) Initiative has an indirect effect on Job performance through Moral of job.

Abstract

Cultural and religious values ​​have great potential in the development of halal tourism. Religious values ​​and local wisdom can play a role both in destination development and in tourist services. The city of Malang as one of the pilots of the halal tourism city project, can take advantage of Islamic values ​​and local wisdom that exists in the community to develop halal tourism. This article seeks to explore Islamic values ​​and local wisdom of the people of Malang City and their implementation in the development of halal tourism. This study proposes prophetic traits (shiddiq, amanah, tabligh, fathonah) as Islamic values ​​to be used in the development of halal tourism in Malang City. Meanwhile, diversity, progressiveness and egalitarianism are values ​​of local wisdom that support the development of Halal tourism in Malang City. The prophetic nature in the development of halal tourism in Malang is implemented, one of which is the commitment to meet the standard of the halal assurance system, Clean, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) certification, attention to environmental sustainability, community empowerment and the development of promotional innovations with information technology and social media. While the "arek" culture in Malang City with the characteristics of diversity, open to change, adaptable, egalitarian and progressive is implemented in the development of thematic villages and the active role of the community in the development of tourist destinations in Malang City.
