Abstract

This study Aimed to describe the Human Resources Development, Compensation,Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance Operator PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk.Sukorejo Pandaan, analyze the influence of Human Resources Development, Compensation,and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance Operator PT. HM SampoernaTbk. Sukorejo Pandaan, as well as identify and analyze between the variables of HumanResources Development, Compensation, and Organizational Commitment dominant influenceon employee performance Operator PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk. Sukorejo Pandaan. Thepopulation in this study were employees of the operator PT. HM. Sampoerna Tbk, SukorejoPandaan total 670 employees. The number of samples in this study were 250 respondents. Thesampling technique used in the study is simple random sampling assuming a homogeneouspopulation. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, F test and t test. Theanalysis showed that the development of human resources, compensation and organizationalcommitment influence on the performance of employees of PT. HM. Sampoerna Tbk SukorejoPandaan, which means that the development of human resources properly implemented,supported with adequate compensation, and high organizational committed employees canimprove employee performance. Development of human resources more dominant influencethan compensation and organizational commitment to employee performance PT. HM.Sampoerna Tbk Sukorejo Pandaan. This suggests that the main thing to consider to improvethe performance of employees of PT. HM. Abstract

Purpose- This research aims to examine the remuneration effect on performance using motivation as the mediating variable. Design/methodology/approach- The population of the research is all educational staff who work in one of public education institutions in Malang which have been applied remuneration system. Sample selection was conducted through a stratified random sampling technique. This study used a structured questionnaire to collect data and Pearson correlation and regression models were used to analyze data. Findings- The results showed that remuneration had a significant effect on motivation and employee performance, and there was a significant effect of motivation in mediating the remuneration effect on employee performance. This study recommends the need for more attention to motivation because of its essential role in improving employee performance Implication- The significant motivation role in improving employee performance is expected to be a concern for leaders to encourage employees in carrying out and completing their work rather than merely focused on remuneration itself. The goal is not only for individual purposes but also for the benefit of the organization. Limitation- This research uses a case study approach so that it only takes the perception of the remuneration implementation which occurs in one place. Future research should be able to expand sampling in order to generalize the results.

Abstract

This study aims to describe each variable, analyze the effect of product quality, price, and brand image of influence on the intention of purchasing decision of Madlyson product, and analyze the dominant variable affecting purchase decision at Aztekline store in Tulungagung. This study was processed using quantitative approach with survey method, sampling was 60 respondents. Data were collected through observation and documentation. Hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression analysis techniques, including multiple correlation coefficient, multiple determination coefficient and t test (partial) and F (simultaneous) test. Then, the data obtained will be analyzed using SPSS software version 16 (Statistics Package for Social Sciences). Analyzer used consisted of: Analysis of validity and reliability, Test of Classic Assumption, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroskidastity Test. The results of the analysis show that product quality, price, and brand image simultaneously affect the purchase decision of the product. Partially, all independent variables significantly affect purchasing decisions. The dominant variable is the brand image (56.8%). The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the independent variables studied can contribute to the dependent variable of 46.3% while the remaining 53.7% due to the contribution of outside research variables.

Abstract

During the decade of December 2000 to June 2002, banking industry in Indonesiaespecially private general banks had not been able to manage their resource in order to obtainmore profit from their business. The Indonesian Bank had involved in establishing provision ofexecution concerning with financial report, which would be reported to the Indonesian Bankand then it would be published. In such situation, it was important to examine factors whichmight cause the profit to be weakened. This journal consisted of result or research concerningwith the influence of CAMEL variables toward profit of the private national banks. Out offourteen CAMEL variables, there were seven CAMEL variables that had an influence onprofit of the private national banks. ROA variable had more dominant influence than other sixvariables and it proved that during the decade the banking world had been dying and ineffectivein its effort to obtain more profit because of Non performing Loan.

Abstract

This empirical study examined the influence of the auditor perspective on the supportive factors of blockchain technology adoption and the implication on auditory career survivability. The current research population consisted of all auditors in Indonesia, 6.034 individuals. The researchers used the Slovin formula to take 375 respondents. The researchers analyzed the obtained data with a validity test, reliability test, and path analysis. The results found the perception of the auditor about the positive and significant influencing factors toward the blockchain technology adoption and survivability of the auditor's career. Blockchain technology adoption could not moderate the survivability of an auditor's career. The current research novelty dealt with the examined variables, from the qualitative study. Then, the researchers developed the research into quantitative research to provide significant evidence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of information quality, system quality, and ease of transaction on QRIS user satisfaction in Batik Blimbing Malang MSMEs. The population of this research is consumers of Batik Blimning Malang City who use the QRIS (Quick Response Indonesian Standard) application. The sampling method used in this study was random sampling method, namely by using a simple random sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was 103. The model and data collection used a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study found that information quality did not significantly influence QRIS user satisfaction. Then, system quality and ease of transaction have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Ease of transaction is the most dominant variable affecting user satisfaction.

Abstract

Economic growth is a process of continuous change in the economic condition of a country towards a better situation over a certain period. An economy is said to experience a change in its development if the level of economic activity is higher than previously achieved. This study is used to analyze the effect of regional income on gross regional domestic product in East Java. The independent variables in this study are local revenue, revenue sharing funds, general allocation funds and special allocation funds, while the dependent variable in this study is gross regional domestic product. This type of research is explanatory research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that Regional Original Revenue (PAD) had a significant positive effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH) had a significant positive effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), General Allocation Fund (DAU) had a significant positive effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) while Special Allocation Fund (DAK) had no significant positive effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP).

Abstract

This study aims: (1)To describe the variables of work motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction and employee performance at the village office in the Kepanjen District area; (2)To determine and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction on employee performance at the village office in the Kepanjen District area; (3)To determine and analyze which of work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction has a dominant effect on employee performance at the village office in the Kepanjen District area. This research data uses primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires using Likert scale research instruments. The questionnaire was distributed using the census method to all employees of the village office in the Kepanjen District of Malang Regency with a sample of 36 respondents. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test and f test. The results of data analysis show that work motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, it was found that work motivation has the most dominant influence on employee performance compared to work discipline and job satisfaction variables

Abstract

Belanja online telah menjadi pilihan utama bagi banyak pelanggan di era digital yang semakin maju, menawarkan kenyamanan dan aksesibilitas yang belum pernah ada sebelumnya. Namun, bengan banyaknya pilihan, penting bagi pelaku bisnis untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian. studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, dan variasi produk terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli secara online di toko koleksi rahmasasa, ponorogo. Pelanggan Toko Koleksi Rahmasasa diberikan kuesioner untuk diisi sebagai bagian dari pendekatan penelitian analisis kuantitatif. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa tiga faktor kunci sangat mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen: harga, keragaman produk, dan kualitas. Telah ditetapkan bahwa, dari ketiga hal tersebut, penetapan harga memiliki pengaruh terbesar. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk menarik perhatian konsumen, metode pemasaran yang efektif harus mempertimbangkan harga yang kompetitif, menawarkan barang berkualitas tinggi, dan menawarkan variasi produk yang dapat diterima. studi ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pemilik bisnis dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan kesetiaan konsumen di era digital.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of technological awareness in predicting the academic ethics of accounting students during the digital transformation of higher education. Using a quantitative survey design, data are collected through questionnaires from accounting students at Battuta University who participate in digital learning. The analysis employs multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination, processed using SPSS. Results show that technological awareness significantly and positively influences students’ academic ethics. Students with higher technological awareness demonstrate a stronger understanding of academic integrity and are less prone to unethical behaviors such as plagiarism and dishonesty. The study concludes that integrating technological literacy into the accounting curriculum supports ethical behavior and strengthens academic conduct in the digital learning environment.
