Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pangsa pasar di bawah kendali mereka dalam meningkatkan potensi Koperasi Intako Sidoarjo dengan menggunakan perhitungan analisis pangsa pasar produk tas pada bulan Agustus 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari wawancara dengan informan pertama yaitu Ketua Koperasi Intako Sidoarjo dan kemudian dengan pesaing Intako untuk mengetahui total penjualan produk tas pada Agustus 2019. Analisis data adalah dengan menghitung total pangsa pasar Koperasi Intako Sidoarjo penjualan produk tas dengan total penjualan industri menggunakan unit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam perhitungan analisis pangsa pasar Koperasi Intako Sidoarjo diperoleh hasil perhitungan sebesar 24,42% dimana hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Koperasi Intako Sidoarjo memenangkan pangsa pasar yang sangat baik, yaitu data tentang akuisisi pangsa pasar yang telah dilakukan memberikan informasi bahwa dalam kategori tas kulit dan sintetis yang dijual dan dipasarkan diketahui Koperasi Intako Sidoarjo sebagai industri tas yang mendapatkan pangsa pasar terbesar dibandingkan dengan pesaingnya, yang mendapatkan tempat pertama. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Koperasi Intako Sidoarjo dapat meningkatkan potensinya dengan mempertahankan pangsa pasar yang telah dicapai dengan mempertahankan kualitas produk dan layanannya, dan memperluas pangsa pasar dengan melakukan lebih banyak promosi melalui media online untuk mencapai pangsa pasar yang lebih luas.Kata kunci: Bauran Pemasaran, Pangsa Pasar, Persaingan

Abstract

Each country has different characteristics regarding the organizational behavior of its executives; Japan, Sweden, America, Norway and other countries have different patterns of compensating CEOs. This article is intended to explain the relationship between financial performance (ROE and ROA) and non-financial variables (Family ownership and CEO Power) on CEO compensation. The sample used in this research is 41 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017 – 2019. The method used is quantitative with multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that ROE, Family Ownership, and CEO Power have a positive and significant effect on CEO Compensation, while ROA has a negative and significant effect on CEO Compensation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of family ownership, leverage, and net income on company profitability. By using a sample of 33 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis on SPSS v.16, the results show that only the net income variable has a significant effect on company profitability, while family ownership and leverage have no significant effect.

Abstract

This research is intended to examine the relationship between profitability, leverage and the size of the business (firmsize) on tax avoidance. The Sample used is 41 companies listed on the stock exchange in the period 2018-2019, sample determination using random sampling. The analysis tool used is linear regression multiple by using SPSS. Regression test results show that simultaneously profitability, leverage and business size (firmsize) influence significantly to tax avoidance, the test results also showed that these three variables have an effect of 35% on tax avoidance, meanwhile, partially profitability (NPM) has a negative influence and significant, leverage (DER) positive and insignificant effect, while firmsize has a negative and insignificant influence.

Abstract

The era of industrial revolution 4.0 drives the competition among companies to be more aggressive. Companies are competing to increase the valuation in order to draw investor’s attention. Based on that situation, a research is conducted aiming to examine whether or not liquidity, profitability, solvability, and dividend policy are influential toward the stock price in LQ45’s indexed company that is listed in Indonesian Stock Market (BEI). This research uses secondary data which is an annual report published in the official website of BEI. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method which collects 105 companies for the last 3 years. The secondary data is measured using the ratio of CR, ROA, DER, and DPR which is then processed with SmartPLS software and analyzed using multiple linear regression by utilizing t test and F test to seek result based on the problem formulation. Results show that the significance value of probability is 0.009 meaning that profitability influences positively and significantly towards the stock price in LQ45 list of BEI. Meanwhile, the significance value of liquidity is 0.634, solvability is 0.417, and the dividend policy is 0.757 which means that liquidity, solvability, and dividend policy do not influence the LQ45 stock price in Indonesian Stock Market (BEI).

Abstract

Implementing ethical behavior in daily activities is a moral act of a positive person. It is not merely applied for individual, but it can be used and applied to companies that needed to grow and survive consistently. Ethics in business create comfort not only for customers as consumer of the goods and services provided, but comfort is also felt by all parts of the workers involved in a company. Once all workers are comfortable at work, customers’ services will improve automatically as well. In a company that runs a business, customers are determinants whether a company is able to survive and continue to thrive in the midst of fierce business competition or not. For companies, customer service is an important point in the process of creating an impression to consumers or providing a close bond with consumers to be loyal to the products offered. This study was conducted in CV. Indonesia Mobile System where this company made a system of order behave the scope of the company which impacted on improving services to consumers and affects to all people who were using the company’s products. This study aimed to find out the success of CV. Indonesia Mobile System which has created a customer service ethics system and obtained the consumers’ and employee level of satisfaction in cooperate. Abstract

Program Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa (PKM) STIE Mahardhika berfokus pada pengembangan jus buah yang dikelola dan diinovasi secara modern. Artikel ini membahas mengenai pengembangan produk jus buah yang menyegarkan dan kaya nutrisi. Para mahasiswa ini menciptakan variasi jus yang menggabungkan rasa yang unik seperti campuran buah tropis dan superfood yang semakin diminati masyarakat terlebih lagi kalangan anak muda, dengan memanfaatkan bahan-bahan alami dan tren terkini. Lokakarya pembuatan jus mengajarkan siswa bagaimana memilih bahan-bahan berkualitas tinggi dan proses produksi yang efektif. Mereka juga mendapatkan pendampingan dalam membuat rencana bisnis yang sukses dan strategi pemasaran digital untuk menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan produk jus baru tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan siswa saja, tetapi juga membantu ekonomi lokal dengan menciptakan lapangan kerja dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya gaya hidup sehat. Diharapkan program ini dapat memberikan inspirasi bagi institusi lain untuk mendorong siswa menjadi wirausaha.
