Abstract

This study aims to find out the extension worker competencies of organic rice innovation, the level of diffusion of the innovation, and factors related to the diffusion in farmer society in Fajar Esuk Urban Village Pringsewu Subdistrict.  The location of this study was chosen purposively in Fajar Esuk Urban Village with 11 respondents.  Data of this research were collected in August 2017 with  a survey method.  The research used descriptive analysis and nonparametric statistic Rank Spearman correlation test.  The results of this research showed that the extension worker competencies on diffusion of organic rice cultivation innovation in farmer society is quite competent (middle class).  The level of diffusion innovation of organic rice cultivation is in a medium class.  Innovation characteristics variable (X2) has a significant correlation with diffusion of organic rice cultivation.  However, the extension worker competencies(X1), society support (X3) and farmer’s perception about organic rice cultivation (X4) have no significant correlation with diffusion organic rice cultivation innovation in farmer society.Key words :competence, cultivation, diffusion, innovation, organic rice

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of learning motivation and style in learning on learning outcomes. The type of research that will be carried out is using quantitative research methods with descriptive analysis. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale from one to five for 100 respondents with the criteria being students aged 18-22 years. The data analysis technique that will be used in this research is the Outer Model with calculations of Convergent Reliability, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Cronbach's Alpha and Inner Model with T statistics, R-Square and VIF calculations using SmartPLS 4 tools. The results of the research show that learning motivation influences learning achievement because of the accuracy factor in collecting assignments, this has high motivation. Learning style has no effect on learning achievement because it is caused by the very minimal study time that students spend. Apart from that, learning motivation and learning style together influence student learning achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyse the influence of social media on students' business interest at a young age. This study uses primary data, namely data obtained from surveys conducted through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Respondents in this study were 40 people. The results of the respondents' answers from the questionnaire were then tested using SPSS software, then the results showed that H0 was accepted, which means that there is an influence of social media on students' business interest at a young age. In more detail, social media has an effect of 75.7% on students' business interest at a young age.

Abstract

Pengelolaan pendidikan merupakan upaya untuk menerapkan kaidah-kaidah administrasi dalam bidang pendidikan. Pengelolaan itu sama dengan manajemen atau pengaturan, yang dimana jika pengelolaan pendidikan berarti hal yang mengatur pendidikan. Tujuan dari pengelolaan pendidikan itu sendiri ialah untuk dapat menggunakan waktunya seefisien mungkin, waktu yang digunakan untuk bekerja, mengerjakan pekerjaan rumah, istirahat dan mengerjakan jenis pekerjaan lainnya. Manfaat dari pengelolaan pendidikan ialah memudahkan kita dalam menggunakan waktu bekerja. Dalam pengamatan yang dilakukan pun, saat ini pengelolaan pendidikan diperlukan agar para tenaga pendidik dapat mengatur segala hal mengenai pendidikan. Jika tidak ada pengelolaan pendidikan, pendidikan di sekolah maupun di jenjang perguruan tinggi tidak akan berjalan dengan baik. Maka dari itu, pengetahuan mengenai pengelolaan pendidikan diperlukan bagi para tenaga pendidik.

Abstract

Intensitas Komunikasi adalah suatu hubungan komunikasi yang biasa dilakukan secara berulang dan bisa terjadi setiap hari. Intensitas komunikasi yang terjadi dirumah sangat dibutuhkan oleh anak dalam menciptakan suasana belajar bagi anaknya, orang tua merupakan penghubung bagi intensitas komunikasi anak. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yakni pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang dimana bertujuan untuk memberikan sebuah gambaran maupun penjelasan secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai hubungan yang terjadi antar fenomena yang sedang diteliti. Metode Penelitian Kualitatif merupakan sebuat metode penelitian yang dimana lebih menekankan pada analisis ataupun deskriptif. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan membuktikan bahwasanya penelitian ini menunjukkan intensitas komunikasi tiga anak yang memiliki nilai tertinggi di kelasnya mengalami intensitas komunikasi yang cukup terbuka bersama keluarganya. Hal Ini mengimplikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi intensitas komunikasi, semakin baik hasil belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the Accountability of performance in the tourism sector of the Youth, Sports, and Tourism Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency to achieve transparent and effective regional development targets. This study used the concept of accountability. The qualitative approach was used; data was collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis from June to July 2024, and the data was analysed using the NVivo 12 Plus application. The study results revealed that Disporapar had achieved most of the targets set in the 2023 Regional Apparatus Work Plan despite facing obstacles such as budget limitations and the quality of human resources. Priority programs such as improving human resource competence, developing tourist areas, and implementing various trainings have been successfully implemented and have a positive impact on increasing regional tourism attractiveness. Performance accountability assessments are based on five dimensions: legal and honesty, managerial, programmatic, policy, and financial. The findings show that program accountability is the most dominant dimension, with the success of most programs in achieving the set goals. Legal Accountability, honesty, and managerial Accountability also showed good performance, although there was room for improvement in financial reporting and transparency. In conclusion, the Accountability of the performance of the Sidenreng Rappang Regency Disporapar is quite good in achieving regional tourism development targets. However, improvements in several aspects are needed to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of program implementation and the fulfillment of accountability obligations to the public.

Abstract

This study investigated the effects of bungur leaves containing saponins, flavonoids and tannins on glucose and cholesterol levels in rat (Rattus norvegicus) test animals. Spectrophotometry results showed a significant decrease in glucose levels at different concentrations. SPSS analysis indicated that the data were normally distributed, and comparison of average glucose levels between treatment groups showed similar homogeneity. The significant value of bungur obtained was 0.014 < 0.05 from the ANOVA test, strengthening the conclusion that bungur leaves can contribute to glucose control which aims to increase the potential of active compounds contained in bungur samples in inhibiting blood glucose absorption.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas metode dakwah yang efektif untuk masyarakat marginal. Penelitian ini mengkaji pendekatan humanistik sebagai strategi utama dalam dakwah bagi kelompok masyarakat terpinggirkan, baik secara sosial, ekonomi, maupun politik. Metode dakwah bil-hal melalui kegiatan praktis keagamaan yang terintegrasi dengan aktivitas sosial-ekonomi terbukti lebih relevan untuk komunitas marginal. Penyediaan rumah singgah, sanggar belajar, distribusi ZIS berupa santunan dan beasiswa, serta pendidikan keterampilan kerja merupakan implementasi konkret dari pendekatan ini. Penelitian juga menunjukkan pentingnya dakwah sosial dalam bentuk advokasi untuk memperbaiki sistem yang memarginalkan dan membangun kesadaran masyarakat marginal akan hak-hak mereka. Dakwah pada komunitas marginal perlu memperhatikan karakteristik khas mereka yang meliputi keterbatasan akses terhadap kebijakan pembangunan, kondisi ekonomi di bawah garis kemiskinan, dan sikap anti-sosial sebagai akibat dari proses eksklusi sosial yang mereka alami.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at Erlin Beauty Gallery beauty salon, West Pasaman. In an era of increasingly tight competition in the service business, service quality is a key factor in maintaining customer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Samples were taken as many as 45 respondents using a simple random sampling technique. The research instrument was arranged based on five dimensions of, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the beauty salon at Erlin Beauty Gallery. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Erlin Beauty Gallery Beauty Salon with a significant value of 0.000 ≤0.05 and a t count value of 5.504≥ t table 2,017, it can be concluded that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Erlin Beauty Gallery beauty salons. Therefore, it is important for beauty salons to be able to improve the quality of service provided to customers so that customer satisfaction is met and they decide to undergo treatment at ErlinBeuty.
