Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of job stress on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods with SPSS software version 21. The sample used for data collection amounted to 44 employees using saturated sampling with all the parts in PT Rahayu Perdana Trans Branch Jakarta. The results showed that based on analysis of correlation coefficient test has a significant 2-tailed relationship of 0.746 this means that job stress and employee performance have a strong and direct positive relationship. The coefficient of determination has influence between work stress and employee performance with the result of contribution given equal to 55,7% and the rest influenced by other factor outside this research. And the regression equation shows that every addition of 1 unit of motivation, Y = -26,314 + 1,515X, then there will be addition of 1,515 unit at employee performance. Preferably, PT Rahayu Perdana Trans Branch Jakarta can maintain and motivate employees so that employee performance increases.

Abstract

Meningkatan hasil belajar akidah akhlak, pokok bahasan memahami sepuluh asmaul husna melalui model pembelajaran cooperative script pada peserta didik kelas VII-B Mts pkp Jakarta Islamic school. Pendidikan pada hakikatnya adalah perubahan pribadi manusia melalui interaksi edukatif meliputi perubahan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku. Dengan pendidikan diharapkan bangsa Indonesia maju menjadi bangsa yang berpotensi tinggi berdaya guna dan berhasil guna dalam menyongsong hari esok. Diharapkan pula menjadi bangsa yang berkualitas tinggi dan mempunyai sumber daya manusia yang tangguh. Kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pendidikan semakin kelihatan nyata. Dengan kesadaran ini, pemerintah dan masyarakat terutama bidang pendidikan mencurahkan sebagian besar tenaga, dana dan pikirannya untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Misalnya melakukan perubahan kurikulum, perubahan teknik pengajaran dan penyelenggaraan kerjasama antara lembaga pendidikan dan lembaga lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu Watchout di Giant Dept Store Bintaro. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel citra merek diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,401 dengan kriteria baik. Variabel keputusan pembelian diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,829 dengan kriteria baik. Citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 8,943 + 0,863X, dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,783 atau memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai determinasi 61,4%. Uji  hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Abstrak.  Jams Tour adalah sebuah biro jasa tour yang masih memproses pemesanan paket wisata bagi konsumen melalui telepon atau melalui kunjungan langsung ke perusahaan, memperkenalkan paket wisata melalui brosur kertas dan spanduk, dan mencatata kegiatan administrasi menggunakan media kertas. Dengan proses transaksi tradisional, terjadi kesalahan penjadwalan paket tour yang dipesan, kesulitan dalam temu kembali data sehingga berdampak pada meruginya perusahaan. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja manajemen prusahaan, dipandang perlu mengembangkan sistem transaksi pemesanan yang menggunakan teknologi komputer secara menyeluruh. Papert ini menyajikan rancangan sistem informasi tour berbasis web sebagai solusi yang lebih efektive dan efisien. Pengembangan sistem melalui beberapa tahapan yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, pembuatan model berbasis UML, pemrograman berbasis WEB yaitu PHP dan database MySql, serta Pengujian Black Box dan Alpha. Model sistem yang dikembangkan dapat mencegah kesalahan transaksi data pesanan, dapat memantau informasi pelanggan dan memudahkan untuk pencarian data juga promosi paket wisata yang baru. Kata kunci: Travel, Paket Wisata, Sistem Informasi Berbasis Web Abstract. Jams Tour is a tour service agency that still processes tour package bookings for consumers via telephone or direct visits to companies, introduces tour packages through paper brochures and banners, and records administrative activities using paper media. With the traditional transaction process, there was an error scheduling the tour package that was booked, difficulties in data retrieval, which resulted in losses for the company. To improve company management performance, it is deemed necessary to develop an order transaction system that uses computer technology as a whole. This Papert presents a web-based tour information system design as a more effective and efficient solution. System development in several stages including needs analysis, UML-based modeling, WEB-based programming, namely PHP and MySql databases, and Black Box and Alpha testing. The model system developed can prevent order data transaction errors, can access customer information and make it easier to find data as well as promote new tour packages. Abstract

Since the Corona Virus pandemic has disrupted almost all business industries from various sectors, and changed the behavior of the world community in all circles. Likewise, the impact of Covid-19 was most pronounced in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector which experienced problems with the low ability of MSME players to use technology TO market products, a decrease in sales turnover results, and problems in hampered distribution of goods. The solutions offered in this PM activity to solve the problems faced are prioritized in terms of increasing the sales ability of PKK Jamaah Masjid Ar-Royyan women as MSME business actors by going online, so that it is expected to increase sales turnover results and smoothen the distribution of goods. With the implementation of PM through training provided through zoom, it is hoped that the PKK women of Lubang Buaya Village, East Jakarta as MSME business actors can improve their ability to market their products online in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic so that their businesses can survive and get more advanced. Output targets in the form of articles in print or electronic mass media, activity videos, and increased knowledge of online marketing (go online). The method of implementation in this activity consists of the preparation stage, namely by conducting a survey at the location where community service activities will be carried out, the implementation stage, namely marketing training through go online in an effort to increase sales and distribution of goods as well as the monitoring and evaluation stage to find out how much increased ability you have. by partners

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work engagement and job stress on job turnover intention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Turnover intentions are a conscious and deliberate willingness to leave the organization, where this phenomenon is interesting to study because the increasing number of turnovers in the company will be detrimental. The influencing factors include Work Engagement, Stress and job satisfaction. This study used 100 selected respondents, namely partners or Gojek drivers around DKI Jakarta. The analysis method uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results showed that Work Engagement had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Stress did not significantly affect Job Satisfaction, and Job Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intentions. Work Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intentions, Work Stress does not significantly affect Turnover Intentions, Job satisfaction mediates with a significant variable work engagement on turnover intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Alam Indah Property in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 40.9%, hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (8,320> 1,661). Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 42.1%, hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (7.551> 1.661). Price and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 10.311 + 0.406X1 + 0.345X2 and the contribution of the effect is 50.6%, the hypothesis test obtained F count> F table or (47.631> 2,700).

Abstract

The marketplace application is a new technology. The presence of perceptions in the acceptance of a new technology has a great influence on a person's interest in using or not using the new technology. The success or failure of the acceptance of online shopping applications by consumers can be predicted through correlational relationships and cause-and-effect relationships, which are influenced by perceptions of ease of use and user trust in the application. This research was conducted to find out how much influence the perception of ease of use and trust in the application has on buying interest using a marketplace application. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed to users of the marketplace application. The data obtained were then processed by multiple regression method with SPSS software version 23.00. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of perceived ease of use on buying interest, there was a significant positive effect of trust on buying interest, there was a positive and significant effect of perceived ease of use and trust together on buying interest.

Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the effect of transformational leadership, work ethic, and organizational culture on teacher performance. The study was conducted on teachers at private vocational schools in South Jakarta using a Likert scale questionnaire. The collected data is processed using the SmartPLS version 3.0 application. The results show that organizational culture has a significant effect on teacher performance. Organizational culture can create situations that can encourage teachers to improve their performance. Transformational leadership does not affect teacher performance. A too-short change process can cause this insignificant impact. Change is a gradual process requiring persistent effort, and work ethic significantly affects teacher performance. Work ethic has been proven to encourage someone to be enthusiastic to do work, strive to improve the quality of work, and always think positively about what is done to get maximum work results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK di Jakarta Selatan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 82 guru yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert yang terdiri dari variabel kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja guru. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 20.00 dan analisis path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Selain itu, motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Motivasi kerja juga berperan sebagai variabel intervening yang memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya kepemimpinan yang baik dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru.
