Abstract

This study aims to determine: The Effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. The Effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The Effect of Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Walantaka District Office, Serang City. The type method in this study uses an associative quantitative method that is causal, which is a study to determine the relationship/influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable without making additional changes or manipulation of existing data. The population and samples used in this study were employees at the Walantaka District Office, Serang City, amounting to 32 employees. The sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sample where the population is less than <100 employees. The results of this study indicate that: There is a positive and significant effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. There is a positive and significant effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. There is a positive and significant effect of Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline together on Employee Performance at the Walantaka District Office, Serang City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of supervision and punishment on employee performance with the work discipline variable as an intervening variable in people's credit banks in Serang Regency. This population is all employees in BPRs in Serang Regency with a total of 105 employees using a saturated sampling technique by making the entire population used as a sample. This analysis tool uses inferential statistical analysis or Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research show that the influence of supervision on employee performance has a positive or acceptable influence, there is a significant influence of punishment on employee performance, there is no influence of work discipline on employee performance. , there is a significant influence of supervision on work discipline, there is a significant influence of punishment on work discipline, work discipline can mediate the influence of supervision on employee performance, work discipline can mediate the influence of punishment on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to be able to determine and analyze organizational justice towards service quality, organizational commitment to service quality and employee performance towards service quality at PT X Serang. This research used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach and involved data collection by distributing questionnaires to 33 employees with a sampling technique using non-probability sampling and assisted by the use of SmartPLS 3.2 software as a data analysis tool. The research results show that the factors of organizational justice, organizational commitment, and employee performance have a positive and significant effect on service quality based on a p-value that is smaller than 0.05
