Abstract

Pegadaian syariah merupakan salah satu dari Industri Keuangan Non Bank yang mendapatkan perhatian besar dari masyarakat Indonesia. Data Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Tahun 2010-2014 disampaikan ke publik menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan jumah aset yang pesat di industri pegadaian syariah. Pada tahun 2014 tercatat asetnya mencapai Rp3.304.260.000 (Tiga Milyar Tiga Ratus Empat Juta dua Ratus Enam Puluh Ribu Rupiah). Kemudahan mendapatkan pinjaman dana untuk kebutuhan yang cepat menjadi salah satu alasan mengapa nasabah memiliki minat tinggi untuk bertransaksi di pegadaian syariah. Namun pegadaian syariah tidak lepas dari kritik, antara lain kegiatan usaha yang mirip dengan kredit di pegadaian konvensional dan perlindungan hukum bagi nasabah pembiayaan. dengan metode penelitian hukum normatif, penelitian ini menjawab beberapa persoalan penerapan prinsip syariah dan perlindungan hukum bagi nasabah berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan dan perspektif fikih. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach) dalam menguji data sekunder yang digunakan dan menganalisis secara kualitatif yang lebih mengutamakan kualitas data daripada kuantitasnya. Pada akhirnya, penelitian ini mengemukakan bahwa operasional pegadaian syariah di Indonesia telah sesuai dengan prinsip syariah dan perlindungan hukumbagi nasabahnya telah diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan khususnya Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor: 1/POJK.07/2013 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen Sektor Jasa Keuangan. Adapun dengan konsep Himayah al-Mustahlik, Islam telah memberikan perhatian yang sangat besar terhadap perlindungan hukum bagi nasabah sesuai dengan maqashid syariah.

Abstract

Batu bata adalah bahan bangunan yang telah lama dikenal dan umum digunakan olehmasyarakat seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah dan laju perkembangan penduduk. Batu batamerupakan material yang terbuat dari tanah liat dengan atau tanpa campuran tambahan (additive) yang melalui beberapa proses dan tahapan.Sistem penjualan atau pemasaran pembuatan batu bata di desa Lenek Ramban Biak masih dilakukan dengan cara yang sederhana yaitu penjualan langsung di lokasi pembuatan, kondisi ini menyebabkan pemasaran batu bata jadi terhambat tidak sebanding dengan jumlah produksi masyarakat. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut perlu dilakukan upaya pemasaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga produk lebih dikenal masyarakat salah satunya melalui media social. Langkah awal yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat adalah sosialisasi kepada masyarakat terkait pemanfaatan media social sebagai wadah untuk pemasaran produk. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan media social untuk promosi dan pemasaran produk, diharapkan semakin dikenalnya produk masyarakat sehingga nilai produk batu bata yang dipasarkan bisa lebih meningkat.

Abstract

Triplehouse merupakan usaha clothing yang berada di Kaliwungu. Produk yang ditawarkan Triplehouse meliputi penjualan kaos bertema racing dan pembuatan sablon kaos secara custom satuan ataupun dalam jumlah besar. Tema racing menjadi unique selling point dengan segmentasi market menyasar ke kalangan penggemar racing. Selain Triplehouse, di Kaliwungu terdapat Filantropi, yaitu usaha clothing dengan konsep yang hampir sama dengan Triplehouse. Filantropi juga menawarkan penjualan kaos dan pembuatan kaos yang dikerjakan dengan teknik sablon. Melalui strategi prmosi yang cukup kreatif, Filantropi terbukti memiliki lebih banyak pelanggan. Oleh karena itulah perlu dibuatkan media promosi sehingga Triplehouse dikenal lebih luas. Video company profile menjadi pilihan sebagai media promosi. Melalui media ini, citra Triplehouse sebagai usaha clothing sablon bertema racing yang profesional dibangun. Video diciptakan melalui tiga tahap kerja, yaitu Pra Produksi, Produksi, dan Pasca Produksi. Naskah video diperoleh dari hasil analisis data menggunakan SWOT, sementara informasi terkait Triplehouse dikumpulkan melalui observasi, studi pustaka, dan wawancara. Video company profile Triplehouse diupload di berbagai media sosial sehingga dapat menjagakau banyak kalangan.   Kata kunci: Triplehouse, video, company profile.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a theoretical basis that can support solving the problem being studied on the effect of motivation and work stress on teacher performance. The theory obtainer is the first step so that researchers can better understand the problemed being researched correctly according to a scientific framework. The method used in this research is a literature review. Researchers select the feasibility of research articles based on the background of the article, research methods, discussed results, discussion and conclusions. In this study, the data source used is secondary data sources. An article search was carried out via the lens.org website to conduct a literature search with the keywords "motivation" "stress" and "teacher performance" in the range of 2020 to 2023. As a result, there were 61 article findings. Then the researcher used the keyword "work motivation" there were 10,386 articles. Then the keyword "work stress" has 2,498 articles. And the keyword "teacher performance" contains 5,206 articles. The next step, analyzing the Literature Review method on five articles that match the keywords. The results obtained, namely, the variables of motivation and stress have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance directly. This is based on previous research findings in several educational institutions in Indonesia. Teacher performance is influenced by motivation and work stress. Variables of motivation and work stress cannot act independently. Reviewing the research that has been done, the findings obtained regarding the description of the influence of motivation and work stress on teachers in Indonesia are considered not to be able to walk alone. Many other factors affect the level of teacher performance in educational institutions. Such as job satisfaction, teacher compensation, teacher competence, principal leadership, discipline, work environment, teacher productivity, awards, organizational culture, and many more.

Abstract

The review of this research is motivated by education financing in the financing management of the Sidoklumpuk State Elementary School cooperative which can benefit the continuity of educational activities at the school. The purpose of this research is to find out the shape of the system for managing finance in the cooperative that can be benefited by the school community such as purchasing books, learning equipment, or repairing facilities and providing loans with low interest to students and staff for those who have financial difficulties. The method used is a qualitative method that focuses on the management of student cooperative-based education financing in public elementary schools. The research data used observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the benefits and implementation of financing in school cooperatives can be used well by school community.  If in the system there is a lack of understanding and managerial skills among students and school staff. Then training is needed for staff or teachers who are responsible so that it can be used with a good managerial system

Abstract

This research began with the anxiety of the Islamic investor community regarding the decision of the Indonesia Stock Exchange to allow exchange members to use the trading robot feature (automated ordering). This policy raises a new problem for the practice of trading sharia stocks using trading robots. Therefore, this research aims to discover the practice of trading robot tools in the sharia stock market. Besides, the research also aims to explore the views of Islamic law on sharia stock investors who practice buying and selling sharia shares with trading robots, with the research object being PT Indo Premier Sekuritas. This type of empirical juridical research analyzes the mechanism of the practice of sharia stock transactions in the secondary market with trading robots associated with several provisions in a regulation. The data collection method used in this legal research is the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research stated that the practice of trading robots at PT Indo Premier Sekuritas is permissible according to sharia principles for some reasons. First, this trading robot is used as an intermediary or instrument to convey information. Second, the investors must understand the information contained in the trading robot. On the other side, trading robots can only be legal if investors fully understand how trading robots work because their ignorance can plunge them into the practice of maysir or gambling. Currently, there are no strict regulations governing trading robots in Indonesia. Although there is no legal regulation, it is not an act that is against the law because trading robots are only tools that make it easier for traders and investors to automate transactions. However, investors can be suspected of criminal acts if the trading robot is vulnerable to market manipulation and marketed by providing profit guarantee promises. More dangerously, the company which conducts the business of raising investment funds does not get a permit from the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The Institution of Amil Zakat Infaq and Sadaqah Muhammadiyah (Lazismu) have a vital role in the economic development of the Ummah (Muslim Society) in Indonesia. In this context, Indonesia state which constitutionally gets the main mandate in Article 34 of the 1945 Constitution to improve the welfare of the people of Indonesia is not so significant in carrying out this function with many poor people who have not been alleviated in terms of economy, health or education. Lazismu then equips with a strategic role in efforts to become a back-up solution for the Indonesian state. As part of the Ummah and nation Lazismu becomes a solution, more specifically in the context of this research the object is the Lazismu Service Office (KLL) Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo (UMSIDA) in increasing the level of education of the ummah. Through the Lazismu scholarship program Sang Surya, more than a thousand students of higher education managed to continue and complete their undergraduate education. This scientific work in a descriptive phenomenological way reveals the strategic role of the UMSIDA KLL in graduating scholars in Indonesia. It is hoped that this research can become a benchmark for other campuses to take the same role in graduating scholars through zakat infaq and shadaqah funds.

Abstract

Technological developments in the field of education pose challenges for teachers and school leaders. Rapid adaptation to change and increased professionalism and commitment are the keys to the success of education. Digital academic supervision emerged as a solution to overcome the weaknesses of conventional supervisors, that are often time-controlled and effective. This article aims to study the implementation of the use of digital technology in education supervision as well as identify opportunities and challenges. The study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to examine the implementation of digital technology in the supervision of education by analyzing 12 articles published between 2020-2023. The results show that digital supervisors can facilitate supervisory implementation and effectively improve teacher competence. The challenges faced by digital supervision include limited internet access, minimal technology mastery by senior teachers, and the need for adequate support. Implementation of digital academic supervision is an important step towards improving the professionalism of teachers and the quality of education as a whole, on the condition of adequate training, improved access to technology, and support from all stakeholders.

Abstract

Transformations in the digital world allow illicit transactions such as buying and selling usernames, which are currently popular among social media users, especially on Twitter. The more people who use Twitter, the more usernames are used, and the system will automatically reject new user requests with usernames that have already been used. This research examined username buying and selling transactions and inappropriate behavior by users on Twitter. This research used qualitative methods with an approach to Islamic legal norms. Data were obtained from document studies and interviews with sellers and buyers of usernames via Twitter direct messages. The results of the research showed that buying and selling usernames are an illegal and prohibited sale because many inappropriate behaviors, such as hacking, are found, resulting in nonfulfillment of the conditions for the objects bought and sold. Islamic law stipulates that traded objects must meet requirements such as perfect ownership, clear, useful, and halal. This means that there is no element of gharar in every buying and selling transaction because it can cause disputes between the seller and the buyer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di pasar Segiri Jl. Pahlawan Kelurahan Sidodadi Kecamatan Samarinda Ulu Kota Samarinda dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku pedagang Muslim di pasar Segiri kota Samarinda. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara: observasi, wawancara bebas dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pedagang Muslim di pasar Segiri kota Samarinda menjunjung tinggi prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam diantaranya; jujur, memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan ramah kepada pembeli, pedagang peduli terhadap kebersihan lingkungan tempat mereka berdagang.
