Abstract

Clean water is very important forlife. Provision of clean water is still a problemin Indonesia. 80% of Indonesia's populationstill consumes water that is not in accordancewith health standards. Whether ergonomicwater filters knock down for clean watersupply is the consumer's interest in waterusers. This ergonomic knock down water filterall parts are easily removed, carried easily,then reassembled where the location requireswater as long as there are waterways to getclean water. The design of this study iscomparative and experimental descriptive.Large sample of 30 people who use waterfilters. Place of Research in the IndustrialEngineering Ergonomics Laboratory, PGRIAdiBuana University Surabaya, Indonesia.Data is taken by observation, questionnaire,and experimental results. Data were analyzedusing descriptive percentages. The resultsshowed that 73.3% water filter material chosestainless steel. Ergonomic knock down waterfilters have the ability to reduce levels of totaldissolved solids (TDS) from 380 ppm to 156ppm, down 224 ppm (41%). Conclusions: 1)water filter users have the highest interest inchoosing filters made of stainless steel, areeasily installed and used ergonomically, andanti-oxidation does not cause corrosion; 2) thewater yield from ergonomic knock down waterfliter is 41% clearer than before filtering.Suggestion: To implement the QualityFunction Deployment of a knock down waterfilter, ergonomics are expected to be guided byanalytical analysis according to theconclusions above.

Abstract

This research aim to find out service quality attributes that can increase customer satisfaction. One service company is CV. Nirwana which is engaged in the sale and service of office equipment maintenance. winning business competition company must create a strategy that can improve the quality of service to consumers.Themethod used in this study is the ServQual Method which includes 5 main dimensions, namely Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty. The ServQual method is a tool used to measure the services or products of the quality of services received by consumers. Based on the level of service quality there is a negative attribute value on the variable on the dimensions of reliability and responsiveness. Negative values indicate that the quality of service is not quality and consumers do not feel satisfaction with the services provided by the company. Positive values are found in the tangibles, assurance and empathy variables which show that the service provided can be said to be a surprise and consumers feel satisfaction with the service. Therefore, the company is expected to be able to improve the quality of services that are of negative value, namely engine cleanliness after repairs, speed and timeliness in providing services, seriousness and reliability of technicians in completing repairs, availability of historical data / recording systems that are good at service, providing service services in accordance with promise, Alertness in providing assistance to consumers if experiencing difficulties Provide a good explanation of repairs, costs and estimated time to consumers, the ability of service advisors in diagnosing customer problems / complaints.

Abstract

Student success is not only influenced by emotional, spiritual intelligence but also greatly influenced by other intelligences, namely student social intelligence. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of emotional, spiritual, and social intelligence on the understanding of accounting students. This study uses a quantitative approach which is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism used in certain populations and samples using surveys and questionnaire instruments. The respondents in this study are students majoring in accounting in Batam City and who have been registered on the DIKTI (Directorate General of Higher Education) website for the odd period learning year 2022 with a total of 22,589 students. The results of the study as evidenced by the F test show that the calculated F value of 53.615 is greater than the F table which is 2.70 with a significance level of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 so that it can be concluded that the emotional, spiritual, and social intelligence of accounting students silmultan affects the understanding of accounting. However, based on partial analysis emotional intelligence affects the understanding of accounting. While spiritual has no effect on the understanding of accounting. And Social accounting students influence the understanding of accounting.

Abstract

Chlorpyrifos is widely used by farmers as a contact poison to control leaf and fruit pests in red chilies. Chlorpyrifos is very toxic to the environment and to living things, although it is easily degraded and has a short half-life. Remediation materials in the form of activated charcoal, biochar, and microbial consortium are effective remediation technologies to reduce insecticide residues. Each compound has different characteristics based on the type and texture of the soil. This research aims to obtain the ability of remediation technology for Chlorpyrifos insecticide residues in red chili on light and heavy textured soils. The research was carried out in the screen house of the Indonesian Agricultural Environment Research Institute (IAERI) between May to November 2017. The results showed that the two soil textures had different characteristics of Chlorpyrifos residue remediation technology. The best technology to reduce Chlorpyrifos residue in light-textured soils is the 2 L/ha consortium microbial treatment, while for heavy-textured soils is biochar-coated urea.

Abstract

Consumptive behavior is the act of consuming an item or service excessively with high intensity that tends to prioritize wants over needs. The study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, e-money usage, and self-control on the consumptive behavior of accounting students in Batam city. The total population was 1,354 accounting students with a sample of 93 accounting students. This study uses a quantitative approach with simple random sampling technique using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires online using google form. The data in this study were processed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software version 26. The data analysis technique in this study used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results of the t test research explain that financial literacy and the use of e-money partially have no effect on the consumptive behavior of accounting students. Self-control partially affects the consumptive behavior of accounting students. The results of the F test research explain that financial literacy, e-money usage, self-control simultaneously have a significant effect on the consumptive behavior of accounting students with a percentage of 17.9% and the remaining 82.1% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Revolusi industri 4.0 menuntut lulusan SMK untuk memiliki keterampilan kewirausahaan dan pemasaran digital yang mumpuni. SMK Real Batam sebagai salah satu sekolah yang fokus pada pengembangan kewirausahaan bagi siswanya, menyelenggarakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat (PKM) dengan tema "Pembinaan Kewirausahaan Berbasis Fintech (Financial Technology) dan Digital Marketing". Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membekali siswa dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi keuangan dan pemasaran digital untuk menunjang usaha mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah pelatihan, pendampingan, dan mentoring. Materi pelatihan meliputi pengenalan fintech, penggunaan aplikasi fintech untuk transaksi keuangan, strategi pemasaran digital, dan pembuatan konten media sosial. Pendampingan dan mentoring dilakukan untuk membantu siswa dalam menerapkan ilmu yang telah mereka pelajari. Hasil dari PKM ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa memiliki peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan fintech dan digital marketing. Siswa juga menunjukkan antusiasme dan motivasi yang tinggi untuk memulai usaha mereka sendiri. Diharapkan dengan kegiatan PKM ini, siswa SMK Real Batam dapat menjadi wirausahawan yang sukses di era digital

Abstract

Three-dimensional (3D) printing technology, particularly the Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) method, plays a crucial role in modern industrial design and ergonomics research. One of the primary challenges in this application is ensuring high precision, operational stability, and reducing mechanical wear to support the sustainability and efficiency of the printing process. This study introduces the development of a 3D printer based on FDM, utilizing the MGN12 linear slider as a replacement for conventional roller bearings. This innovation is designed to improve printing accuracy, optimize component durability, and maintain long-term operational quality. Empirical testing was conducted to compare the performance of the linear slider system and roller bearings in terms of dimensional accuracy, surface finish, printing speed, and mechanical durability. The results show that the linear slider system achieves dimensional accuracy of up to ±0.02 mm, better than the ±0.12 mm of the roller bearing system. The average surface roughness also decreased to 3.2 µm, compared to 5.6 µm in the roller bearing system. At high printing speeds (150 mm/s) with a layer height of 0.01 mm, the roller bearing system exhibited greater inconsistency, producing an average layer height of 0.04 mm, while the linear slider maintained high layer consistency. Additionally, the linear slider system reduced noise levels to 45 dB and significantly minimized mechanical wear, thereby reducing the need for regular maintenance. The findings of this study indicate that although the initial investment in linear slider technology is higher, it provides a significant improvement in 3D printing performance. This technology is highly relevant for industrial applications requiring high precision, process efficiency, and system reliability.

Abstract

enelitian terhadap kinerja gugus ini difokuskan pada manajemen gugus yang menurut instrumen dari Direktorat Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah, terdiri dari aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, transparansi dan evaluasi-pelaporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kinerja gugus sekolah melalui Strategic Think, Share & Action (TSA). Pada metode penelitian, sebagai subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan stakeholder yang ada di Gugus Gatutkaca Kecamatan Bagelen. Penelitian tindakan ini menggunakan Siklus I dan II yang masing-masing siklus terdapat alur perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Juli 2017 sampai 30 Desember 2017. Dari hasil siklus I terdapat kenaikan kinerja gugus dari kondisi awal, yaitu dari 33,6 % (katagori kurang) menjadi 46,4 % (katagori cukup). Demikian juga untuk siklus II ada kenaikan dibanding siklus I, dari 46,4 % meningkat menjadi 64,8 % (katagori baik). Penggunaan strategi TSA mampu meningkatkan skor kinerja gugus untuk manajemen gugus dari kondisi awal 33,6 (katagori kurang) menjadi 64,8% (katagori baik). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterbacaan laporan tahunan dan relevansi nilai informasi keuangan terhadap audit fee. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2022. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik dokumentasi dengan mendokumentasikan laporan tahunan perusahaam manufkatur consumer googs and baverage dari tahun 2018-2022. Metode Analisis data dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25 dengan melakukan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan yang terakhir adalah uji t dan uji f untuk melihat hasil dari penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Keterbacaan laporan tahunan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap audit fee, Relevansi nilai informasi keuangan juga tidak berpengaruh dignifikan terhadap audit fee dan secara simultan Keterbacaan laporan keuangan dan Relevansi nilai informasi keuangan juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap audit fee di perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pajak merupakan sumber penerimaan utama dan terbesar negara. Kepatuhan terhadap kewajiban perpajakan sangat penting agar penerimaan negara tidak terganggu. Kepatuhan terhadap kewajiban perpajakan perlu ditanamkan sejak dini terutama pada masa menempuh pendidikan di sekolah menengah. Siswa-siswi perlu mendapatkan literasi mengenai perpajakan yang berlaku di Indonesia agar dapat kelak menjadi seorang Wajib Pajak yang patuh. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Putra Jaya yang beralamat Tembesi, Batam Kota. Tujuan program pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan umum perpajakan kepada siswa-siswi dengan metode penyampaian materi perpajakan umum dan praktik menghitung pajak penghasilan sederhana serta mengajarkan cara melakukan pelaporan SPT Tahunan dengan e-filing yang dilaksanakan dengan tatap muka enam kali pertemuan. Pengabdian ini memperoleh feedback positif dan bermanfaat bagi pihak sekolah, khususnya bagi siswa-siswi kelas X dan XI SMK Putra Jaya. Hal ini terbukti dengan PKM berlangsung dengan suasana antusias dan kondusif serta tepat waktu sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditetapkan. Kata Kunci: Literasi Perpajakan, Wajib Pajak, Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak ABSTRACT Tax is the main and largest source of state revenue. Compliance with tax obligations is very important so that state revenues are not disrupted. Compliance with tax obligations needs to be instilled early on, especially during high school education. Students need to gain literacy regarding taxation in force in Indonesia so that they can become obedient Taxpayers in the future. This community service was carried out at Putra Jaya Vocational High School (SMK) located in Tembesi, Batam City. The purpose of this community service program is to provide general knowledge of taxation to students by means of delivering general taxation material and practicing calculating simple income tax as well as teaching how to report Annual Tax Returns with e-filing which is carried out face-to-face in six meetings. This community service received positive feedback and was beneficial for the school, especially for students in grades X and XI of SMK Putra Jaya. This is proven by the PKM taking place in a conducive atmosphere and on time according to the predetermined plan. Keywords: Tax Literacy, Taxpayers, Taxpayers Compliance
