Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga Dan Merek Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Pakaian Bekas Di Kota Kendari. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa kuisioner yang di bagikan kepada responden penelitian. Responden yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 75 orang responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa variabel Kualitas produk, Harga dan Merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen produk Pakaian bekas di Kota Kendari.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Harga, Merek, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

One of the business world today which in great demand is from the restaurant business. Many businesses are trying to explore the restaurant business led to an increasing number of restaurant that also increasing competition among restaurants become extremely high, especially in Kendari City. In running the business as well as to be able to survive inte competitive world of business today, every business owner should be able to take the right decisions as the application of marketing strategy and in determining the price of selling.  The purpose of this study was to determine how the selling price determination done by the pakno meatball restaurant,as well as to determine how the selling price determination on the theory of cost plus pricing method, and then compare the result of selling price determination done by the pakno meatball restaurant with the selling price determination based on the theory of cost plus pricing method.This research was a case study and in data gathering techniques used observation and interview methods. The result showed a different to the selling price which currently apply to the selling price is calculated by using the method of cost plus pricing. In which the given selling price of the Pakno Meatball restaurant is lower than the selling price that is calculate based on cost plus pricing method. So, setting the selling price should be done precisely because the price is too hight will make the product less competitive, while the sale price too low will lead to losses for the business.

Abstract

The referral problem in Southeast Sulawesi is still quite complex. Based on preliminary studies conductedat several health centers, it was found that there were several problems related to human resources, time,facilities and infrastructure. The basic thing that was found was lack of availability of facilities and infrastructure. The results of observations at several Public Health Care found that several other complaintsrelated to the BPJS (Social Security Administrator) referral system that were felt were the lack of facilities inprimary health services and some damaged facilities so that cases that should have been handled at primary/ secondary services were immediately referred to tertiary hospitals. This research is a qualitative research,The research was conducted at the Public Health Care of Kendari City and Bau-Bau City from February2020 to completion. aspects of facilities and infrastructure as an important aspect in the implementationof The referral system is still inadequate in terms of the quantity of facilities and infrastructure as well ascompliance with the compendium. The referral system is still inadequate in terms of both the number ofdrugs and the suitability of the formulary.

Abstract

The purpose of this training is to provide an understanding to the people of Bungkutoko Village, Nambo District, Kendari City in order to understand the importance of increasing interest in Entrepreneurship through social and cultural aspects in increasing household income towards economic independence and increasing income for the community. The method used in the training is the lecture method (direction). and explanation simultaneously to the community. The method of discussion and question and answer was also carried out after the lecture (direction/explanation) was given on the importance of increasing interest in Entrepreneurship through social and cultural aspects in increasing household income towards economic independence and increasing income for the people of Bungkutoko Village, Nambo District, Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether relationship marketing and service quality affect patient satisfaction at the Bima Maroa Public Health Center, South Konawe Regency. The research used is quantitative research. Sources of data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires (research questionnaires) and secondary data obtained from supporting documents in the object of research, which includes an overview of the Bima Maroa Public Health Center. The number of samples taken in this study using the Slovin formula, namely 76 respondents. In this study, multiple linear regression analysis was used to solve research problems. Based on the results of research conducted using the SPSS 24 program, it shows that partially the relationship marketing variable has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Partially, the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on the patient satisfaction variable. Simultaneously, relationship marketing and service quality have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction variables.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the marketing strategy during the Covid-19 era was in increasing sales at the Abadi Motor Kendari Showroom. The informants of this study were the owner of the Abadi Motor Kendari Showroom, operational and marketing fields with primary data sources, namely internal data from the Abadi Motor Kendari Showroom such as sales data, number of employees, organizational structure and others. The data analysis technique used by the author is a qualitative descriptive data analysis technique, namely research that uses data that is stated verbally and its qualifications are theoretical. The results of the study indicate that the marketing strategy used at the Abadi Motor Kendari Showroom is differentiation, the strategy seeks to expand/add types of business and improve services through the use of strengths in the form of the variety of products needed, the number and variety of products, quality, flexibility, cost reduction and delivery, the existence of a policy higher prices, intensive promotion and operational activities to seize the opportunities that exist in the form of growing community education

Abstract

This research aims to examine and explain the effect of organizational culture on employee performance through organizational commitment as a mediating as  a mediating variable at the UPTP of Ministry of Manpower in Kendari. The population in this study are all government civil at the UPTP of Ministry of Manpower in Kendari totalling 62 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by means of the census technique so that the entire population was used as the research sample. Methods oof data collection were used questionnaire. Technique of data anlysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effects on employee commitment, and commitment organizational as a partial mediate of the effects organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) The simultaneous influence of Perceived Organizational Support, knowledge management and Trust Building simultaneously on the Personnel Performance of the Directorate of Intelligence and Security at the Southeast Sulawesi Police, 2) find out that Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on the Personnel Performance of the Southeast Sulawesi Police Intelligence and Security Directorate. , 3) knowing that knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on the Personnel Performance of the Intelligence and Security Directorate of the Southeast Sulawesi Police, 4) knowing that the Tust Building has a positive and significant effect on the Personnel Performance of the Directorate of Intelligence and Security of the Southeast Sulawesi Police.The object of this research is the Directorate of Intelligence and Security of the Southeast Sulawesi Police with a total population of 100 personnel. Determination of the sample sampling technique is done by census. The research data was collected using a questionnaire, the research data was analyzed using SPSS version 22 to determine the results of the regression analysis of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable.The results of the study: 1) simultaneously and positively perceived organizational support, knowledge management, and test building affect the performance of members of the Directorate of Intelkam Polda Sultra, 2) Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on the performance of members of the Directorate of Intelkam Polda Sultra, 3) Knowledge management has an effect positive and significant impact on police generic performance, and 4) Test building has a positive and significant effect on the performance of members of the Directorate of Intelligence and Security for the Regional Police of Southeast Sulawesi

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of information quality, system quality and service quality on student satisfaction at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Muhammadiyah University, Kendari.The population in this study were FEBI UMK students totaling 510 people consisting of 2016 batch totaling 237 people and 2017 batch totaling 273 students. With 120 respondents. Hypothesis testing is done using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) or Structural Equation Model with AMOS 4 program. The results showed that: Information quality has a significant effect on student satisfaction. The quality of the system has a negative and significant effect on student satisfaction. And Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction

Abstract

This study aimed to: 1) determine and analyze the simultaneously effect of shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, pre-decision stage, and post-decision stage on shoppers’ impulse buying behaviors in Kendari city; 2) determine and analyze the effect of shopping lifestyle on shoppers’ impulse buying behaviors in Kendari city; 3) determine and analyze the effect of fashion involvement on shoppers’ impulse buying behaviors in Kendari city; 4) determine and analyze the effect of pre-decision stage on shoppers’ impulse buying behavior in Kendari city; 5) determine and analyze the effect of pos-decision stage on shoppers’ impulse buying behavior in Kendari city.Population of the study was shopper’s in Kendari city who exhibited impulse buying behavior at Matahari Departement Store and Lippo Plaza in Kendari. Since the exact number of the population was unknow, sample size was determined using the Unknow Population formula and accidental Sampling technique. Data of he study were analized using the multiple linear regression on the SPSS ver. 22.Results of the showed that: 1) simultaneously, shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, pre-decision stage, and post-dicision stage had a positive, significant effect on shoppers’ impulse buying behaviors; 2) shopping lifestyle had a positive, significant effect on shoppers’ impulse buying behaviors; 3) fashion involvement had a positive, significant effect on shoppers’ impulse buying behaviors; 4) pre-decision stage had a dominant, positive, and significant effect on shoppers’ impulse buying behaviors; 5) post-decision stage had a positive, significant effect on shoppers’ impulse buying behaviors.Keywords: shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, pre-decision stage, post-decision stage, impulse buying behavior
