<![CDATA[ABSTRAKBakti sosial atau lebih dikenal dengan baksos ini merupakan suatu kegiatan wujud dari kepedulian atau rasa kemanusiaan terhadap sesama manusia. Dimana dengan adanya kegiatan ini kita dapat merekatkan rasa kekerabatan kita terhadap orang lain. Bakti dapat diartikan sebagai pengikatan (mengikatkan) diri kepada diri atau diri-diri lainnya. Ikatan Dosen Karyawan dan Mahasiswa Islam Universitas Flores (IDKMUF), ini berupa kepedulian, perasaan tanggungjawab terhadap kehidupan sesama. Bakti social dapat berarti memberi sesuatu (kepada yang butuh pemberian). Oleh karena itu,tujuan dari kegiataan ini Dosen Karyawan dan Mahasiswa Musim Universitas Flores,tergabung dalam ( IDKMUF). berusaha untuk membantu sesama yang kurang mampu dalam bentuk sumbangan santunan di pondok pasantren bukit tengkorak Ndao Ende Flores dan Penyemprotan Disinfektan dan Laundry Mukena di Masjid yang berada di wiayah Kota Ende. Hasil Kegiatan Gerakan Bakti Sosial Penyemprot dan Berbagi Paket Sembako Peduli Covid-19, Di mana bisa  sedikit meringankan  beban masyarakat yang  terdampak langsung  dari situasi pandemi Covid-9 ini. Inisiatif Dosen Karyawan dan Mahasiswa Muslim ini patut diapresiasi dan didukung penuh oleh pihak Yayasan dan Rektorat yang tergabung dalam tim pengabdian masyarakat ini dengan melakukan pendampingan sehingga kegiatan ini dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Kata Kunci:, penyemprotan disinfektan; bakhti sosial; pembagian santunan. ABSTRACTSocial service or better known as social service is an activity that manifests concern or a sense of humanity towards fellow human beings. Where with this activity we can glue our sense of kinship to other people. Bakti can be interpreted as binding (binding) oneself to oneself or other selves. The Flores University Student and Employee Lecturer Association (IDKMUF) is a form of caring, a feeling of responsibility for the lives of others. Social service can mean giving something (to those who need it). Therefore, the purpose of this activity is the University of Flores Seasonal Employee and Student Lecturers, who are members of (IDKMUF). trying to help the less fortunate in the form of donations in the form of donations at the Ndao Ende Flores Islamic boarding school and the Spraying of Disinfectants and Mukena at the mosque in the Ende City area. The results of the Social Service Movement for Spraying and Sharing the Covid-19 Care Food Packages, which can slightly ease the burden on the people who are directly affected by the Covid-9 pandemic situation. <![CDATA[This study aims to improve motivation and science learning outcomes through a scientific approach at SDN Ende 1, Ende Utara District, Ende Regency. This research is a classroom action research. The subjects in this study were students of grade IV, amounting to 30 people. The procedure in this study consisted of four stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the observation stage and the reflection stage. Data were collected through observation techniques and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by means of descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the motivation and learning activities of science through the scientific approach had increased. In the first cycle there were 17 students whose learning motivation was in good and very good criteria with a percentage of 56.7%. And in cycle II learning motivation increased to 86.7%, where there were 26 students who were in good and very good criteria. Learning activities also increased, namely 65.71 in cycle I increased to 79.04 in cycle II with a good category]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis report teks bahasa Inggris melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping pada mahasiswa semester II program studi PGSD, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Flores. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas model Kemmis & Taggart. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan cara observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan menulis report teks dalam bahasa Inggris melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran mind mapping mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan tersebut dapat dilihat mulai dari pra-siklus dengan rata-rata sebesar 36 dengan kategori “rendah”, siklus I meningkat menjadi 55 masih pada kategori “rendah”, dan pada siklus II rata-rata kemampuan menulis teks report bahasa Inggris meningkat menjadi 77 dengan kategori “baik”.]]>

<![CDATA[The responsibility of teachers as professional educators is imperative in carrying out their duties. To become professional teachers, elementary school teachers in cluster 3 of Ende sub-district feel the need to get enlightenment and scientific practice through training in the preparation of Classroom Action Research proposals, so that these teachers can create quality learning in the classroom. The method of this activity is in the form of training with stages starting from the presentation of the material by the resource team to the preparation of a Classroom Action Research proposal by the teachers. The results of this training show that on average the teachers are able to understand the concept of Classroom Action Research well with indicators that teachers can identify and determine the focus of research, determine learning strategies that are considered appropriate from relevant scientific literature, and can draft Classroom Action Research proposals. Thus this training activity has a positive impact on teacher professionalism in an effort to improve the competence of students in the classroom. For this reason, teachers are expected to continue to strive to carry out scientific activities, one of which is in the form of Classroom Action Research, so that teachers can morally continue to contribute to human resource development through the education sector.]]>

<![CDATA[The type of research used is classroom action research (CAR). This research is used to identify and clearly describe the activities related to the contextual approach by using the Numbered Heads Together model. The research subjects in this study were all students of class IV SDI Ngalupolo totaling 28 people. The research was carried out in the Class Action Research (CAR) stage of the Kemmis and Mc Taggart design which included the planning stage (Plan), the implementation stage (Act), the observation stage and the reflection stage. The data collection methods used in this study were tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate an increase in student learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the results obtained in cycle I and cycle II where the percentage of completeness in cycle I is 55.71%, and increases in cycle II to 85.71% and is included in the level of success in the very good category. . By looking at the results of the analysis of the research data, it was concluded that using the NHT type of cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDI Ngalupolo science subjects with natural resource materials.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPandemic Covid-l9 di Indonesia sudah satu tahun berlalu, tetapi sampai saat ini masih hangat dii media massa dan dampaknya masih terasa di mana mana. Selain kesehatan, dampak dari Covid-I9 ini. juga mengancan perekonomian dan kehidupan sehari hari masyarakat. Kegiatan untuk mencari nafkah juga terhambat akibat adanya PPKM ini sehingga pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari hari juga menjadi terkendala. Melihat kondisi ini, beberapa dosen dan Mahasiswa/i Universitas Flores berinisiatif memberikan bantuan dan berbagi kasih Menyongsong Natal Tahun 2021 pada anak anak panti Asuhan Alma benyandang stabilitas (cacat). Di Jalan Woloare B, kelurahan Kota Ratu Kabupaten Ende Flores NTT sebagai salah satu realisasi dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Sasaran objek yang diberi bantuan adalah Panti Asuhan Rumah ALMA distabilitas, di mana jumlah anak yang mendapatkan bantuan sejumlah 97 orang. Bantuan yang diberikan berupa sembako yang dapat dipergunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari hari. Diharapkan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dapat meringankan beban kehidupan anak anak panti Asuhan Distabilitas Alma berjumlah 53 oarang selama masa covid-I9 ini masih berlangsung. Kata Kunci: berbagi kasih; pantih asuhan ALMA; menyongsong natal. ABSTRACTIt has been a year since the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has passed, but until now it is still warm in the mass media and its impact is still being felt everywhere. In addition to health, the impact of Covid-I9. It also threatens the economy and people's daily lives. Activities to earn a living are also hampered due to this PPKM so that the fulfillment of daily needs is also hampered. Seeing this condition, several lecturers and students at the University of Flores took the initiative to provide assistance and share their love for Christmas 2021 for the children of the Alma Orphanage with disabilities. On Jalan Woloare B, Kota Ratu sub-district, Ende Flores Regency, NTT as one of the realizations of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The target object that was given assistance was the ALMA Disability Orphanage, where the number of children who received assistance was 97 people. The assistance provided is in the form of basic necessities that can be used to meet daily needs. It is hoped that this Community Service activity can ease the burden on the lives of the children of the Alma Disability Orphanage, amounting to 53 people during the COVID-19 period. <![CDATA[The study aims to improve the quality of learning science in designing at PGSD students of Universitas Flores through ADDIE model with local wisdom based. The research was a classroom action research with some steps such as planning, action, observation and reflection. The data included science learning product with Ende-Lio local wisdom based, students activities and creativity. The result was that the product evaluation in cycle I reached 70%. In cycle II, the percentage improved for 92%. The activities and creativity were also improved. In conclusion, ADDIE model with Ende-Lio local wisdon based can improve students ability in designing science learning. Keywords: ADDIE model, local wisdom Ende-Lio, teaching design.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the reality in 5th grade of SD Ende 4 GMIT which includes: 1) the low learning outcomes of PPKn caused by learning processes was not interesting, studentwere not active, and unseriousness students in learning; 2) learning methods that tend to be teacher-centered so that students are less active in learning. The purpose of this study is to: 1) describe the application of the Time Token Learning Model in the learning implementation plan and the mechanism of its implementation in learning the PPKn at 5th grade of SD GMIT Ende 4; 2) describe the learning outcomes of students in learning PPKn in 5th grade of SD Ende 4 GMIT after applying the Time Token Learning Model. This method of research is a classroom action research study consisting of 2 cycles, where each cycle applies Action Research Design by Kurt Lewin which includes the stages of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The method of data collection methods are tests, observations, interviews and document studies. The results of this research is Time Token Model can improve the learning outcomes of PPKn on 5th grade students of SD GMIT Ende 4. This is evidenced by the average value of learning outcomes and the percentage of students completeness classical after the Time Token Model is applied. At the time of the pretest, the average value of PPKn learning outcomes was 53.57, with a classical completeness percentage is 21.43%. This result has increased in first cycle with average value is 69.64 and the percentage of classical completeness is 35.71%. In second cycle, learning outcomes average value has increased to 99, 28, with percentage of classical completeness is 100%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to improve science learning activities in grade IV SDK St Ambrosius Ende 6. This research is a classroom action research. the research object consisted of 20 grade IV students. Data were collected by observation techniques, field notes and interviews. The data were analyzed by simple descriptive statistics to determine the percentage increase in student learning activities and their categories for each cycle. The results showed that after implementing the make a match model with the help of pocket book media, there was an increase in student learning activity from cycle I by 49% with the moderately active category to 91% in cycle II with the very active category. Thus, the make a match model with the help of pocket book media can increase the learning activities of class IV SDK St Ambrose Ende 6.]]>
