Abstract

This article focus to analyze (1) Effect of education budget, health budget and economy toword of human resources quality in Jambi province. (2) The influence of inflation, unemployment and human resources quality toword of economy in Jambi province. The data poaltime series was taken 2007-2011 of regency and city in Jambi province. The analyze use Simultaneous model. Before analysis, we also checked cointegration test and causalities between human resources quality and economy. The result of research concludes that (1) The  have education budget a significant and positive impact toword of human resources quality, health budget have a unsignificant and positive impact toword of human resources quality and economy have unsignificant and positive toword of human resources in Jambi province. (2) Inflation have significant and negative impact toword of economy, unemployment and human resources quality unsignificantly influence impact toword economy in Jambi province. Policy implications of the results of this study are: 1) government efforts through education budget and health budget  in the form of the government budget through health and education facilities in the form of facilities and infrastructure, as well as education and health services to improve the quality of human resources. 2) efforts to do next government in building the economy of the region is to maintain stable prices in the market to curb inflation and provide employment business for the community as well as providing training to workers in order to reduce unemployment. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility dan total asset turnover terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang menerbitkan laporan tahunan secara konsisten dari tahun 2017-2021. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 13 perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2017-2021. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode pendekatan purposive sampling. Sumber data merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan antara periode 2017-2021 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan outer model, inner model dan path analysis. Dengan bantuan program Partial Least Square agar tidak terjadi banyak asumsi dan didapatkan hasil yang pasti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa good corporate governance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, corporate social responsibility berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, total asset turnover tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of forgiveness in early adulthood in gen z women who have experienced violence in their childhood. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained from structured interviews. The participants in this study were two early adult women who had experienced violence in their childhood. By referring to the two dimensions of forgiviness, namely the intrapsychic and interpersonal dimensions. The results of this study show that both early adult female participants have successfully forgiven but are still processing towards total forgiveness. The first early adult female participant received a request from her mother, while the second early adult female participant has not received an apology from her mother. The first participant's forgiveness was assisted by an apology from the mother who was the abuser, while the second participant forgave on her own impulse without an apology from her biological mother. Of the four categories of forgiviness, these two participants were in the total forgiveness phase, where they managed to eliminate feelings of disappointment, hatred and anger at the violence they had experienced. Factors that influence such as family relationship status, religiosity and religious understanding. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include focusing on parental guilt, feelings of hurt, deep sadness, painful experiences, unsupportive social environment, avoidance behavior, and negative judgment of parents.

Abstract

This study analyzes the quality of poetry literary learning management for santri (Islamic boarding school students) at Pondok Pesantren Putri Salafiyah 2 Bangil, utilizing an Islamic aesthetic approach and Indonesian literacy indicators. Employing a descriptive quantitative approach, the research population comprised santri actively engaged in poetry learning and competitions at Pondok Pesantren Putri Salafiyah 2 Bangil , with a purposive sample of 25 santri. Data were collected through documentation of poetry score recapitulation, structured observation based on 20 assessment indicators (originality, expression, diction, phonology, rhyme, Islamic aesthetics, etc.), and a 1-5 scale assessment questionnaire (rubric). The instrument demonstrated high reliability with a Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.90, indicating strong internal consistency. The findings reveal that poetry learning management has been effective and of high quality, reflected in an average total score of 78.3 points for santri, with most scores falling within the good category (75-85 points). Santri exhibited strong proficiency in Islamic aesthetic aspects, such as originality of ideas and powerful expression of Islamic values, as well as Indonesian literacy indicators like diction and the ability to evoke emotions. Top-scoring participants (A: 100, C: 99, D: 93) successfully integrated religious aesthetics and language literacy structures harmoniously. However, some santri still require reinforcement in technical linguistic aspects, particularly rhyme patterns and inter-line consistency. A positive correlation was found between Islamic aesthetic ability and language literacy levels, suggesting that an aesthetic approach enriches content while strengthening language proficiency. This study recommends continuous educator training and facilitating creative expression opportunities to enhance the quality of santri poetry learning.

Abstract

The tradition of kitab kuning studies in pesantren faces effectiveness challenges in the digital era, primarily due to the limited use of technology and low digital literacy among students and instructors. This community service initiative aims to optimize kitab kuning learning management, enhance instructor capacity, facilitate digital access, and build a structured evaluation system. Using a participatory action research method, this activity focuses on training, mentoring, utilizing digital kitab applications, and online evaluation. Data was collected through observation, interviews, activity documentation, and Google Forms. The subjects of this initiative were students and ustadz from Pondok Pesantren Bustanul Ulum Krai Lumajang and Fatihul Ulum Klatakan Tanggul Jember. These individuals were familiar with digital devices but had not yet optimally used them for kitab learning activities. The program successfully optimized the classic approach to kitab kuning learning while integrating digital technology. Furthermore, there was an increase in the capacity of lecturers and instructors, as well as mentorship for students. As a result, students showed holistic development (cognitive, affective, psychomotor), and a transformation in learning management occurred within the partner pesantren. This transformation followed Lewin's three stages of change: unfreezing (opening up to technology), changing (implementing an integrative learning system), and refreezing (standardizing new adaptive and value-based patterns). This initiative also produced various digital literacy products and workshops, serving as platforms for reflection, evaluation, reinforcing pesantren values, and strengthening value-based innovation management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar fase B melalui integrasi Project Based Learning (PJBL), literasi, dan nilai-nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis 14 laporan observasi yang berasal dari sembilan sekolah dasar negeri dan swasta di Kabupaten Bangkalan dan sekitarnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian meliputi guru dan siswa kelas III dan IV. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara singkat, dokumentasi kegiatan, serta analisis laporan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variasi strategi pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, dengan dominasi model PJBL dan inquiry, diikuti oleh metode problem solving, ceramah, diskusi, dan diferensiasi pembelajaran. Praktik literasi yang ditemukan meliputi pembiasaan membaca 15 menit, pengelolaan pojok baca dan perpustakaan mini, proyek menulis narasi maupun surat, serta penerapan literasi digital pada sekolah dengan fasilitas yang memadai. Tantangan utama yang teridentifikasi meliputi rendahnya minat baca siswa, keterbatasan sarana pembelajaran (seperti proyektor dan koleksi buku), variasi kemampuan guru dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka, serta motivasi belajar siswa yang belum konsisten. Integrasi nilai-nilai P5, seperti gotong royong, tanggung jawab, kejujuran, dan bernalar kritis, terlihat terinternalisasi melalui proyek pembelajaran di beberapa sekolah. Kesimpulannya, integrasi PJBL, literasi, dan P5 berpotensi menjadi strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbahasa sekaligus membentuk karakter siswa. Keberhasilan implementasinya memerlukan dukungan sarana yang memadai, peningkatan kompetensi guru, dan penguatan program literasi yang berkelanjutan.
