Abstract

SIMIPA web service is a service that is used to provide services in the form of information to the Android mobile apps, is the Student module, the Lecturer module, and the Parent module. The service provided uses the REST API as a bridge between the server and the client. The goal is that the REST API can be accessed on the Android mobile apps. The development of web services in this study uses the Scrum development method which has 26 product backlogs with 9 iterations of sprints. Each sprint has several stages, namely sprint planning, daily sprint, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. Web services developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The result of this research is the SIMIPA REST API which can be accessed on the Android front-end. Android accesses the REST API via the GET and POST request methods using a URL that generates a JSON response. Based on several tests, the SIMIPA REST API URL is said to have been successfully developed and can be accessed on Android mobile apps according to the expected response. Data security using the REST API is focused on the POST method using JSON Web Token (JWT).

Abstract

The quality of students is one measure of the success of an education system. Qualified students must be supported by many factors, especially support from those closest to them who can increase student morale. Parents / guardians are among the people closest to the students. Parents / guardians should be able to monitor their children's lecture activities, so that the parents / guardians are able to provide appropriate direction and enthusiasm for their children. However, currently there is no special media that provides access to detailed lecture data, so that many students cover their lecture activities which will have an impact on the quality of the students themselves. Therefore, this study develops SIMIPA parent modules as a solution to these problems. SIMIPA Parent Module is an Android-based application as a medium for monitoring student lecture activities by parents. This application provides access to student lecture information that can be seen through the parents' account. This application development uses the Scrum method. Application testing in this study uses user acceptance testing (UAT). The Parent Module SIMIPA application is already in the category of being accepted by prospective users with an average score of 4.12 (satisfactory).Keyword: education, scrum, SIMIPA Parent Module, user acceptance testing (UAT) Kualitas mahasiswa merupakan salah satu tolak ukur suksesnya suatu sistem pendidikan. Mahasiswa yang berkualitas harus didukung oleh banyak faktor, terutama dukungan dari orang-orang terdekat yang dapat meningkatkan semangat mahasiswa. Orang tua/wali merupakan salah satu orang yang paling dekat dengan mahasiswa. Seharusnya orang tua/wali dapat memantau kegiatan perkuliahan anaknya, sehingga orang tua/wali tersebut mampu memberikan arahan yang sesuai dan semangat terhadap anaknya. Namun, saat ini tidak ada media khusus yang menyediakan akses data perkuliahan secara detail, sehingga banyak mahasiswa yang menutupi kegiatan perkuliahannya yang akan berdampak pada kualitas mahasiswa itu sendiri. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini mengembangkan SIMIPA modul orang tua sebagai solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut. SIMIPA Modul Orang Tua merupakan aplikasi berbasis Android sebagai media pemantauan kegiatan perkuliahan mahasiswa oleh orang tua. Aplikasi ini memberikan akses informasi perkuliahan mahasiswa yang dapat dilihat melalui akun orang tua. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode scrum. Pengujian aplikasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan user acceptance testing (UAT). Aplikasi SIMIPA Modul Orang Tua sudah masuk kategori diterima oleh calon pengguna dengan score rata-rata 4.12 (memuaskan).Kata kunci: pendidikan, scrum, SIMIPA Modul Orang Tua, user acceptance testing (UAT)

Abstract

Indonesia is country rich in cultural diversity, one of which is regional languages. In the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2009 article 1 paragraph 6, what is meant by regional languages is the language used for generations by Indonesian citizens in regional areas in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. There are many regional languages in Indonesia, one of which is Lampung. however, the reduction in Lampung language speakers can cause the Lampung language to disappear. With the help of technology, especially Android, it can help to increase interest in Lampung language, especially in Lampung adolescents. this research will develop an Indonesian translator application to the Lampung dialect A on the Android Platform. The application is named Cawa Lampung. the translation process is carried out by the system with word translation. Every word is carried out the stemming process using the Nazief Adriani stemming method. The system development method used is eXtreme Programming. From the functional test results, all functions went well, and from the nonfunctional results it has a value of 85.57% which means "very good".Keywords: Android, Translate, Lampung language, Stemming Nazief Adriani AlgorithmIndonesia adalah negara yang kaya akan keragaman budaya, salah satunya adalah bahasa daerah. Dalam Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 24 tahun 2009 pasal 1 ayat ke 6, yang dimaksud bahasa daerah adalah bahasa yang digunakan secara turun-temurun oleh warga negara Indonesia di daerah daerah di wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Ada banyak bahasa daerah di Indonesia, salah satunya adalah bahasa lampung.  namun berkurangnya penutur bahasa lampung dapat mengakibatkan bahasa daerah lampung akan hilang. Dengan bantuan teknologi terutama Android, dapat membantu meningkatkan lagi minat berbahasa lampung terutama pada remaja lampung. penelitian ini akan mengembangkan aplikasi translator bahasa Indonesia ke Bahasa Lampung dialek A pada Platform Android. Aplikasi diberi nama Cawa Lampung. proses terjemahan dilakukan oleh sistem dengan terjemahan kata perkata. Setiap kata dilakukan proses stemming dengan mengunakan metode stemming Nazief Adriani. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu eXtreme Programming. Dari hasil pengujian fungsional semua fungsi berjalan dengan baik, dan dari hasil non fungsional memiliki nilai 85.57 % yang memiliki makna “sangat baik”..Kata kunci: Android, Terjemahan, Bahasa Lampung, Algoritma Stemming Nazief Adriani

Abstract

The University of Lampung especially Computer Science Departement has an online journal that publishes various scientific articles written by researchers both students and lecturers. This scientific article is called the online Computating Journal which is published once every 6 months. But, this online Computating Journal has not been structured and classified into the category of science that more specific. Therefore, in this research the abstract Computating Journal will be classified using text mining techniques to process the abstract become more structured and retrieve information in it. Then, the information in the abstract is extracted as a feature by the TFIDF weighting technique. The proposed classification model uses the support vector machine algorithm that has strong consistency. The model classification will be validated by applying the 10-Fold Cross Validation technique.

Abstract

Grader is a system to complement the demand of online learning system at the Computer Science Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science, University of Lampung. The existed virtual class system facilitates assessments with automatic correction for assignments and tests. On the other hand, a grader aims to generate automatic correction for programming tasks. This research implements extreme programming method to build a grader system. The system was built using the CodeIgniter PHP framework. Developments carried out in this study include the addition of user categories to admin, editor and participants; as well as the addition of the share code feature. Black box testing was conducted twice to validate the performance of the system, in which fulfilled all the requirements and set to release.

Abstract

Academic activities are a learning process that is carried out based on the curriculum in university to produce quality graduate students. Good academic activities can be supported by having a system that helps academic activities at a university. FMIPA University of Lampung currently has a web-based MIPA information system (SIMIPA) which is used as a system that can support the administrative service process for FMIPA University Lampung students. Information technology that is currently developing rapidly shows that there is a need for development to be done on the SIMIPA as an effort to increase the benefits of SIMIPA. Development of an android-based student module SIMIPA application is one of the systems developed to improve services for FMIPA students at the University of Lampung. This application development will use the Scrum method. The scrum method is a software development framework from implementing Agile Development method for software projects. Development of this application is based on the product backlog which is divided into 8 sprints. The result of this research is the successful development of the SIMIPA application module for academic students using Scrum method. This is evidenced by testing using black box testing which shows the overall functional needs of the student module SIMIPA application as expected.

Abstract

Efforts to develop livestock production that bear a stable and quality feed load, because feed is a determining factor for business continuity and continuity. The creation of the android-based ePakan application makes it very easy for breeders and non-breeders to buy and sell livestock products, because access is via smartphones. A good marketplace application and needs continuous updates to the appropriate application based on the needs of the user (end user). The web-based ePakan application is expected to make it easier for users to access the ePakan marketplace. The development of the web-based ePakan marketplace system was built using the PHP programming language with the laravel framework. The method used for system development uses Extreme Programming. The features available in this web-based ePakan marketplace include purchasing products, adding products, adding baskets, requesting partners, canceling orders, requesting to withdraw balances. From the results of Blackbox testing with the Equivalence Partitioning method, the web-based ePakan Marketplace functions as needed.

Abstract

The meaning of assistants is a person whose duty as to assist other assistants and maid is specific assistant for housework. The maid is a job that people choose a lot because of economic factors and poor education. Families who are doing a lot of activities outside the home certainly need assistants to take care of the needs of the housework. A conventional way of finding assistants is to go to the homes assisted foundations or ask other people. In this study, were developed to ease in finding assistants. This application helps users to assistants search for example maid, baby sitters, drivers, and security by displaying the availability of assistants and tariffs offered. The application has been tested for functional and non-functional using Likert scale. Based on functional testing known that the application has met the required function and based on non-functional testing it is known that the respondents' assessment of the application is an 92% points which is very good.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran yang menarik menjadi salah satu penentu agar pelajaran di sekolah menarik. Guru-guru SMA dalam mengembangkan media pembelajarannya dituntut untuk lebih kreatif sehingga hal ini membutuhkan dukungan teknologi. Teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) menghasilkan objek yang realistis dari objek sebuah mata pelajaran yang dipelajari secara virtual. AR bekerja berdasarkan deteksi citra dan citra yang digunakan adalah marker. Kamera yang telah dikalibrasi akan mendeteksi marker yang diberikan, kemudian setelah mengenali dan menandai pola marker, webcam akan melakukan perhitungan apakah marker sesuai dengan database yang dimiliki. AR agar dapat menyajikan informasi dengan benar ke dalam dunia nyata membutuhkan sebuah pendeteksian marker. Pelatihan ini dilakukan secara langsung di jurusan Ilmu Komputer Universitas Lampung. Pada pelaksanaannya peserta akan diberikan teknik pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis AR.

Abstract

Energi listrik merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia saat ini, hampir setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan manusia berhubungan dengan energi listrik. Perkembangan teknologi dibidang elektronika saat ini membuat pola pikir manusia semakin kedepan dalam penerapan peralatan elektronika.Teknologi elektronika yang dapat mengendalikan peralatan elektronik rumah tangga dari jarak jauh salah satunya teknologi internet of things. Teknologi lain yang dikembangkan adalah teknologi yang bertujuan untuk menghemat energi listrik yang digunakan pada rumah tangga. Internet of Things didefinisikan sebagai interkoneksi dari perangkat komputasi tertanam (embedded computing devices) yang teridentifikasi secara unik dalam keberadaan infrastruktur internet. Sistem kendali pada penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan Arduino UNO dengan mikrokontroler ATmega328 sebagai pusat kendali dari sistem, serta modul wifi ESP8266 guna untuk komunikasi kontroler ke internet melalui media wifi.
