Abstract

The use of existing data to support activities in decision making is not enough just to rely on operational data only, we need a data analysis to explore the potential of existing information. One of the data mining techniques that can be done is prediction. Prediction is needed to determine when an event will occur or arise, so that appropriate action can be taken. Prediction is not always 100% right, but with the right method selection can make predictions with a small error rate. Monica Water Depot is a business engaged in Refill Drinking Water. To find out the level of consumer use of refill drinking water, the business owner must know some predictions of upcoming purchases so that the business owner can provide gifts that are in accordance with the predicted purchases. Predictions on the level of consumer use can help employers provide gifts that are in accordance with consumer purchases, by knowing the purchase in the next period, the business owner can find out what gifts will be given to customers. The results of the analysis using I test data, II test data, and III test data obtained by the weight of moving avergae recommended using a weight of 2 months because it has the smallest error value when compared to using 3 months weight. Predictive results can be a recommendation for improvements made by management and as a means of determining business strategies in the future

Abstract

Medan District Prosecutor's Office is an institution that provides services to the public which currently does not have a service satisfaction assessment system from the public, so the Medan District Prosecutor's Office cannot know the public's assessment or complaints about the public services provided. This study aims to determine the level of public satisfaction with public services at the Medan District Attorney's Office. The method used in this study is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Then use the scoring calculation method in obtaining the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) value. The application is built on an Android basis, so that it can make it easier for users to make assessments with just a hand. The test results of this study produce the value of the level of public satisfaction and eigenvectors that are sorted based on the highest data as the final value of the AHP calculation which can make it easier for the Medan Public Prosecutor's Office to see which service categories should be maximized. In testing the application with 50 respondents in July 2020, the level of community satisfaction in public services at the Medan District Prosecutor's Office was 84% ​​with a service predicate, namely A (Very Good)

Abstract

Traffic congestion is a major problem that occurs in big cities in Indonesia. This can cause various negative impacts such as waste of fuel, waste of time, and air pollution. Therefore, the government divides the types of highways and only allows large cargo trucks to pass on arterial roads. So it is necessary to have a smart city to implement government policies in order to overcome the impacts caused by traffic congestion. Classification of the types of vehicles that pass on the highway needs to be done so that there are no vehicle violations outside the specifications that are allowed to enter certain highways. Classification of vehicle types using the Convolution Neural Network (CNN) method. The architecture used is in the form of an existing CNN architecture or an existing CNN architecture, namely googlenet and shufflenet. We fine tune Googlenet and Shufflenet to get maximum accuracy. The dataset used is data taken from several CCTV camera points in several cities in Indonesia in July 2021. The proposed method can classify vehicle types with an accuracy of 95.88% Googlenet and 96.48% Shufflenet. Thus, it is hoped that it can contribute to researchers to develop a better CNN so that it can be implemented for the benefit of road traffic in Indonesia in the future

Abstract

Robots are electro mechanical equipment which currently greatly helps human work. On a household scale robots that are often used are dust cleaning robots, it's just that to get this robot people have to spend not a little money. By utilizing a microcontroller with the Arduino platform, dust cleaning robots can be made that have a more affordable price and have reliable features. By using Arduino, a robot can be made that can clean the dust automatically, which the robot will not hit the wall, besides the robot is also equipped with two brooms on the bottom. A broom intended to clean the dust on the floor and the dust will be sucked by a vacuum fan installed in the lower robot. In addition, the robot can also be used manually using an Android smartphone so that users can easily connect robots to areas that might not have been passed by a robot.

Abstract

Penghobi ikan hias saat sekarang ini semakin banyak, hal ini disebabkan ketenangan yang didapatkan oleh beberapa orang ketika melihat ikan berenang kesana kemari. Untuk mendapatkan ikan peliharaan yang sehat dan aktif ada beberapa faktor yang harus diperhatikan salah satunya suhu air didalam akuarium. Jika suhu didalam akuarium terlalu rendah ataupun terlalu tinggi maka hal ini menyebabkan ketidak nyamanan ikan peliharaan. Saat ini sudah ada alat yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatur suhu air akuarium secara otomatis, hanya saja harga yang ditawarkan sangatlah mahal dan belum tentu bisa diatur sesuai dengan keinginan pengguna. Untuk mengatur suhu air didalam akuarium dapat menggunakan teknologi mikrokontroler yang praktis dan murah. Dalam hal ini dibutuhkan sensor suhu dan fan yang digunakan untuk mengatur suhu dalam air akuarium. Suhu air didalam akuarium dapat diatur menggunakan sinyal PWM pada driver motor yang dihubungkan ke fan. PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) adalah teknik modulasi yang digunakan untuk mengubah lebar pulsa dengan amplitudo dan frekuensi yang tetap.

Abstract

Pada saat ini setiap institusi telah menerapkan sistem login pada aplikasi pengolahan data, temasuk Poltekkes Kemenkes Medan. Sistem login tidaklah cukup untuk menjaga keamanan data. Jika orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab berhasil mengaskes database pada sever local (locahost), maka orang tersebut telah berhasil mengetahui isi dari database tersebut, hal ini tentunya dapat merugikan pihak Poltekkes Kemenkes Medan, karena data yang terdapat pada database dapat disalahgunakan. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan peningkatan terhadap kemanan data pada database. Pada penelitian ini peningkatan terhadap keamanan database akan dilakukan dengan teknik enkripsi, enkripsi akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan algoritma RC4 dan Rail Fence. RC4 merupakan algoritma simetris, dimana proses enkripsi dan dekripsi menggunakan kunci yang sama, dan dilakukan pada tiap bite dengan operasi biner xor. Sementara Rail Fence merupakan algoritma simetris dengan teknik transposisi dengan pola zig-zag. Kombinasi dari kedua algoritma ini akan menghasilkan ciphertext yang sulit untuk dipecahkan sehingga menjadi lebih kuat.

Abstract

In computer science image processing, the scope of its development is very rapid, not only used on images, but also with the introduction of a video. Finger number recognition has now been developed for many applications and to help solve problems. The use of the hand as an identifier has many benefits, especially its practicality. The main problem is a camera that represents an image consisting of a relatively large size vector. There are many techniques to reduce the dimensions of the video or camera that will be processed, one of which will be discussed here is to implement interactive learning of numerical recognition with a finger, in the number recognition application with this finger will be detected the shape of the hand that can be captured by the camera which will identify a name (number). In designing this application, the author uses Visual Studio 2010 with the C sharp programming language (C#).Keywords: Hand recognition, interactive media, Principal Analysis Component

Abstract

The number of illegal parking attendants creates problems around us, especially the losses received by the regional government. Parking money that should have contributed to regional income, but because of the presence of illegal parking attendants did not make the slightest contribution to the local government. Another problem is that the parking attendant often gives tariffs outside the normal tariff, so that the people are harmed. Therefore, with the development of current technology, it can help the public to report the illegal parking attendants, the system created in this study provides a solution where the parking lot business card will be given a QR Code marker, the public can scan the QR Code on the id card the parking attendant. If the parking attendant is indicated to be illegal, the public can report it directly using the application on their smart phone. In addition, the information contained in the QR Code is encrypted using vigenere cipher cryptography, it is intended that the information is guaranteed authentic and cannot be falsified by certain parties that aim to take advantage.Keywords:  QR Code, Parking Attendant, Smart Phone, Cryptography, Vigenere Cipher

Abstract

In the gardening activities that cannot be separated from the activities of watering plants. Almost everyone is still doing the activity of watering the plants manually, by watering the plants one by one is time-consuming enough and wasting energy. Watering plants is an activity that is always done every day by almost everyone that has plants at home, office and elsewhere. The activity of watering the plants manually can not know how much water is needed by the plant so that many plants die of excess water. With the development of technology provides ease of  watering plants. Technological advances include automatic plant watering, automatic plant watering equipment utilizing micro controller as a circuit brain that processes the entire series to be used for watering plants. Knowledge of fuzzy mamdani can be used as a reference when the plants watered or not to take the value of soil moisture and air temperature, so the need for water plants can be met.Keywords: automatic, air temperature, soil moisture, fuzzy mamdani

Abstract

Masalah yang sering terjadi selama ini adalah masyarakat mengenal perencanaan pembangunan masjid menggunakan sketsa 2D, maka penulis membuat desain masjid dengan model 3D supaya objek yang dihasilkan kelihatan lebih nyata. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang ada pada saat ini dengan mengunakan Aplikasi 3DS Max yang dapat membuat suatu simulasi berupa Animasi. Perancangan desain masjid animasi 3D ini penulis menggunakan 2 (dua) software yaitu 3DS MAX dan Wondershare Filmora, software 3DS MAX berfungsi untuk proses pemodelan, memberi texture dan pembuatan animasi, sedangkan software Wondershare Filmora berfungsi untuk proses pengeditan animasi yang sudah dirancang dan dijadikan sebuah video serta pemberian sound sehingga menjadi tampilan yang menarik.
