Abstract

Concrete is a building material that is inexpensive and easily compacted or made, can meet their needs both in terms of strength and in terms of span length dimensions required. Advances in technology and the improvement of public welfare encourage residential development into a multi-storey building lots (flats) with reinforced concrete products. The rapid development of home stores, or so-called good-story office two (2) or (three) were not followed appropriate equipment for anticipated fire hazard. So sometimes when there is a fire and in addition to material losses also no casualties. Concrete is known material which is resistant to fire when it burns for a long time and high temperatures will be damaged (compressive strength is going down), certainly in reinforced concrete yuga will occur such things, besides the concrete was broken of course steel reinforced also damaged / decrease its tensile strength. Moreover, the reinforcing steel material is heat conducting material and when at certain high tempertures will melt and fuse so liquid. So that the structure of reinforced concrete as a building component when exposed to heat of fire with high temperatures and a long duration will decrease the tensile strength of steel reinforcement will bepengaruh on the stability of the building structure construction. As a result of the reinforced concrete structure with concrete cover thickness of 3 cm if burned by hot embers will decrease the strength of the quality of concrete K 175 if burned to 4 hours more will lose compressive strength of up to 52% and the loss of value of tensile strength in the reinforcing steel to 22%. This assessment is on post-burn conditions (specimen cold conditions). In the burn duration to 8 hours, the compressive strength of concrete K 175, a loss of power by 67% and the loss of tensile strength grades of reinforcing steel at 24.16% (specimen cold onditions or post-combustion testing).

Abstract

Higher education is one of the pillars that functions as an institution that produces quality human resources (HR). An important element in moving the wheels of a college is the lecturer. The performance of lecturers from a tertiary institution can be elaborated and realized towards improving the performance of lecturers who support the development of the goals of higher education. In carrying out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, lecturers are also assisted by staff called the Pramubakti / Contract Staff. In carrying out their duties as employees (lecturers or staff) who are married, there are indications of multiple roles, namely as a wife, mother and household manager and as a workforce.This study aims to examine the Effect of Dual Role Conflict (Job-Family (X1) - Family Job (X2)) and Job Stress (X3) Against Employee Performance (Y) Women in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Lambung Mangkurat University Banjarmasin both partially or simultaneous. The samples taken were 36 people, namely married female employees (administrative staff) using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires while data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis through SPSS version 23 program.The test results prove that the Work-Family Conflict (X1) has a significant effect on female employee performance partially with the influence of 75.4% including the very strong category, Family-Work Conflict (X2) has a significant effect on female employee performance partially with a influence of 48.9% including the fairly strong category, Job Stress (X3) has a significant effect on female employee performance partially with a influence of 25.4% including a fairly strong category, while simultaneously Job-Family Conflict (X1), Family-Job Conflict (X2) and Job Stress (X3) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) for women of 72.5% including the very strong category while the remaining 27.5% is influenced by other variables not found in this research model.Keywords: Dual Role Conflict, Job Stress, and Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was 1) to analyze the partial effect of individual characteristics on the performance of the employees of the FISIP ULM Banjarmasin contract, 2) to analyze partially significant influence of job characteristics variables on the performance of the employees of the Banjarmasin ULM FISIP contract, 3) analyze partially significant influence of organizational characteristics on performance employee of the ULM FISIP contract contract, 4) analyzing the simultaneous significant influence of individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational characteristics on the performance of the Banjarmasin FISIP ULM contract employees.The type of research used is causal research. The population in this study were employees of the FISIP ULM Banjarmasin contract with a sample of 38 people and sampling techniques using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that 1) there was no partially significant effect of individual characteristics on the performance of Banjarmasin ULM FISIP contract employees, the effect of which was -23.9%, 2) there was a partial significant influence on job characteristics on the performance of the FISIP ULM Banjarmasin contractor, the effect that is 38.9%, 3) there is a partial significant effect of organizational characteristics on the performance of employees of the Banjarmasin ULM FISIP contract and has the most dominant influence on the variables of individual characteristics and job characteristics, the effect of which is 41.8%, 4) there is a significant influence Partial individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational characteristics of employee performance of the FISIP ULM Banjarmasin contract, with simultaneous influence of 33.6%.Keywords: Individual Characteristics, Job Characteristics, Organizational Characteristics, Contract Employee Performance

Abstract

Customer-oriented marketing strategies, make companies must understand and fulfill both the behavior and needs of customers to achieve customer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction is greatly considered by the company because it will have an impact on sales performance. South Kalimantan Bank seeks to improve its image as a banking financial institution, one of the efforts taken is to maximize value holders by providing excellent service and describing it in the main behaviors of Bank Kalsel employees in serving customers' needs, namely empathizing and serving wholeheartedly, being polite and polite, and is responsive in meeting the needs of stake holders.This study aims to examine the influence Service Quality (X1), Product Value (X2) and Facilities (X3) of the Customer Satisfaction (Y) on Bank Branch Office Banjarmasin in South Kalimantan well se a way partially or simultaneously. 99 samples were taken customer by using the Slovin formula. Data collection uses a questionnaire while the data analyst is using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis through the SPSS version 23 program.The test results prove that Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction in partial with a large effect of 72.7 % including a very strong category , Product Value has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction partially with a large effect of 49.2 % including the fairly strong category , the Facility has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction in part with a significant effect of 36.9 % including the category is quite strong while simultaneously Service Quality Leadership , Product Value, and Facilities have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with the influence of 65.8 % including thevery strong category while the remaining 34.2 % is influenced by other variables.Keywords: Service Quality, Value of Products, Facilities and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

In order to achieve satisfactory performance, professional capabilities are needed to achieve this through several stages or conditions. Formal education is still inadequate to achieve professional capabilities. For this reason, HR capabilities of employees must be empowered through training, education and development. HR management according can be interpreted as utilizing human resources within the organization, which is carried out through the functions of human resource planning, recruitment and selection, human resource development, career planning and development, provision of compensation and welfare, occupational safety and health, and industrial relations.This study aims to examine the influence Self Efficacy (X1), Motivation (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3) towards Employee Performance (Y) PT. PLN Puruk Cahu well Murung Kingdom's e waypartially or simultaneously. Samples were taken as many as 56 employees by using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire while the data analyst is using Multiple LinearRegression Analysis through the SPSS version 23 program.The test results prove that Self Efficacy has a significant effect on Partial Employee Performance with a magnitude of 1.9 % including the weak category, Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance partially with an influence of 53 % including the category is quite strong , Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance partially with a large effect of 73.8 % including verycategories strong while simultaneously Self Efficacy Leadership , Motivation and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on Employee Performance with a large influence of 37.5 % including categories weakwhile the remaining 62.5 % is influenced by other variables.Keywords: Self Efficacy, Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance

Abstract

Every organization always has problems with human resources, so with the existence of these problems it is necessary to have high work motivation, organizational culture which is a reference for every leader and leader who has a transfrormational leadership pattern so that problems within the company can be overcome. This study aims to examine the effect of Work Motivation (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Transformational Leadership Style (X3) on Organizational Commitment (Y1) and Employee Performance (Y2) on PT. South Kalimantan Regional Development Bank Rantau Branch as many as 38 employees using sampling techniques saturated with quantitative method approaches. Data collection used a questionnaire while data analysis using Smart PLS Analysis.The results of this study in the form of Work Motivation (X 1 ) have a significant effect on Organizational Commitment (Y 1 ) with a large influence of 62, 3% are in the strong category, then Work Motivation (X 1 ) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y 2 ) with a large influence -27.6% are in a very weak category. Organizational Culture (X 2 ) has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment (Y 1 ) with a large influence 18.4% in the very weak category. Organizational Culture (X 1 ) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y 2 ) with a large influence of 26.8% in the weak category. Transformational leadership (X 3 ) has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment (Y 1 ) with a large influence of -3.4% in the very weak category. Transformational leadership (X 3 ) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y 2 ) with a large influence of -23 , 9% in the weak category and Organizational Commitment (Y 1 ) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y 2 ) with a large influence of -7.70% in the very weak category.Keywords: Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance

Abstract

Indihome is a new product launched by PT Telkom. It is a challenge for PT This study aims to test the influence of Promotion (X1)and Price(X2) of the Interests Disire (Y) that is mediated by the Trust (Z) on the Customer Indihome in the city of Palangkaraya.Samples were taken as many as85 Indihome Customers in Palangka Raya Cityby using the structural equation model (Structural Equation Model). Abstract

ABSTRAK: Program kemitraan masyarakat akan dilaksanakan pada Karang Taruna “Putra Harapan” yang berlokasi di Desa Bumi Jaya Kecamatan Pelaihari menjadi mitra sebab adanya permasalahan yakni sulitnya dalam memasarkan produk tanaman hidroponik, kurangnya kesadaran konsumen akan manfaat hidroponik, harga jual hidroponik masih relatif tinggi, dan sistem pengawasan dan perawatan yang lebih insentif daripada sistem pertanian konvensional. Metode kegiatan berisi tentang uraian secara ringkas, praktis, ilmiah, dan bersifat aplikatif. Adapun metode yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, tugas, latihan praktik dan simulasi. Adanya kombinasi penggunaan metode ini diharapkan tujuan dari kegiatan ini dapat tercapai secara optimal. Selanjutnya melakukan wawancara, yaitu tanya jawab dengan Karang Taruna “Putra Harapan” terkait penggunaan teknologi khususnya jejaring sosial sebagai media  sarana bisnis dalam mengembangkan bisnis tanaman hidroponik di desa Bumi Jaya Kecamatan Pelaihari. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian pada Karang Taruna “Putra Harapan” Desa Bumi Jaya Kecamatan Pelaihari yang memasarkan produknya yakni tanaman hidroponik dapat terus dikembangkan dengan pemanfaatan jejaring sosial (whatsapp dan Instagram) kini dikembangkan melalui marketplace agar konsumen bisa melihat dengan berbagai media   Kata kunci : Jejaring Sosial, Sarana Bisnis, Karang Taruna ABSTRACT: The community partnership program will be implemented at Karang Taruna "Putra Harapan" located in Bumi Jaya Village, Pelaihari District, becoming a partner because of problems, namely the difficulty of marketing hydroponic plant products, lack of consumer awareness of the benefits of hydroponics, the selling price of hydroponics is still relatively high, and a monitoring and maintenance system that is more incentive than conventional agricultural systems. The activity method contains a brief, practical, scientific and applicable description. The methods that will be used in this activity are lectures, questions and answers, assignments, practical exercises and simulations. By combining the use of these methods, it is hoped that the objectives of this activity can be achieved optimally. Next, conduct an interview, namely a question and answer session with Karang Taruna "Putra Harapan" regarding the use of technology, especially social networks as a business media in developing the hydroponic plant business in Bumi Jaya village, Pelaihari subdistrict. Abstract

This Study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality and Consumer Dissatisfaction on Brand Switching Behavior on Marcks Loose Face Powder in Banjarmasin City. This research uses a quantitative approach. The location of this research was chosen in Banjarmasin City as many as 100 respondents, with data collection using a questionnaire and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis assisted by IBM SPSS Statistic Version 29. The results of this study prove that Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Brand Switching Behavior at a moderate level. Consumer Dissatisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Brand Switching Behavior on Marcks Loose Face Powder in Banjarmasin City at a moderate level. And Product Quality and Consumer Dissatisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Brand Switching Behavior on Marcks Loose Face Powder in Banjarmasin City at a strong level

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine and test the partial and simultaneous influence of Brand Image, Promotion and Product Availability on Consumer Repurchase Interest of Pepsodent Siwak Toothpaste 150gr Products at Al Zahra Banjarbaru Mini Market. This research is a quantitative study; the research design is an associative method. Sampling in this study used the accidental sampling technique, so the number of research samples was 65 respondents using the Ferdinand formula. The data used were taken from the questionnaire, data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that 1) Brand Image has an insignificant partial effect on Consumer Repurchase Interest of Pepsodent Siwak Toothpaste150gr Products at Al Zahra Banjarbaru Mini Market. 2) Promotion has a significant partial effect on Consumer Repurchase Interest of Pepsodent Siwak Toothpaste 150gr Products at Al Zahra Banjarbaru Mini Market. 3) Product Availability has a significant partial effect on Consumer Repurchase Interest of Pepsodent Siwak Toothpaste 150gr Products at Al Zahra Banjarbaru Minimarkets. And 4) Brand Image, Promotion and Product Availability have a significant simultaneous effect on Consumer Repurchase Interest of Pepsodent Siwak Toothpaste 150gr Products at Al Zahra Banjarbaru Mini Market.
