Abstract

ABSTRACT: In the modern era like today, the need in a computer-based information is very necessary. Globalization is a fact that has been going on that can not be avoided, including with the advantages and disadvantages. It is generated from the development and advancement of information technology. The development and advancement of information technology very fast greatly affect many aspects of life and professions in society. This causes changes in the world system of government offices that have an impact also on the change mechanisms and work processes in an agency and applied for a job because of the power management effectiveness and efficiency that has been shown to speed up performance, and will ultimately increase profits. In the world of government offices, would also require the information to streamline processes and streamline the processing of data in it. District Religious Affairs Office before using the bike recording sheet that has been provided by the Ministry of Religious Affairs Ministry and the data center into one of the data file of marriage applicants. This practice aims to work in addition to applying science gained from attending college in relation to the world of work also aims to design a file system prior to an application that can be computerized if later the system was made to be flexible and dynamic. Marriage Data Processing System so that it can actually be realized properly, it is necessary to design software based on a true software engineering. This practical work will describe the products produced at each stage of design. Information Systems Design Data Processing marriages performed in a complete and detailed. Evaluating the products carried in the final stages of software development. Expected result of this practice can answer the difficulties often faced by administrators so they can much more efficiently and effectively. Keywords: Marriage Data Processing, Information Systems ABSTRAKSI: Di era modern seperti saat ini, kebutuhan dalam informasi-informasi berbasiskan komputer amatlah dibutuhkan. Globalisasi yang sudah berlangsung merupakan kenyataan yang tidak dapat dihindari termasuk dengan adanya kelebihan dan kekurangannya. Hal ini ditimbulkan dari perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi informatika. Perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi informatika yang sangat cepat sangat mempengaruhi berbagai segi kehidupan dan profesi dalam masyarakat. Hal ini menyebabkan perubahan sistem pada dunia kantor pemerintahan yang berdampak juga pada perubahan mekanisme kerja dan proses kerja pada suatu instansi dan banyak diterapkan untuk pengelolaan pekerjaan karena daya efektivitas dan efisiensinya yang sudah terbukti mampu mempercepat kinerja, dan pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan keuntungan. Dalam dunia kantor pemerintahan, tentunya juga membutuhkan informasi-informasi untuk mengefisienkan dan mengefektifkan proses-proses pengolahan datanya yang ada di dalamnya. Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan sebelumnya menggunakan pencatatan peda lembaran kertas yang sudah disediakan oleh Departemen Kementerian Agama Pusat dan data dijadikan satu berupa berkas data pemohon nikah. Pnelitian ini selain bertujuan untuk mengaplikasikan ilmu-ilmu yang diperoleh dari bangku kuliah dalam hubungannya dengan dunia kerja juga bertujuan untuk merancang sistem yang sebelumnya berupa berkas menjadi sebuah aplikasi yang bisa di komputerisasi jika nanti sistem telah di buat agar fleksibel dan dinamis. Agar Sistem Pengolahan Data Pernikahan ini benar-benar dapat terwujud dengan baik, maka perlu dilakukan perancangan perangkat lunak yang didasarkan pada rekayasa perangkat lunak yang benar. Penelitian ini akan menguraikan produk-produk yang dihasilkan pada masing-masing tahap perancangan. Desain Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data pernikahan dilakukan secara lengkap dan terperinci. Pengevaluasian produk dilakukan pada tahap akhir pengembangan perangkat lunak. Kata Kunci : Pengolahan Data Pernikahan, Sistem Informasi

Abstract

The Ar-Royyan Islamic boarding school is a multi-level Islamic educational institution with a focus on preparing graduates who are ready to synergize with the society. To attain this objective, it is imperative to have educational personnel well-versed in the field of information technology. One strategic approach involves training Ustadz and prospective Ustadz through digital learning innovations. Open Broadcast Software (OBS) emerges as an innovative choice for crafting learning materials because it supports various media sources and offers user-friendly settings. Participants can combine video recordings, video from cameras, text, images, sound, and so on the types of input received. The resulting output manifests in the form of the videos available in common formats such as MKV, MOV, FLV, MP4, and MPEG-TS. Evaluation was conducted using a pre-test and post-test, consisting of a response questionnaire and Likert scale. The results indicate an enhanced understanding of OBS among participants, employed in the creation of digital learning media. The majority of participants responded positively to the conducted activities. Several elements that need attention in promoting the use of OBS for learning media creation include color selection, motivational delivery, and effective word choice. Combining OBS with other editing applications can yield unique variations of learning media, incorporating elements such as images, sound, video, and other supported media editing applications

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the important sectors in the Indonesian economy. In this digital era, MSMEs need to utilize digital marketing strategies to increase their competitiveness. This journal describes digital marketing strategy assistance activities carried out for MSMEs in Semanding Village, Jenangan District. This activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of MSME players in using digital media to market their products. The methods used in this activity are socialization, training and individual mentoring. The results show that this activity increases the knowledge and skills of MSME players in using digital media to market their products. This is proven by the increasing number of MSMEs that have social media accounts and online shops. Apart from that, this activity also increases sales of MSME products. This shows that digital marketing strategies are effective in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in Semanding Village.

Abstract

The Thematic Community Service Program (KKN-T) conducted by Universitas PGRI Madiun in Candirejo Village, Magetan Regency, was strategically focused on community empowerment through a series of integrated initiatives. Core programs included the digitalization of administrative management for community health posts (posyandu), nutrition workshops for mothers, mentoring in digital marketing and product rebranding for MSMEs, the development of Community Reading Gardens (Taman Baca Masyarakat), training in Smart Digital Finance, as well as the establishment of Sustainable Food Houses and Organic Gardens. A flagship initiative centered on strengthening digital transformation among MSMEs, aiming to enhance digital literacy, expand market access, and improve the competitiveness of local products. Field observations identified several key challenges, including low digital literacy, overreliance on manual record-keeping, and limited understanding of digital platforms. These issues were attributed to insufficient training programs, inadequate technological infrastructure, and resistance to change. Structured interventions—comprising targeted training, technology provision, and intensive mentoring—proved effective in addressing these barriers. The program contributed significantly to administrative efficiency, improved the quality of community health services, and optimized MSME marketing strategies through digital platforms and competitive pricing. The findings underscore that digital transformation serves as a critical driver in achieving sustainable competitive advantage for local MSMEs amid the digital disruption era.
